Do we have a dumb dialer? I will not even mention filtering contacts w/o a phone numbers!!
Maybe a settings database or xml?

Hello,
Does anybody know how I can modify phone numbers before dialing.
Here are the things I need to do:
- dail from contacts but need to make changes before dialing
- dial number by mistake, need to correct and dial again
- modify a recently dial number and dial
I think this is more of WM5 dialer issue.
Currently I have to copy the number paste it in a note, modify, copy and paste it to dialer.
You can't even dial some numbers and than paste the rest to the dialer. The moment you paste, it replaces anything that is there.
This is quite a pain for me and about the 1 of few issues I have with this almost perfect phone for me.
Thanks for any input.
Does anyone know if there is a reg hack for selecting contacts with no phone numbers from the smart dialer in WM6. I would be totally happy with the search feature if I could search all of my contacts. I use my contacts as a means of organizing lots of information and many entries do not have phone numbers and are therefore not searchable via this interface.
Does anyone know where in the registry this is possible or if it is even possible to do? This would be the fastest most effective way to select a contact if we could correct this issue.

Use EZDial by MESoftware.

Just tried it and ezdialer does NOT find contacts with no phone numbers. I currently use pocketCM and it works quite well but still lacking some features that I require. Ideally the reg hack if possible would solve all issues until pocketCM is fully functional.
You guys are my last hope before I update my phone and give this one to my sister. I am still searching for a the reg hack that will enable me to use the smart dialer to view contacts that have no phone #'s. Anyone
Hi to all, I want to have a cleaner Phone Dialer list in my Rhodium...
I've already removed SIM Contacts, but i want to remove Device Contacts too...
Also Call History is useless due the use of Call Registry...
Maybe is possible to have an empy Phone Dialer list with only the space to compose the telephone number (same skin obviously)?
Tnx very much!

If you want to disable call history, I guess you can try to do that with advanced config 3.3.
Just set the max call history on 0
I've used other phones that had a great feature:
When you click on a phone number in a calendar entry, the phone dials the number automatically, which is great. However, I've used other phones that show the description of the meeting above the dialer so you could see the access number for the audio meeting bridge that you are dialing into. Is there a different dialer or app that I can use to get this feature back? I miss it sorely.
Thanks

Bump anyone?
I'm curious about the dialer behaviour. When I use the T9 dialer, I know a contact has several numbers. However, the dialer only gives me one number. Is that expected?
I found a very stupid work-around: I shuffled the order in which the numbers were stored. so I deleted all numbers so that the mobile number was first, and then the house/fax/work. Now the T9 only gives me the mobile number.
Do you guys have any suggestions? recommendations? tips or tricks?
