A few people were wondering where to get the stock boot animation, so instead of telling them to pull it from a custom ROM file, I made a flashable zip.
Download: here.
Instructions:
Download, flash in recovery, reboot.
Thanks, appreciated.

Lol, this one was easy since I just had to pull it from Cataclysm's zip file. I'm working through finals right now.

rename it to update.zip and drop it in the root of your SD card, reboot to recovery and run the update..
Assuming you aren't rooted and using stock recovery..

Won't work since you're rooted. You're going to have to wait until someone patches it up to be CWM flashable.

The update failed for me too for the same reason, and I returned to stock in order to get the JB update.
Goto the other post, download the zip and read the step by step directions they've posted. Personally I stayed on cm10 and used Odin for the modem update

You can aways download the source and compile it by yourself, then inject the Gapps, i recomend the Lite version... Like i did in the past...
I thing you can made your own zip from img file from google. But why you choose to flash it by twrp? Try to use fastboot

Not sure. I'm running stock rooted. I don't use cm. It's completely stock so I'd imagine it should work ok. I can't say for sure though.
Give it a shot.

If it doesn't work you can also try a custom kernel. But I can get you a link to that tool later today if you want to go that route.

Kernel is the same as boot image. If you're already encrypted then you need to flash ex with no force encryption selected. Then format userdata. You will have to flash kernel after wiping data to get tweaks back.
