rename it to update.zip and drop it in the root of your SD card, reboot to recovery and run the update..
Assuming you aren't rooted and using stock recovery..

Won't work since you're rooted. You're going to have to wait until someone patches it up to be CWM flashable.

Yep same here....I'm stock and unrooted and getting same error/abort message when I try.

Is it hard to make this flashable t

The update failed for me too for the same reason, and I returned to stock in order to get the JB update.

Goto the other post, download the zip and read the step by step directions they've posted. Personally I stayed on cm10 and used Odin for the modem update

For anyone who flashed the KB3 radio you'll need to flash back to KB1 for this update (it patches the radio).

If you're unlocked just flash the SU binary via recovery. You don't need a special rooted version.

If you've flashed your radio manually to the KB3 radio then you can use the .zip from my previous post that contains the KB1 radio. Flash that in CWM and you're good to go. If you haven't manually replaced the radio then you have nothing to worry about.

If your stock, just download the update directly from google. Put it on your sd card and boot into stock recovery and run it. It is essentialy the same thing as the ota.

Good luck with rooting your phone you will need it.
Its easy now. Just flash the clockwork tar in odin, and don't boot the system because when you shut it down, you'll lose your root. You need to flash a kernel, like nubernal or house of samurai to get it to stick.

No one click root is out for EI22, as far as I am aware of
From stock EC05, I just used odin to update the modem from ec05 to ei22, then used the one click root to install CWM 3.0.0.1, then used CWM to install my fav EI22 ROM

Yep. Someone will release it within hours, you'll do a full wipe and install it. That simple! (Not from Google! Done good dev will release it after the Google event. I'd say 4-5 hrs at the most)
Questions are fine when asked at the right place. I remember telling you off at the PA thread a couple of days ago. You'd turn it to your personal thread..
