no cause its a new android base and framework..
you have to flash a 4.3 rom if you need 4.3 secsettings.apk

EDIT: SORRY - WRONG THREAD
I'm in boot-loop.
Is there a way to boot the phone without wipe everything? Or Do I must to reflash the rom with odin? Thanks.
(I did this with KK stock;
- copied secsettings.apk in other folder
- renamed secsettings,apk -> secsettings.apk.bak / secsettings,odex -> secsettings.odex.bak
- pasted bak secsettings.apk in pri-app
- changed permission)

U just don't know how to do it..........FYI next time before u do anything to your phone please make Nandroid backup using Safestrap expecially stock slot rom....just in case something goes wrong ..... ( i think u forget to push odex files as well with that apk in the first place ) that's why is failed since Stock always have odex.files goes with APK..........im assuming that u said Safestrap with 4.3 it mean MK2 right?
1. Place the attached Fix.zip file into your SD Card.
2. Go back to SS recovery....make sure Stock slot active
3. Choose install and flash attached Stock 4.3 & Contact Fix
4. Reboot.....and see if that fix your issue.
5. If worked ....then go back to SS recovery again
6. Make sure Stock slot active again
7. Choose back up this time....so next time if something goes wrong u would be able to go back just fine.
GOODLUCK......HOPE THIS WORK......Stock_4.3_Dialer&Contact_Fix.zip.....:good:

I think that's alright.
*The file I downloaded has a file name of "BL_N7100XXUEMJ5_1903221_REV04_user_low_ship.tar" and it's 1.83 MB
**There is a Fix that is provided in the site for v5
Goodluck.

EFS: Try Dr. Ketan's app. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.yahoo.dr.ketan.efsn7100
Nandroid Backup: TWRP can handle that.
Modem: You need PC Odin. Try http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2205009 of JoelDroid, in the "SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR 3.6 AND ABOVE" part or http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2500823 by Dr. Ketan, up to #2.
Do it in that order ^
Goodluck.

Failed at flashin custom ROM!

I followed the steps in INDEX topic to flash a 4.4.2 GoldenEye rom to my 4.3 i337 mk2 . After GE installed it asked for reboot and I accepted it, and it got stuck in samsung screen. so i rebooted into recovery, cleared cache and wiped data which prolly even screwed me deeper!
Now I am trying to flash a stock rom through Odin(EDIT: OMG YES IT WORKED.)
Now im going back to below:
Last time at step 6 it asked to reboot after i installed GE and i did. Is it why i failed?
Files you will need before starting:
ON EXTSDCARD...
-- Safestrap-JFLTE-3.72-kk-B01.apk from here
-- ROM Install Zip
-- MK2-Deadly-Venom-Kitkat-Magic-Tool.rar from Version 2 -- MLD/MK2-safestrap kit in the OP
-- mldmodules.zip extracted from MLD/MK2-safestrap kit
-- UPDATE-SuperSU-v1.94.zip from here
ON COMPUTER...
-- Odin 3.09 and files from MLD Odin Files folder from MLD/MK2-safestrap kit
Click to collapse
Then do below
3. Copy (ROM zip, mldmodules.zip, and UPDATE-SuperSU-v1.94.zip) to extSdCard
4. Reboot into Safestrap Recovery
5. Wipe... Advanced Wipe... everything except extSdCard
6. Install... 4.4.2 ROM
7. Install... mldmodules.zip (to fix wifi)
8. Install... UPDATE-SuperSU-v1.94.zip (to keep root)
9. Home... Reboot... Download (to reboot into download mode)
10. On PC, open Odin and flash files from MLD Odin Files folder.... BL AP CP
11. Phone will reboot automatically
12. Configure APN Settings (if necessary)

While on MK2 and installing KitKat ROM, it is a MUST that you need to put the phone in download mode and flash the MLD ap/BL/cp files before the phone can reboot after the ROM is flashed.

You will have to reflash the firmware. SystemUI.apk/.odex cant be pushed to the system without have a CUSTOM Recovery. I supose you haven't any custom recovery coz you wanna preserve KNOX 0x0.
Thank you for your reply!
Yes, I don't have custom recovery because I don't wanna loose the warranty.
When I reflash the firmware and root it again with towelroot, will SystemUI crash again?

Before flash:
1. Make a backup of your Internal Memory.
2. Do a factory reset (Settings > Accounts > Back Up and Reset > Factory Data Reset > Reset Device > Delete All/Erase Everything)
3. Your device will reboot.
4. Take a look if you haven't more SystemUI crashes.
5. You will have to root again your device with Towelroot.
6. Reflash the firmware if u still having SystemUI crashes.

Copy the folders of your device to ur pc (pics, whatsapp, music) etc.
Doesn't crash anymore, I think a xposed-module caused the crash (even after disable)
