Mine is actually quite stiff and secure, used it a lot as well, main fix would be bring it back as a warranty issue.

Hi guys!
Something happened to my HD2 T-Mobile US and now nothing that requires the touchscreen works. Is there anything to do about it? If I need to replace the touchscreen, how much would that cost? Thanks.

You could try a hard reset or reflashing it but I doubt these would work.
Your best bet is probably to return it to stock and try for a warranty claim if possible.

I bought my my second HD2 on CL with a dead touchscreen basically it was new but the screen wouldn't respond, I tried everything thats been thought of nothing work! call HTC and the same day they got it, FedEx sent me a tracking number showing me it was on the truck on it's way back...
So something went wrong during an upgrade to gen2, and my phone now has no IMEI number. I found some guides on how to get it back, but they're all in broken English and aren't at all clear. I've done what they say as far as I understand, but my IMEI number is still 0, is there anything I can do to fix this?
I really don't know what's your problem, but if U need your IMEI number, it's really simply: unplug the battery and there it is.. (not on battery but on mobile of course..)
That's not it, my phone doesn't have one. As in, I go into about phone and it shows the IMEI as 000000000

I'd already been looking under there, I found nothing new. however, after a bit of fiddling around myself, I managed to sort out the problem. I'll write a guide of how to do it for anyone else who encounters this problems at some point.

Could you explain a bit what touch screen issue did you mean, as I didn't notice any issue with the touchscreen even before the update?

Probably best to track this issue, and provide your feedback over on this thread:

Yeah - looks like I am the only one that has weighed-in so far.
Check over at AC

I believe other's have responded either at the main forum or within the VZW forum.
There's certainly no way of having any conclusive answer just yet, as it can take hours, days, weeks for this issue to surface. I am hopeful though.

Note 3 home button is not fixed into its place, it keeps wiggling around and is very annoying. Is this a common problem does anyone else have the same issue? I have a n9005 Uk version.

My N9005 doesn't seem to have that problem. I'm not entirely sure what you are talking about.
Seriously, search function. It's there for a reason.

I had the problem and for me it was due to colder weather. I ended up having to send it to Moto under warranty and they sent me a replacement; no more issues!
