I searched on google and saw that there are many people asking how to turn off the battery full notification after fully charging their phone. But my problem is that the notification doesn't appear for me when my phone is fully charged.
I used to have it but I'm not sure if it's because I'm using the Zerolemon 3000mAh battery instead of stock. It doesn't notify me when my battery is fully charged anymore.
Is there any way to get it back on?

The reason you don't see it is due to the zerolemon battery, the battery indicator
if using any of the extended batteries are no longer accurate.
If you replace the battery to stock just for testing, you should see the
normal battery full notification if the battery is full.
Good luck!

Hey I've been noticing a weird problem with my nexus one. I usually charge it over night so by the morning it's at 100%. I rarely let my phone die completely as I'm in and out of the house all the time. so i charge it when im home. however i noticed that when it does die completely, my battery level will say 30% 40% charged and then it'll suddenly die while im using it. i downloaded a battery widgit as well to make sure it wasnt just the system's battery charge indicator. the widget will also say the batter is charged 30% 40% and then the phone will suddenly die. When i plug the phone in and turn it on, then the battery level will say 1%. this has happened to me on both the stock nexus one and now im using the modaco sense rom, and same thing. any insight on my mystery?
Try going into recovery and wiping the battery stats.

After wiping battery stats, charge the phone completely while it is off until the light turns green (this will take a few hours). This may solve the problem. I had battery issues too, but after doing this, it fixed it. Good Luck
so i tried both suggestions; wiped the battery stats in the recovery. and charged phone to full. tried it out for 3 days. and no results. my battery level indicator is still inaccurate. any suggestions?
I got got the phone the day it came out and i use battstatt widget and i realized that the battery never fully charges...it always at 99%..and when i unplug it it drops done to like 95% right away..anyone else having this problem??
I haven't noticed it on mine, but coming from the Droid Incredible, I'm a little familiar with battery charging problems. Try this. Charge the battery, with the phone on, until it shows as fully charged. Then, unplug it, shut the phone off, and plug it back in, and see if it continues to charge. With the Incredible, it will charge for another hour before it hits the full mark.
Yes, I am having the same "issue" and it is not resolved with "bump charging" (turning off the phone, charging until full, pulling out plug, plugging back in...repeating several times).
However, the battery life is stellar compared to the Incredible.
I did notice that right after unplugging mine this morning, my battery widget showed it at 98% right away. I'll have to keep an eye on that, and see how that behavior progresses. But I must say, it seems to be doing quite well, even with what I consider heavy use (i.e. playing with it constantly throughout the day, as I'm tweaking it, installing more apps, etc.). I'll have to see once my work week gets going, since I have work email push-syncing to this thing via TouchDown, but so far it looks like I won't have a problem getting through a whole day with it with my normal use.
My battery is fully charging, but the phone seems to stop and start charging, rather than trickle charge. Screenshot from juiceplotter is attached.

Am I missing something here? Why is there no "battery life" data under the "about phone" settings menu on this phone? I see use broken down by source and an indicator of whether it's charging or not, but no percentage remaining, voltage or temperature data like on other android devices. What gives? Do I HAVE to install an app to get this info on the fascinate?
ie. why doesn't this show up on the phone? http://img715.imageshack.us/img715/2236/dscn0042r.jpg
Yes I've been noticing too that the battery indicator can be very off, I've been watching it very closely. Cases such as yours where it thinks its more full than it really is, and cases where the indicator even JUMPS up. Once the battery thinks it's full, it will not charge further leaving you undercharged all the time.
So far I've got I think I've got it working, and have yet to notice any issues. I previously noticed that the battery indicator seems to be more accurate when the phone is off. So what I did is: I completely discharged the phone, then fully charged the phone without turning on the phone. Now been using it, haven't had any obvious issues with faulty battery indicator and I really feel that it's charging completely now. On a sidenote, I think charging with a laptop can throw it off, so always try to use the AC adapter. Hope it works for you too if you give it a try.

I get the same from juice plotter. I have read certain battery types should not be continually charged after they reach 100%. This appears to be a safe guard.

I have allready read:
Battery recalibration (Thanks to Cyanogen for this and to fachadick for bringing it to my attention).
If you're experiencing higher than normal battery drain, try the following:
1. Charge the phone to full battery; let it keep charging until the battery says it is fully charged. Do not just wait until the light is green, it isn't always fully charged, causing a lot of inaccuracies. (You can check by going to: Settings -> About Phone -> Status -> Battery Level = Full.)
2. Boot to recovery and wipe battery stats.
(To have the most accurate of battery stats, reboot the phone immediately after wiping the battery stats and wait for your ROM to boot completely to the desktop. Once your entire boot is done and you have full access to the phone, go ahead and pull the charger and continue.)
3. Do not charge the phone until after draining the battery completely, resulting in it automatically shutting off. Take out the battery, and keep trying to turn on your phone until it will not turn back on at all.
4. Recharge the phone completely and then use as you normally would.
This is a method that has been proven to work, I am sure there are other ways. My battery lasts longer after doing this and the reading is much more accurate. It might be advisable to do this after every ROM install if you want the most battery life and most accurate battery reading by the phone's software.

My question is dose the phone need to be off or on for stage 4 the recharging of the battery?
If it can be off for stage 4. Dose it need to be charged in one sitting or can I charge it partially then take it to work and then charge it the rest of the way before I turn the phone back on?
This my second attempt at doing a battery stats wipe. The first time I tried I left the phone on wile charging and the battery only charged to 3800mV calming it was at 100%. I had to bump charge it 3 times over 3 hours before the battery was up to 4100mV-4200mV and clmaing 100% charge capacity.
Evo 4g Ur3 Stock root Seidio 3500mAh extended life battery.
1) You can have it on
2) NO! charge it from 0-100% in one sitting
I did it according to the above with my 1&2 and im getting accurate readings now as well as the battery life i should have.

I wonder if this means that I will not be able to have proper battery stats as my phone likes to stop charging and claim that it's at 100% when its actually at 50-80%/ (It dose this 95% of the time... It even did it with the stock battery stock battery a couple of times)
I've been having a problem with my battery for a while now where the mV's stay where they should and the percentage drops really fast leaving me with horrible battery life. I've tried calibrating my battery plenty of times and tried various guides and fixes but nothing seems to fix my battery. Can anyone help me or should I invest in a new battery? Thanks
For example, I took a screenshot while my battery was at 3593mV (4200mV is full) and it said it was at 15%. This happens on every rom I flash but I'm currently on Miui Alpha 3 if that makes any difference.
i am sure you have looked at this thread... http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1407569, it seems there are a few of us that have some battery issues.
I have seen that thread, but I'm not sure if I have the same problem or not. For me, the percentage of my battery just goes down way faster than the actually charge on my phone.
for some reason, i think that its the way the phones are reading the data. the math is wrong. the only reason why i am thinking this is cause my dads phone is doing the same thing, not showing 100% charge when it should be.
what happens when your phone reaches 0%? does it shut off? whats the battery voltage when this happens?
My phone shut off at 0%. After rereading that thread I managed to fix my battery by doing this:
1. Charge to %100
2. Use a wall charger and take the battery out so it shows a question mark, then put the battery back in till you think its at 4200mV
3. Keep phone plugged in and delete the battery stats in /data/system, and cc_data, cc_data_old, and powerup from /data/battd
Hope those directions are good enough, hope you get your batteries fixed!

post back and let us know if this is a TEMP fix. it was in my case, but i did not remove my batt stats.
Hey everyone. So I bought a second hand note 4 recently and have been having battery problems.
I did a full wipe install of CM13 and the battery dropped to 0% at random times and I had to plug it in the charger for the phone to even boot as it would just restart as soon as it turned on. Anyway, i thought this is probably due to faulty battery. I purchased another one and now this one doesn't reboot at random times but seems like the phone keeps reading the battery percentage wrong, sometimes it doesn't charge over certain percent, just gets stuck at 77% or 63% or any percentage really. If I remove the battery and plug it back in, it shows a completely different percentage everytime. I have tried wiping battery stats, do a full discharge/charge, nothing seems to help. Battery drains fairly fast too, once I manage to get it to 100% it shows that expected time is like 2-3hrs if screen on. Thanks!

battery displaying different percentage after u remove it and put it back in is normal i have 3 note4s all do the same (up to 10 percentage change, it either increases or decreases) but the other issues like getting stuck on a certain percentage are not normal make sure u have the genuine battery and try stock rom.
yeah, i tried stock and the same thing really. such a random issue. I just noticed that battery charges once I turn the screen on and use it , so it only gets stuck on random percent only with screen off.

yeah, i said I wiped battery stats, which is basically recalibration
once the battery is charged to 100% it also drops first 10-20% really fast and then it gets better but still I only get around 2hrs screen time

Oops my bad..Didn't read your whole post...
the only way to fix this replace your battery by new one
i tried all options (Format ROM - Wipe battery status - Getting back to stock ROM - Unroot - re Celebrate apps - Changing recovery-Removing battery from device for while sleeping - charge without fast charge - charge via USB)
i asked myself after that all of this headache doesn't worth 20$, i replaced the battery with new one and its working fine now

yeah, i replaced battery as well but it's still the same issue. old one at least charged fully but would randomly reboot on me, the new one doesn't reboot but drains extra fast and doesn't always charge fully. can't believe both batteries are faulty
I am sorry for summoning this old post but did you find any solution to your problem? I have exactly the same experience with my note 4.
Thanks!
Is there a solution for this problem?
Power down and then out-and-in same battery and my stuck-at78%... was 100% when started.
if you having problems with auto restarting.... download the app " WAKE LOCK" and put it on Partial Wake Lock setting... your restarts will be a thing of the past.
