Hey all, I know it's only been a week but does anybody know if they're are any developers working on this variant. I'm Irving to see what this powerful device is really capable of. Thanks.

Yeah, I'd like to know as well. Been waiting for a good ROM before I root.

Well I have a g2x atm, and let me tell you if when had more support from lg this phone would be on the top of the list but back to reality lol; I'm looking into getting a new phone and I'm stuck on the htc sensation and this beautiful phone the nexus s for t-mobile, now I need some help on this decision. How's your 3g? How's the
development here? Like just some feedback from you owners. Thank you for anyone who responds

Development is great on these phones and we have stable ics. I know T-Mobile has way better 3G than sprint so I would say u should be good in that field. But I think u would be much happier with a nexus than a sensation.

That's what I like to hear, but there are some downgrade like the camera compared to the sensation, do you like yours? And are there any sense roms? Cause don't get me wrong im 100% for stock roms but you know sometimes you want some sense lol

There's a sense based ROM in development right now, i'm on sprint and tmo has better service but I don't have a complaint right now on this network. The development overall is amazing and as a phone I love it, just talked my brother into buying one he came over from an evo 4g and said he wished he would haves switched a long time ago, and he's someone who is not tech savvy at all.
On the ns4g we have a sense rom how ever its not 100% but it might be soon then I'm sure it will get ported to the regular nexus. I agree with the camera but I love it. There's a thread in the theme section that shows everyone's pics taken with there nexus and they're some really nice pics.

I am eagerly anticipating the release of sprints lg g2. I am wondering what devs are coming to develop for the sprint lg g2. Would like to get a idea of the family that I will be with. I am sure that the device will gain popularity as time goes by, but wondering if you are a dev or a theme creator or person who does kernels etc and coming over. Would love to check out some of your work on other devices. Just haven't heard anyone ask and really am interested in this device provided the devs are on board with it, I am locking in to a agreement for 2 years so want to weigh my options carefully .

I am curious about this too.
Anyone heard of any devs?

I'm sure there will be many developers once the phone actually comes out and they know what they are working with.
Whats going on everybody? In the next few months I am expected to become a new owner of a Sprint S4. I am coming from AndroidForums which does not have much dev support for the S4, and was told to come here. I am not skilled in major building, porting, etc..but I can do small things that help. If anybody could tell me just how everything works and how everything is, just so I could have a head start on how things go, it would help a lot. Thanks
The learning curve it's not real bad at all. Everything you need is in on xda. Just have to so a little reading.

If it's going to be a few months from now anything you learn know will be changed since we should have 4.4 kit kat by then.

I might be picking up an S4 very soon, I am looking for some overall feed back and known issues that people have encountered
If any one cares to share some experiences and links. I am not asking what other phones are good so let's keep this on topic
Thanks!

You can't go wrong getting an S4! Very snappy phone out of the box, I myself just like to root and get rid of the bloat and it runs great! As for ROMS, I will not go there, everyone has there own opinion. Be for warned, you will most likely get the SPH-720T, TriBand phone, not much support yet, maybe someday.

When you say no triband support are there no ROMs for the triband version ? Or the ROMs that exist are not working with triband
Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using Tapatalk
Roms work on a triband phone but you lose triband connectivity. So you will have LTE still but no Spark LTE.

I've had my S4 since release (preordered) and I have no complaints about the phone. Coming from a S2, it was a huge upgrade in every way. Even when compared to my Nexus 5 and Note 3, I like my S4 more, seriously.
I use Hololauncher as my launcher of choice and my phone is currently Rooted & running Xposed + several modules.
To increase enjoyability, I replaced the OEM battery with a ZeroLemon 3000mah one. Lasts longer, of course, and the battery has been quality.

+1 for Holo Launcher, I have bought nova and apex but I always come back to holo. Snappy, light and has just the necessary features for me. Huge improvement over stock launcher.
I'm really needing a bit of info. Thank you sincerely to all that reply.
OK I'm currently on sprint with a note 5.
I'm wanting to stay with sprint but I like a variety of roms for my phone.
My question is if I buy a nexus 6p unlocked can I flash roms for other carriers and still get sprint data and calling. Or will I still be limited to just roms built for sprint nexus 6p?
It may be an ignorant question to some. But I have never owned a 6p or any phone from outside my carrier. Thank you

You dont need Sprint specific ROMs, although you might have issues updating PRLs on custom ROMs (dont know if that is still an issue).
The only carrier you need to worry about in that aspect is Project Fi.

Thank you. I'm dying to try and actual unlocked phone. You have been a great help. Anyone using sprint know about the prl problem.
I'm trying to be as knowledgeable as possible on the subject but have been on Sammy's for ever

Yeah, Im running a custom ROM on my Nexus 6P right now and it appears to have a couple of Sprint Specific APKs (SprintDM, etc) so you should be golden.
I'm on Sprint and so far there is no problem using PureNexus and Dirty Unicorns ROMs.
Sprint does not work correctly with ResurectionRemix.
