Is there a way to lock these volumes together so that when I hit the volume rocker it will adjust both the same?
This is default behavior within Android but I can't seem to find this in LG 's volume settings.
It's pretty annoying to think you turned your volume down only to have the notifications still blaring out.

Use xposed installer and gravity box...

Should I mention that I am running stock ROM rooted? If I was running vanilla Android, I wouldn't be asking this question.

Is there any way to adjust the notification volume at the same time as the ringer volume like every other phone besides Motorola's? My wife's bionic has the same issue.
I've tried an app called volume control + but to do what I want you have to open the app every time you want to adjust both volumes using the rocker.
If you're unsure what I'm talking about, try adjusting the volume using the rocker. It will only adjust the ringtone volume and not the notification volume. You can verify by opening the sound settings menu.
This app seems promising. May not be what you're looking for exactly, but a widget is better than nothing.

***added at 10:30pm*** my rocker adjusts both my notifications and ringer volumes. My media volume is separate.

Your Nexus is pure Android, which has the ringer and notification volumes tied together. It seems Motorola separated the two volumes with no option to join them.

On my RAZR M. I use my Nexus for playing around at home. I checked the function of the M's rocker shortly after my other post.

That is strange, my Razr M does not change the notification volume with the rocker.

CM10.1 has the option to do so yes. So CM10.1 based roms should have it too.

You can buy the eXperience Pro app. It will let you control music with volume. The only thing is that you have to be rooted.
Thank you ! Great app.

Anyone know how to disable the click on the keyboard? Seems simple but have yet to find the option outside if turning the sound of completely.

When the keyboard is open there is a settings button next to the space bar. Hit that go to advanced and turn off the sound.

So I'm loving this device but there's something recently that has made me curious. I have the Ringtone volume all the way up and when I receive a call the first two seconds of the ringtone are at low to medium volume before jumping up to high. Stock Over the Horizon ringer if that matters. Anyone else having this issue?

I tried v11 and volume skip track did not work...
Edit: tried v12 and it works on the stock music player but not Google music which is what I'm used to.
