Use Aroma wiper to format to ext3 and then flash CM7.

I do this simple by flashing cm7.2 by TWRP (after factory wipe).

Cm7 kang from burgerz-how to install?

Hello, I can't write in cm 7 kang thread, so I write here. I have official cm 7 nightly 257. Could I just flash burgerz version via recovery, like just a new nightly version? Then reboot and it's all? Or I have to flash zip, do full wipe, flash gapps?

Yes it is possible.
1. Install mS2ginger 4.0 beta4 via nandroid as described in this post
2. Dual boot from this guide. Make sure to use the latest multiboot. I used 0.5.4. I also used the updated bootmenu(1.1.8) and CWM (5.0.5)

You don't need a kernel to flash the latest quarx build, the kernel is already included in the rom. So do a Clean Wipe. And then flash Rom, gapps and fixes. good to go

No.
Gingerbread kernel won't work on JellyBean and visa versa.
Just do a full wipe if you want to go backwards!
Yes, you have right. ROM automatically flash the kernel from Desire. Thank you

Go back to cm 10.1 rc2 from nightly

I updated CM10.1 rc2 to nightly build 9/8 to fix Amazon app store, but This created other problems.
Can I just overwrite the nightly build and go back to rc2?
Thanks

Yes, but you need to go back to the correct gapps version too. CM10.2 uses a different version than RC2.
Sent from my Nook HD+ running CM10.1 on emmc.
