Apps are not downloading to my Note when I use the play store online and send the app to the phone.
For some reason there are two entries for the phone in the settings on my play store account.
I tried clearing the data and cache on the play store app but no luck.
Is there any way to delete the phones from my play store settings so i can try to add it again?

Hi guys, i'm currently using a Motorolla Droid X on 2.3.4. It has been working fine, just out of no where i go to download an app and i get an error "(App name)" could not be downloaded due to an error. (Error retrieving information from server. [RPC:S-5:AEC-0]
I'm going crazy here, the only way to download an app would be to go to the play store from a computer and send it to install to my phone. I tried uninstalling updates for the play store, making it the market again. I can download apps fine from the market, its when i close the play store it automatically updates it to play store. I also tried clearing cache and data with no luck. However, i cannot remove my Google account, it says that some applications require my Google account, and that I can only remove it by factory resetting my phone. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Just got off the phone with Google play support. They said that today they rolled out a new play store update and many people have been calling up because their play store wasn't working. They're working on the issue and should have a fix within 24 hours i was told. The representative i spoke to was very generous and kind, he had complete knowledge of the issue and did NOT seem like he did NOT know what he was doing. I was very satisfied afterwards. So your not alone if you are having the same issues, it should be fixed within 24 hours.
Ever sense I got my nexus player When I go to the play store web on my pc (any pc) Play says I have no devices. I have tried logging out of google account on all my android devices clearing play store even a factory reset. Any Ideas?
From the aptoid app store i had updated google play services and device policy, after that I am getting error message as unknown issue with google play services, neither I can not revert back to factory setting in aptoid nor uninstall google play services, if i try to uninstall google play services from play store, it says that u need to deactivated as device admin, and in setting device admin when i try to uptick google play services, i am getting error as unfortunately, setting has stopped, i am not able to use gmail and all associated google services app.

This is what happens when you get apps from a pirate store. Why did you download it from there in the first place? It already comes installed on your device.
I second Heisenberg's concern about getting apps from a pirate store, and doing system apps is just silly.
You need to fully reset your device and start again. Either use factory reset or flash a factory image via fastboot. Heisenberg has a full guide to all guides. Do that and stop using pirate sites!
Starting yesterday, I am getting this error on my phone every 10min. No matter what app I'm in. It has killed the use of most Google apps especially Hangouts, as texts no longer send etc. I was out at PAX so I didn't make any changes to my phone. Any ideas why this happened and how to fix it?
Phone: LG G2, v5.0.2
Here's what I've tried so far with no luck:
Rebooting
Cleared cache for Google Play services
Cleared cache for Google Services Framework
Ensured Google Play services has no pending updates

Watch the app that I paid for go all bipolar on me... Happens on all uninstalled purchased apps. I tried wiping data and cache from Google Play Store. Still the same result. Server side?

A couple of things I would try if it were mine:
- Clear cache and data for Google play services
- Uninstall updates for Play Store
- Remove the Google account associated with your play store and add it back
