[Q] Flashing kernel - HD2 Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting and Genera

Hello. I have a question about flashing kernel. When to flash? Are those steps correct:
- Flashing ROM
- Boot ROM
- Reboot to CWM
- Flash kernel
Or maybe there is no difference? Please help me.

[Q] Confused with different Bobcat Roms?

Hi guys
I just have a few questions, sorry for being a total noob.
I have the following build JSS15J.N9500XXUBMJ1
I have already rooted by phone with Odin and backe up my stuff.
I want to flash the Bobcat Rom, but unsure which one to use since there is 2 and i am unsure which one to use
[SM-N9005][NOTE3][KitKat 4.4.2][XXUENB4]_BoBCaTROM_EVO_v6.0
[SM-N9005][NOTE3][XXUDMK2]_BoBCaTROM_EVO_v3.0
which is the right one or will either one work, but has different features.

==> INSTRUCTIONS TO FLASH 4.2.2 OFFICIAL FIRMWARE <==
4. Flash CWM Recovery kitkat compatible (Thx @Chenglu ==> http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2454079)
will the bootloader be upgraded to 4.4?
is it possible to leave the bootloader update?
if so, can i still install the bobcat rom on the stock bootloader?
5. Boot to recovery, and Install BoBCaTROM with Full Wipe
Is it necessary to full wipe the note 3 when installing the bobcat rom?
Thnaks guys and i hope you guys can answer my silly question

MJ1 means 4.3. Flash v3.0. V4 and above are for 4.4.2 bootloader only.
Clean install is advised to avoid any issue later.

One last question.
Is Xposed framework and active modules build into the bobcat rom?
Also the same with Wanamaker Xposed?
I also notice that I can flash my own theme in recovery with stock or universal if I am correct.
Does the battery icon have to be done separately.
- Install Xposed framework and active modules (BoBCaTROM Control)
- Choose your Advanced settings by Wanam Xposed

Xposed framework provided but can't remember what modules included. You can however download modules from the framework itself.
You can choose whether to install stock samsung theme or bobcat theme.
Og battery mode included with >70 styles

Kernels come with the roms. No need to flash another.
Modem only if there is a random call quality bug. you can ask this in the LS4.4 Q&A thread too.
Wee you can. But as my practice, i flash the rom, boot it up, then flash gapps.

Flash Rom and Kernel

Hello,
I want to flash this Rom: Team Radium Rom
OP recommends us to use Alucard's Kernel.
Now my question, can I flash both at one go or do I have to flash Rom first, boot, back to recovery and then flash the kernel? Or doesn't it matter?
You can flash both at once. Just make sure the flash order is rom first and then kernel.
Thanks for your help!
