Is there a way to link the Nexus 7 and Galaxy S3 so that the screen of the S3 is able to be viewed on the Nexus 7 (sort of like controlling a computer with remote desktop) without rooting the phone or tablet?
Thanks in advance
I think you want touchwiz nature ux which used for s3. As far as i know, It's not avilable for n7 at this time. But you can look or old touchwiz nature ux ui. Here is a rom. I've tried it once.

Maybe this will work when you install this on both devices.

It won't help. First, it would be too slow also resolution would be poor. (team viewer is set to 420p. If you turn it to 720p, it could couse lags.) Also with tahat, you will use s3 ,(also you need a galaxy s3).
You can look at these. I don't quite know if they are complatible with n7

there is but it is only for 4.2 many people have tried to get it working on 4.4(including me) but for some reason we could not succeed, I have some g3 splitview stuff now but won't be doing any more test for now
I flashed CM 13 with OpenGApps micro on my GPad 7.0 some weeks ago. It runs fine, but it has a single irritating problem: The YouTube-App is unable to play 720p 60fps-videos. If I start one, the sound works "normal", but the image is "frozen". The same videos in 480p and all normal 720p-videos work fine. I really don't know if it's an issue of the OpenGApps-package, the YouTube-App or CM 13. Is anyone able to help me?
It's a known issue of CM13 on LG G PAD 7..

And the developer is going to fix it? Or is it one of these issues which will never be fixed? Would be a pity.

The devs are working hard to fix all issues.. We just need to wait for a while

I hope so. This is the only important problem I'm facing with this Rom. There are shure some small performance issues here and there, but nothing that ruins my experience. The LG G Pad 7.0 deserves a perfect and save rom, after the disappointing 5.0 update.
Is this device (LG G Pad 7.0) able to playback 720p 60fps videos on stock roms on youtube and and player apps?

Exactly.. I flashed Stock KitKat just for these small issues.. Double tap to wake for example.. It works perfectly om CM12.1 (even better than stock KK) but doesn't work on CM13.. also in app video playback does have some issues (YouTube, Facebook...) in CM12.1.. So we don't have a perfect ROM for now.. But I am quite sure that the developers are not going to leave it like this
Kindly press thanks if I helped

Yes, of course.
I have a request to all GPad 7 fans: If you are NOT facing the YouTube-issue with any CM 13/GApps combination, please write it instantly in this thread. I test the actual Nightly every three to six days, but it could be possible, that I miss something.
Still no improvement... Has someone really reportet it on... what was the name of the CM bugtracker-website.... oh, I remember: JIRA? I just don't understand how to search for all known issues of a particular device, if it's even possible.

Hello, i know it is an old thread but maybe somebody is still looking for a solution for this problem. I also want to instal CM13 can somebody tell me if the problem is resolved? Can somebody with CM13 installed verify if this problem appears also on performance mode (battery=>performance mode)? THANKS

You don't need CM13 anymore, a developer (his name is Adam My.... I don't know) is working on Lineage 14.1 for this (v400) device. But it seems he can't fix the YouTube bug there either, because it's a kernel bug. I don't know the developer of the kernel, but I'll probably ask.

Thanks alot. i know about Adam Myczkowski and lineage, i only wand adoptable storage. I am happy also with stock lollipop the only problem is the internal memory (i don't like link to SD). Do you know if the problem occurs also in performance mode?
I will look into this issue after I fix the camcorder, G pad 8.3 had the same bug and few commits fixed it, if I find them I will test it

If the general performance of Lineage won't improve (what do you think? Is it a RAM thing or only the lack of optimization?) would you be so kind to build a version of Slim 7.x which includes these fixes? :fingers-crossed: As I said before, it runs better.
Please share your experience about 6.0.1
1) bug - ghost touch issue
2) battery life slightly increased
3) camera shutter sound option

Do an internet search and you'll find plenty of answers, touches where you didn't touch, erratic scrolling, etc. I've owned a lot of phones but have never actually seen it.

This isn't a widespread problem with all G3's. I have 3 G3's and know quite a few people with them. They're all XT1540's but no one has seen that problem.

My XT1540 has been fine as well. The only time I experienced any different touchscreen behavior was using CM13, and it wasn't exactly ghost touch, seemed more like sensitivity issues. Back on stock 6.0 and all is well.

I bought a Gen 3 for my wife and she is having the issue. I ran through several apps on it and did some of the same things she was doing. I didn't have any problems at all. So maybe it is a matter of how a person scrolls or touches when navigating. However, I now have a very unhappy wife who is ready to throw the phone across the room half the time because it keeps opening stuff when she scrolls. And convincing her that it is her and not the phone is not an option. Any suggestions? Does the Touch and Hold Delay help? She is on stock 6.0 and her phone is an XT-1540.

Hi, im on pure nexus android 7.1.1 and when i try to open a photosphere it takes ages to load the photo. It seemed strange, does anyone have the same problem when loading photospheres? Thanks!

Is the picture still located on your phone or only cloud? If the image is loading from your phone, then I'd say you have an issue. Otherwise it looks like a slow internet connection.

Same Problem Here
Hy!
I have the same problem with my Nexus 6p. It already worked fine some time ago though. Some update must have broken it...
Here is a video showing the issue in comparison to an old Nexus 5: watch?v=bBxubmO6hbo
The image in the video is an equirectangular panorama with 22258 x 11129 pixels and 81 MB stored locally on the phone.

You didn't quote the OP, so he won't be notified of this thread being updated. I'd suggest either quoting him directly or PM to see if he came up with a solution.

Hi! nop, no solution, but I’ve been using different roms and the problem is still there. Lowering Panorama Quality in camera options solves the problem.
It becomes faster. But it’s weird that a phone with this specifications has to struggle to see panorama pictures.
Good luck mate!
Roms Used: stock nougat, pure nexus, beta 7.1.2 and currently android O . in every one of them it lags the same way.

hi I have the exact same issue on a freshly installed 7.1.2 (N2G47O) nexus 6p.
Is there a solution for this?
Can it be related to an hardware defect?
Same here on any device since I believe Nougat. I should file an Android bug...
