It's not impossible. The LG Optimus 4X HD is also a Tegra 3 and it got the first unofficial build.

the galaxy S4 is very expensive for me and i think i should wait a while until it became older.........but i think to upgrade to this phone
http://www.gsmarena.com/samsung_i9305_galaxy_s_iii-5001.php
yeah you shoult think about it 2GB RAM + Quad-core 1.4 , screen with 720 x 1280 pixels, 4.8 inches (~306 ppi pixel density) and battery Li-Ion 2100 mAh
its realy awsome.........................
I'll definately upgrade to the S4, even if I love my S2 and it still runs perfectly!

No, I don't think I will buy a samsung (exynos) phone again because of the closed source codes.

Let me to clarify you .
Sense roms are hard to port cuz it needs a lot of resources and because isn't an open source.

You can try apex launcher and sense5 theme. Then it looks a bit like One

Hi Devs,
anyone working on porting of ColorOS of Oppo N1, based on Android 4.2.2 to Nexus 4??
It has already parted to HTC One X, as it based on sense framework..
It looks very weighted and pretty..
Thanks..

How can it be based on Sense Framework unless HTC was past of designing the phone?

Oppo color os is not based on sense, how ever the dev ported it to HTC one and added sense framework. I am interested on this and downloaded the factory image for porting to Nexus 4. i will update soon next week.
Hopes we will see color os on our nexus 4 soon. .

Ill be honest most will not work on a port of a 4.2.2 rom to a device that has 4.4 already. Also Sense ports never full work on devices that are not HTC.

Not to mention all the info in this "rumour" is vague and obvious.
Arriving about a year after the M7, with the latest Snapdragon and a slightly larger display to match the current competition, who'd have thought?
