Let me to clarify you .
Sense roms are hard to port cuz it needs a lot of resources and because isn't an open source.

You can try apex launcher and sense5 theme. Then it looks a bit like One

Lol even porting htc roms to htc phones are very hard they're heavily tweaked plus htc one roms exceed 1GB with apq8064 soc processor even if you get to boot it it will be alot buggy

So, the Sensation seems to have a ICS SENSE rom and I was wondering, could this be ported? There is a ported ROM already in the development section, but for gingerbread, would it be possible to port this too?

Are you a dev? However I'm a dev (even if I'm definetely not good with kernels),and I can help
You ported sense on galaxy s?
I can find a kernel dev.the problem is: what sense can you port? 3.5? Or just 2.1?
I suggest installing Elite 1.4.1 rom and installing the sense theme. Looks just like the htc one x.

You can expect it to make phone calls and send text messages. And if we're lucky, perhaps be able to browse the internet on 3G speeds.

Not my forum but afaik. Wildfire is arm v6 device and bbm is only compatible with armv7.
There's a pimped up bbm.apk for gingerbread devices on xda somewhere too. Try that out. Cheers!!
