[Q] (Q) call logs disappeared after phone restart - Galaxy S 4 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi Guys, as the title suggests, I am facing an issue. When I restart my S4, all my call logs will mysteriously disappear. This is very annoying because I am in the sales line and the calls that I made out are very important. Any kind bros or sisters able to advise me on solving this issue?
Thank you very much!

[Q] Multiple issues with DVP. Any Help?

Off late I have been facing multiple issues with the DVP. For info I have the TMO DVP - unlocked and updated it up to 7.8 using the cabsender.
The issues have been present even before for some time and I had imagined they would be fixed after upgrade but no luck. Any help is highly appreciated.
1. When ever I call someone or receive a call the screen keeps on flickering - even if I want to disconnect a call I am not able to end the call as the screen keeps on flickering. Only if the other person disconnects the call can I then use the phone. I cleaned the front sensor etc but no luck. Is there anyway or if anyone else faced a similar issue and can be rectified somehow by changing proximity / sensor settings?
2. Once a call is complete I cannot make another call immediately. I have to wait for anywhere from 2-5 minutes to make another call or switch off and switch on the phone to be able to call again.
3. USSD commands like to know info etc using *AAA# etc work only after I switch off and switch on the phone and for the first time. After I use the phone for any other function the USSD command wont work.
Any help? Thanks
Sorry to be bumping the thread, but any help is highly appreciated regarding the above issues.

[Q] LG G2 opposite end cannot hear during call

Hi guys, my dad's G2 recently had a problem in which during a call, the opposite end cannot hear us at all, only garbled messages come out. The problem is fixed when restarted, and is not encountered using whatsapp or BBM calls. I know the general solution is to do a factory reset, but is there another way? It doesn't seem to be a hardware problem, but just for info the phone recently had to be sent to LG to fix a broken screen.
Didn't have that problem, but I read Google Now "voice activation anywhere" can cause it. When I had it turned on, video recording didn't work also.
@cile1977 Oh, that just hit me, I turned it on recently. Thanks man!
