You cant move every app to sd so try any other methods like link2sd or using any scripts
For using those you will need root access and an external partition for details search in the development section

You cant simply format to unpartition the sdcard. Use any partition tool to unpartition first. Then format the whole sd card.

[Q] Link2SD not linking to SD Card 2nd Partition

I followed the tutorial by Sir CarlDeanCatabay to increase the Internal Memory by partitioning SD Card using Mini-Tool Partition Wizard. I first made my 2nd Partition as EXT4(as Merruk 2.5 supports EXT4), but, Link2SD was unable to mount script. I tried with both EXT2 and EXT3, but, the same result came. I saw another external tutorial which said to make the 2nd Partition FAT32; I did, and Link2SD was able to mount. I installed some Apps and LWPs, and Link2SD said that it was link to the SD Card. When I looked upon the Storage Info in Link2SD Menu, I saw my 2nd Partition as same as it was at first, but, my Primary Android-SD(it was set as Active during partition) was filled with 35 MB out of my knowledge.. Isn't link2sd linking my apps to the 2nd Partition and instead doing so to SD Main? If so, what should I do? Thanks!

[HELP] About re-partition of sd card.

I accidentally partitioned my sd card in Cwm mode.
I almost lost 1260 mb from 8.0 GB of my sd card.
And I want to use that lost memory as partition for alternate internal memory on SD card. Please tell me how to use?
Or
Is there any way to make it as it was previous (8.0 GB)?

In Linux you can use fdisk to delete all partitions and make only one of 8GB in size. In Windows I guess you can use Disk Administration tool or whatever utility that allows you to create and edit partitions on your storage devices.

It is included in Windows. You should learn to use your operating system first, before messing with your phone.

1. First you have to download Mini Tool Partition Wizard Manager and install it on PC.
2. Insert your SD card to a card reader and open it on your computer.(not via USB cable)
3. Back up all your files to the computer because partitioning will wipe your data.
4. Open Mini Tool in your computer. Locate your SD card (be careful in choosing and make sure not to choose the drive of your computer)
5. Right click and choose Delete.
6. Create FAT32. Set as primary
7. Create an ext2/ext3/ext4 partition (I suggest ext2 cause it works on all roms and kernels).
8. Select “Create As: PRIMARY” (make sure that it is both set to primary because it will not work if it is not set to primary)
9. Click the “Apply” button on the top left corner and wait for it to finish the process. Done.

Op is asking how to remove partition.. not how to wipe/format partition.. so your answer is wrong for this question. So the correction..
You would remove it if you don't want to use the second or third(swap) partition anymore.
@ op.. use any partition managers like minitool, easus etc to remove it or as stated above windows disk management will do.. you would have to delete both partitions in sdcard and create a new partition of fat32.. search in Google.. you will find good guides..
But make a backup of sdcard first before doing it..

err.. no.
Formatting only resets data on that partition. I mean it only clears data from that partition.. it won't delete the partition. Say you have 2 partition.
If you format in phone. It will format first partition. Second partition data will be intact. And it won't be deleted either.

just use any partitioning tool to remove both partitions, then make a fat32 partition of the whole sdcard.

you should be able to use minitool to remvove any sd card partition
copy anything you want to save onto pc
open mini tool
delete all partitions on sd card
create a new partition of fat32
hit apply
you could if you wanted just merge the partitions or delete the unwanted partition then extend the other partition into unused space but the above method is quick and simple
Try formatting the sd-ext on CWM advanced tab
