Being preinstalled system apps you cannot delete them without root.
You can disable them though... - http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=40911004#post40911004
Or someone could make a system tar filr without all those files. Minus the root. But thats highly unlikely..

you can use wanam exposed, it require exposed framework..

I'd say use titanium backup and freeze the apps you consider bloat. Freeze the apps and run it for a few days to make sure you have full functionality and haven't frozen something the phone or other apps require.

Hey guys I installed Elliwiggs awesome debloated rom the only thing I would like is to have the Samsung reactivation lock built in. With all the debloating he did it was removed and was wondering if anyone knew app specifics I would need to add back into the rom for it to work again??

Guess not then how about an android app that can look at processes and dependicies to try and track it down without a full ROM teardown.
