Being preinstalled system apps you cannot delete them without root.
You can disable them though... - http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=40911004#post40911004

Or someone could make a system tar filr without all those files. Minus the root. But thats highly unlikely..

Use the folder mount apk. It enables an folder emulator inside a extSdCard and move the files from sdcard to external sdcard. It solved my problem...
it's android as a whole, not just the S4.

[Q] Bypass exchange security

Hello people of the XDA.
Does anyone have the stock sammy mail apk where exchange pin can be bypassed? Anyone kind to share?
Im on rooted stock odexed rom using at gt-i9505 euro version.
Thanks in advance!

Just use Touchdown from the Play Store. It keeps your exchange security in the app and not the device.

I've got the same thing! I tried touchdown and it's not working, any other way?
Thanks!

Thanks for the reply, but I would like to keep on using the stock app, as i like it. I know some of the custom roms have it, but dont know which files to replace unfortunately....

I would also like to know how to bypass this option. I've installed Touchdown and it's working for me, but I think that the Email apk of the S4 looks better and is more clearer.

Make sure to backup your stock SecEmail and SecExchange apks. Flashable zip of my stock apks
This depends on what rom base you're using but I have a couple options for you.
This thread gives you instructions on how to patch
Or you can download my patched apks Here as an easily flashable zip. Note, this will only work on Galaxy S4 TouchWiz Based Roms.
Try enhanced mail from play store.

I'm running rooted default S4 touchwiz rom, if a I simply flash your zip via CWM will that work?
Thanks!

I'd say use titanium backup and freeze the apps you consider bloat. Freeze the apps and run it for a few days to make sure you have full functionality and haven't frozen something the phone or other apps require.
Try this

Remove it and try SS 3.65. That may solve your problem.

Uninstalled task manager by accident HELP!!!!

Title is self explanatory
I tried to delete talkback with titanium backup and realised I had clicked task manager instead when it was too late.
How can I get it back?
Sent from my GT-I9505 using xda premium
Don't delete everything. Only freeze it!
Now you must flash stock rom via Odin.
Task manager is balast. Android don't need it
Odesláno pomocí Ťama Ťunga
Just reflash the rom you are currently on. No need to wipe, just flash.
Do I even need it?
I thought it was important.

Hi,
Try using your device for a few days, if you don't feel like anything is missing then don't mind it, however if something starts to crash and not work, then you should reflash immediately.
~Lord
Can't I just install the apk for it?
Also does anyone happen to have the apk for it?
