SU Binary - Nexus 10 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Was wondering if anyone could point me to a flashable SU binary .zip. The latest ROM that I have flashed somehow screwed up my SU privileges and I don't have an SU .zip on hand. Thanks in advance.

Guess I'll wait till I get home so I can root again. Thanks

I just used the toolkit to root again afterwards.
Toolkit option 4?

Yes. However, mine is the donate version, so I'm not sure if that will make a difference. You might want to check out the thread first.
Why not just fastboot flash your recovery and then use that to flash your su zip?

You need to run the root program again with the ADB drivers. I had those same issues, Back when I didit , iRoot 6 allowed me to get back to Root, and then I updated to the better SU.
I tried doing that and it said superuser was already installed..can't remember verbatim, but it was along those lines.

Uninstall SU, re run the latest root ADB program, then it will not error out on SU, and you can install the better SU. Take your time, read, read, read, the instructions it will work.

please help!

im trying to put twrp on my tmoble g2 (d801) and everytime i attemp to put: adb push loki_flash /data/local/tmp/loki_flash and press enter all it says is "adb is not recognized as an internal or external command". i googled the problem and all that ame up was solutions to specific phones, any idea what i can do??
U should have adb installed in ur pc prior to running adb if u don't know install minimal adb and fastboot app on ur pc and then run adb from within the installed app.

Yes you must have img on sdcard then point flashify to it And flash. As I said you have to start with 6.3.2 then download correct zip for 6.3.3 and boot to recovery and flash unless someone has a img file for 6.3.3 or what ever the latest version is then you can flashift right to latest version. As far as I know you can not use the zip files. Not sure. But real easy. I promise.

Tuto on how to push file to sdcard from recovery ?

Hi,
I am facing a semi brick issue and I can solve this, 'simply' by pushing .zip file to sdcard, from recovery, via ADB Shell.
But How to do it Step by Step ??
If anyone has a Tuto or has time to explain it : BIG THANKS !

Nexus 4 Root?

Hi, I have a nexus 4 which has CWM installed however it doesn't seem to be rooted? I can boot into recovery and backup etc but how can I gain root access? I don't want to factory reset the phone. Is this possible?
Cheers!

Flash this in recovery. SuperSU
p/s: cwm always have issues with supersu. So, use latest cwm 6.0.4.5. It's better if you use latest twrp though.
Thanks mate worked fine!
