I know the camera will be 8 mega pixels but dies anyone know if the Active will take better pictures in low light scene? Also will the radio's be improved for data reception?
Not sure if troll or just misinformed.

Hey guys,
As all the reviews for the legend pointed out, the camera's a little sub-par. Every picture I take seems to be really grainy and colorless.
Does anyone have any tips or settings to improve performance?
Cheers
Turn up saturation and brightness ?

I'm mulling a switch to Sprint basically and I'm considering a Nexus S 4G when I come across, anything special I need to know? Tell me some pros and cons, just wanting to make a good purchase.

Pros: stock gingerbread, samoled is amazing, sexy formfactor body, easy to root.
If your going to root we have a pretty good section of roms, mostly aosp. Go check out the dev section if you wanna get the down low.
Cons: some users have issues with signal reception but mine is rather good, some people don't like the plastic body, samoled sucks up battery if is up too high for too long.
But the only opinion that matters is your own, btw if you don't like it you can return it and get an evo if you like that better.

How common is the signal issue and I've heard wifi has issues?

I haven't ever noticed problems with reception during calls or on WiFi

I agree with everything except this. Samoled uses a good bit less power than LCD technology does.

And blacks on the samoled screen are the blackest you'll ever get on any screen. It's as if its not even there....

Because that's how it works. The pixels are almost in the off state for black.

I've never kept my phone the higtest setting for the whole day, I'm always on auto, I just guessed that it would suck up more battery than in normal use. Never tested aganist an LCD screen so ..... lol but I've heard different stories about battery life between LCD vs samoled screen so hmmm I don't know >.<

Yes, samoled does use less power then an lcd if you avoid white color
Is there any way to lower how bright the flash is when taking a picture? Are there any settings within the stock camera app or is there an aftermarket camera that does this? Using filters to darken the picture works ok but it sucks seeing good pictures ruined by how bright they ended up. Really disappointed with the camera on the Nexus 4 especially coming from the HTC Amaze and even my wife's SG2 does a better job.
Turn down the exposure to -1?

That did help and even went as low as -2. Thanks
I noticed that my camera quality is really bad. If you look close to that picture, there is much noise and all the borders are blurred. Even if I look at the spot I focused. The colors also are quite bad... My friends phone make better pictures, we compared them in the same situation.
A sample picture: http://db.tt/Ea3BQKwq
Can I do anything to make Google fix my camera or to get them do a full RMA?
I can't live with such a poor quality

There is nothing wrong with your phone's camera. However, poor lighting conditions and a shaky hand may have something to do with it ;P

All nexus 4 cameras use the same Sony sensor. RMA won't do you any good, as you can see Google's imaging software is garbage when compared to skinned uis like Samsung or even iOS...

I remember I read something about a better camera on all rev11 devices compared to the rev10 devices. Better satuation, less washed out colors etc. So I tried my friends rev11 n4 and the colors are better, the borders aren't blurred/noisy.

I'm thinking about trading my Note 3 for a G2. Ended up being too big for me. I have a few questions for you guys. How is it? Battery good? Camera? I've noticed that development is good. I'm a Verizon customer so if anyone out there had the Verizon version can they tell me how the back buttons are? They are obviously smaller than the other carrier versions. Anything will help. Thanks.

Battery is great! Last all day. The back buttons aren't an issue. I quickly got used to them. Loving it.

Hey
first off - welcome!
I'm using the international version of the LG g2 so I can't give you any information about the back buttons of the phone. The battery is quite good if you don't have anything keeping the device awake. I still have a wakelock issue and I get 4-5 hours of screen on time. The camera performs really good in well-lit surroundings but lags when used in artificial lighting and in low light situations.
I don't know how the note 3 performs (I came from an iPhone 4) but I'm really satisfied with the smoothness and speed of this phone. It's absolutely wonderful.

unless you need the stylus, you're better off. Superior camera S800. so really the battery life is fantastic.
