I got my nook yesterday and tried to root it with touchnooter after that the screen froze on "your nook is starting up...." i can't do anything, i can't power off (tried to hold the button for more than 30sec ) to format it again.
Please, please, please any solution to how to solve this problme ??? :crying:

Hello, I have a problem with my tablet.
Yesterday I installed the ROM "Prime 1.4" with NVFLASH and I realized that the power button worked 1 out of 10.
This morning my tablet rebooted continuously without booting android, just boot animation.
To stop that, I held the power button and volume down to enter the recovery CWM but CWM not responding, I can not reboot my tablet, I tried to do a hard reset but it does not work, I do not know if it was because my power button has problems or if the tablet does not work at all.
Do you have any idea what can I do? I could bring it back to my dealer for my trade but it would remove recovery screen.

Sounds like you had a "bad" flash. Try re-flash the ROM again.
I can't doing anything, i've CWM on the screen but it is blocked ... :/
You don't need CWM. You can re-flash follow this guide.
If you can't shutdown the device. Let your battery drain 100% and then charge it 50% and try again.

Have you tried the 12second Power Button fix to turn the unit off?
If that doesnt work then you will have to wait until the battery runs out and turns off so you can plug the charger back in and try to unbrick it.

I rooted my nook simple touch，and then tried the “8 missed boot” method to restore it， thereafter，i followed this thread “http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1360994” to boot my NTS into recovery，then i just leave it for two days because i have something else urgent to care， when i came back ，i found it can not function any more 。
I can not power it off ，it just stoped and remain in this interface， see the pic here http://thumbsnap.com/i/8LDUvq9h.jpg
so when i followed ros87's way http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1289233 and wirte the image 0.1 to my mSD card，and i inserted it into NTS 。nothing happend！ I can't power if off then turn it on to get into factory restore.
p.s. all my nook buttons can not function too
please help me ! thanks a lot , i'am almost desperate

you need to flash the tablet by using this rom A3000_A422_011_022_140127_WW_CALL_FUSE this will remove any data on the tablet but it will solve this problem

I downloaded this firmware A3000_A422_011_022_140127_WW_CALL_FUSE and following http://forum.xda-developers.com/lenovo-a3000/development/rom-lenovo-ideatab-a3000-h-call-t2441135/page83 instructions on that link i installed every driver and laptop i borrowed for doing this is offten laggy so i heared a couple of times plugin in and out sound and while i was watching driver errors even that they were installed successfuly i stoped the SP Flash Tool and didn't notice that yellow bar was about 2/5 full and after that like before that it only shows "Searching". Someone said for driver that was buggin me i need to hold volume + and while holding it plug USB in and i installed driver that way but tablet won't start anymore, i tried reset button on the back. That tablet is my only computer please help me, what i can do?... Tried restart laptop but after restart i got unknown device when i plug in the tablet. Please help me somehow and if i miss the thread please move it. I didn't know where to put it.

I decided to try it for the last time and on my luck driver was installed by it self after i plugged the tablet and it wasn't unknown device. I think the solution is reset button on the back of tablet. Thank you anyway !

My a3000 doesn't turn on after I did this,It still only open The first animation of lenovo

Update: Now I tried to wipe data factory from recovery mood, the tap stopped while erasing and every time I try to open it , it open into animation for android and typing Erasing then the tap restart to the same animation, Help me please

The first problem was my phone prompted, " Encryption Unsuccessful" and it says that I should factory reset so I did. When I install a new ROM, it was successful but whenever I try to reboot / Power off, It prompted , "No OS INSTALLED, Are you sure to Power OFF" its been a week but I can't find any solution. Hope you could help me. :crying: It's so depressing that I can't even fix my phone. I really need your advice guys. BTW, The TWRP is working and my phone reads my memory card.

Hi guys, please help me with this kind of problem. My phone is not starting/loading even to loading screen is not starting up (sorry, im beginner. I don't know what it is). Maybe I've bricked my phone . It all started when I root this and install recovery_gnE7.img and my IMEI 1 & 2 both gone. Then, I grant also some apps. Then, I unroot it and uninstall the superuser and framaroot. Then changed to other framaroot (compatible framaroot based on the blogspot). but rooting was not successful. So I tried to shut it down. Then my cellphone starts to encounter this problem. I also tried to hold the power 10 sec upto 25 sec. but didn't work. It keeps on rebooting not displaying the logo and turning off then rebooting and so on.
Please help me guys on this.. Your help/suggestion will be much appreciated.

Yes, my phone is working right now after I deplete its charge or empty the battery. (maybe it needs rest..) guys maybe i will research more about how to retrieve my IMEIs. Do you have any suggested links? Thank you in advance
