Updated once again.
if you open a thread make sure you keep it updated, at least once in a while.
your own rom is 6 updates old. but i guess you love starting something and quit (like your Rom)
Not that i'm not appreciative, but it's just wrong to get people's high hopes and leave.
i bookmarked this thread to be updated but i was wrong.
i used your Rom "Zoom" even though i had lots of problems along the way but hoping that it will go away by each update kept me going.
Now what ?????
1) I stopped updating this as there's already a open on
Why do you think nobody's posting on it.
2) Zoom has 0 problems unless ur in Europe.
don't take it in a wrong way. and sorry if i offended you.
i like your work that is why i don't want you to leave it.
i got my phone from UAE to have it before the release date
- didn't know there is another topic same as this
thanks for your works

I don't know as I don't own the phone nor mod ask the developer via PM.

Which Android Development forum to use?

Hi, I have the international version of the GS3, and I see that we have different forums for each carrier, together with an "original" version for each one as well. Could someone explain which one should I look at and what this original one means?
thanks
Emerson
The following applies to the Original Android Development section:
"This is meant for the newest roms ie: aosp, cm, aokp source builds. Kernels from source also. If you are porting a rom, it belongs in the normal development section, not here. Stock, I repeat stock roms; ones from Samsung themselves as in new versions; can go here.
Also for this section. Roms an kernels that bring forth something revolutionary that other roms do not have."

There is a separate forum for the international Galaxy S III.

All that aside,
1. YOU ARE ON THE WRONG THREAD. These kind of posts should be on Vibrant Q&A.
2. You can find how to install SlimBean on Krarvind's website.
3. His website is here: http://slimroms.net/index.php/installation
4. Click Thanks (or donate) for Krarvind in the OP in his SlimBean thread in Development because he spent a lot of time on his ROM
5. Please post these kinds of questions in Vibrant Q&A.
Thanks, and Good Luck flashing SlimBean.

sorry for the wrong place
From a Froyo/GB Rom to SlimICS
Download latest cm9 nightly or any ICS kernel (odin or cmw flashable), device_x.x.zip and Slim_Common.zip
Enter CWM Recovery, Wipe data, Format System ( In Mounts and Storage)
Flash CM9 nightly or any ICS kernel ( via odin or cwm).
Reboot to recovery.
Flash Device_x.x.zip***, then Slim_Common.zip.
Reboot to system, Enjoy.
*** - If the flash is too quick ( < 5 seconds or so), reflash base before flashing essentials.
is this correct?
ahem, that's not what it says at all...
You're already on SlimICS. You dont need the Froyo/GB instructions..
"From another JB or ICS Rom to SlimBean
Download device_x.x.zip, slim_gapps.zip.
Enter CWM, wipe data, format system ( in mounts and storage)
Flash Device_x.x.zip***, then MUST flash slim_gapps.zip (other files optional)
*** - If the flash is too quick ( < 5 seconds or so), reflash device before flashing common or other zip files."
Also, NOTE. COMMON is not used anymore. Its now: Device_x.x.zip, slim_gapps.zip OR AIO.zip, and for this build, srec.addon.googlenow.zip as well (or something like that). Also, multidpi play store might be needed if you are going to change DPIs.
One more thing, please PM our Forum Moderator Oka1 and request him to move this to Vibrant Q&A section.
And make sure you click "thanks" for Krarvind, the one who built this amazing ROM and PRBassPlayer, our maintainer! (And me too, if you feel like it.)

Have good time to dedicate towards this and thought the community needs good point of reference, especially for those who join now or later. When younger on HTC Hero, I used XDA religiously as user and now, as I began to gain insights into more and more of how developing works, working towards getting Recognized Contributor or Developer status eventually. Give back to the community to those who were like me a while back now.

Hey @RevelationOmega how do you know which International ROMs are good to work with Sprint? I went to both International ROM threads that you have listed in the OP and I couldn't find anywhere that they are compatible with our "SM-G900P".
