Hey guys, I just recently got an S4. I had purchased The Dark Knight Rises game previously through the play store and I tried to install it on my S4 but to no avail. When I open up the app page on the play store, it says "Your device isn't compatible with this version." What the balls. Anyone know anyway around this? I went on Gameloft's official mobile page and it shows the game is compatible for the S4 but I don't want to have to purchase the game again, obviously.

You have the octocore version or 5he snapdragon version? Game works fine on my sd600, but it is ****..the game that is.

I backed it up on my old evo 4g lte using TiBu and restored it on my sgs4. worked like a charm. plays well.

Unless the data isn't downloading when he purchased it. We need more info b4lock. That's what happened for me for a bunch of apps. Assholes refunded me 10 cents each for them instead of trying to troubleshoot since I got them during the 10 cent sale. I won't buy Polarbit again.

If that's the case just delete it and install it from the Market again. It will download the data. If you are using a cracked version don't bother. This stuff doesn't work well. I tried to use cracked data for my Polarbit stuff and it didn't work. If you bought it I doubt it will appreciate the data from another Google account and another phone.
EDIT: OP, please don't post in multiple forums at once for the same issue. If we can solve it we will respond, considering most of us view all the sub-forums for the Epic.
MC3 was picky with downloading the data for me as well it kept saying incompatible...

I don't own MC3 so I can't help you. If you really did buy it I suppose you could look for the data somewhere other than XDA (Google helps.) You could also contact the devs. If you didn't buy it then we can't really help here. That's something you need to sort out on your own.
Some people have been asking me for the Modern Combat 3 apk with
the device compatability check removed so here it is.i checked it this morning
and everything worked great...

Modern combat 3 is a paid app, and as such falls under rule 6 of forum and market guidelines, as it is classified as a ware or paid app that should stay being paid for. Just giving you a heads up. Best option is to remove your link. You could have just said Google is your friend.

With a locked bootloader there is no way to tr it out. We know that roms will need to have the LCD and Camera driver... Now sure how it will work at this point. If they can crack the bootloader we will know...

Avoiding using the word "warez" does not obfuscate your intent, since that is the only sort of app that would be banned from XDA. That is, unless you can name some other exception that you are specifically looking for.

Not wares, just an alternative market. I won't vouch that every app is legit and safe but they have a lot of apps that got the boot from the official play store that I don't see anything malicious about them. Be careful. A couple of examples are emulators from yongzh and adfree android. His emulators were very highly rated but got the boot for some trumped up terms of conditions violations with Google play. I don't know the story behind either but many of the apps that used to be on the play store, but aren't any more, and were legit, and not malicious, are over at slideme.org

I'm in Mexico City a lot and, quite frankly, I just turn off my data, and only make a call if it's very important. Texting out is .50, and texts to you are .15 if I remember correctly.
I just use wifi at the hotels.
Or you could unlock and buy s telmex sim card.
