How can I hack my N 7 3G to run a Data plan rather than Broadband?

Hey, Im hoping i can get some help converting my Nexus 7 3g to run on a T-Mobile Data plan instead of there over priced Broadband plans, I also own a Galaxy Tab P1000 and I was able to hack it by simply removing the T-mobile Security page (Splash page). Once i accomplished that I was able to use T-Mobiles $30 plan that consist of unlimited Web (First 5gigs @ 4g speed), unlimited texting, and 100mnts of talk. it had to do with rooting my SGT7 and then downloading Root Explorer and deleting certain files, im hoping to get some answers cause i honestly dont want to pay more money and recive ALOT less options in my plan. So can anyone one PLEASE be kind enuff to assist me with this delema Im having. IM POSITIVE THERES PLENTY OF BRIGHT BULBS IN THIS HUGE FACTORY WE CALL OUR HOME (XDA).... THANKS IN ADVANCE. ILL BE HERE PATIONTLY AWAITING AN ANSWER. THANKSSSSSSSSSSSS...... P.S., This is my direct email if anyone can please help me with these answers on the side lines, i didnt want to really get into detail on this post because Ive learned that certain questions arent tolerated in this forum and i dont want to put my foot in my mouth, and defently dont want put this second home of mine in any type of jeperty. why not? it makes a lot of sence to me, i have the sgt7 and i love it, however its a dinosor, i run a data tmobile sim on it with no problem. i can call, tex, and unlimited web. but with broadband it highway robery.

You dudes are real flaky in this section, i just asked for some help with my newest device and i see ya*ll nit pickin the dumbest things, instead of helpin someone out, ppl are totaly diffrent in the SGT7 section. so what i have my email as my user name. S4 active roms

Does the galaxy s4 active work with the same roms as the regular s4? a friend of mine wants to buy it but he wants to know if the rom situation might be different.

With a locked bootloader there is no way to tr it out. We know that roms will need to have the LCD and Camera driver... Now sure how it will work at this point. If they can crack the bootloader we will know...

Buying an s4

Hey folks, I have a cousin that wants an s4. I've found one to buy here in the States from a good friend, but need some help. My cousin lives in Panama and the phone will be used over there. It will need to be unlocked, correct? If you guys have experience unlocking your at&t s4 please do share it. Also, I think the phone is on contract. Will I be able to use it out of the US or will it have a bad ESN? Thanks. Any advice on buying a phone is appreciated.

The best thing you can do is use the search function to look through the "general" and "Q&A" sections to find threads that have already been created about the subject. Make sure you take the time to read all of the threads have you find because they contain a lot of information and warnings. I f you do this, you will have all the information you need and then some. The Amount of support for USCC galaxy s4's is non existent, alot of ppl have these phones and we can get no help or nothing, I've made about 4 threads asking for a bit of assitance with my data provision in dfs or cdma workshop and nobody wants to help or can help me., i am wiling to pay right now for someone to just get my data working or send me a screen shot of their configuration through dfs, please help a army vet skype with his family today. it's been 2 weeks .. please help and god Bless America

By the way i am using a USCC gs4 that I flashed to page plus,, the data pops in and out, i have the 3g keys needed and information looks correct but the 3g icon pops up and off.. someone please post a screenshot of their configurations

Sorry to tell you but you just posted in the sprint variant of the gs3 forum. You should head over to the s4 forums they can help you more. Hope you get this fixed !

Custom roaming profiles

I've read a little about people downloading custom roaming profiles. Is this something still done today? I'm on an old plan with sprint and I roam nearly every other day. The phone used to data roam and now it doesn't, and Sprint is little to no help. Their technical customer service is a whole other thread.
