Clear cache from the play store through settings then apps

Google Music (UK)

I have setup Google Music with a proxy and uploaded music which is showing fine in my online account.
Nothing is showing in the Google Music app in Nexus 7 (unrooted) there is also no setting in sync settings showing Play music. There is also nothing in settings in the app to link my account, choose offline etc.
I have a Motorola Xoom and a Nexus S (both rooted with custom ROMs) and both devices are working perfectly with Play Music
Any ideas?
Thanks

Worked it out. Into settings/apps/Google play music/ cleared cache & cleared data.

error while retrieving information from server [rpc:s-5:aec-0]

Is anyone else getting this error message when trying to download apps from the Play store?
I have been getting for the past 2-3 days.
Delete your Google account then add it back.

If I remove and add the account again, do I lose some app settings or other stuff or not?
Does it matter if you lose a few settings if you can't use the play store anymore? Anyway I didn't notice any loss but it's possible.

I have same error, but how to delete current Google account? I can see option in settings to add another one, but nothing about deleting current one.
Edit: got it.

Apps not installing from play store online

Apps are not downloading to my Note when I use the play store online and send the app to the phone.
For some reason there are two entries for the phone in the settings on my play store account.
I tried clearing the data and cache on the play store app but no luck.
Is there any way to delete the phones from my play store settings so i can try to add it again?

Anything related to Google Play services?
If this has something to do with Google Play Services, then the entire Google Framework wouldn't work. Are Gmail and Google App working? Is the play store working?

Watch the app that I paid for go all bipolar on me... Happens on all uninstalled purchased apps. I tried wiping data and cache from Google Play Store. Still the same result. Server side?

A couple of things I would try if it were mine:
- Clear cache and data for Google play services
- Uninstall updates for Play Store
- Remove the Google account associated with your play store and add it back
