I have no idea what these symbols mean can comeone help me out?
When you scrolll all the way to the rightmost screen at the top there are 5 symbols. THe first one on the left is wifi then next is bluetooth then the other 3 symbols idk what they mean.
One sort of looks like crosshairs, the other one has two arrows bent in the shape of a circle and the last one if the letter A in the middle of a symbol that look like the sun.
What the hell do these mean!!??

Thanks alot, WHen the GPS is lashing at the top what exactly does that mean, Is it just the phone getting its location or something? And what does backgraound data do. WHat is the difference between having it off or on?
Just to be clear the 2 arrows in a circle is auto sync, even with it deselected background data remains checked.

When its flashing it means its currently being used, if its not flashing then no application is using it. Your phone only uses the GPS when an app needs it
I think background data and auto sync means your weather, Facebook, e mails, etc. update by themselves every 30 mins or so

Im assuming you're using CM7.. this is customizable.
Settings -> CM Settings -> Interface -> Notification power widget
Want it off? Uncheck Notification power widget
To change whats there: Widget buttons.
Re-order: Widget button order.
When theres a light below it.... its on
No light.. its off.
Pretty much self-explanatory.

Yes, I just tried it, auto sync turned off but background data stayed on.

So I was holding my phone and I could tell that it accidentally turned on and was doing things. When I looked down to turn it off I noticed that the app launcher icon at the very bottom of my homepage is missing. I have no clue how to get it back and can't figure out a way to access all my apps.
Does anyone know how to get the icon back?
Thanks.

Transition animation scale setting, in developer options NOT sticking?
Every phone I get, I always set this to off just to reduce the transition time. But no matter what I set it to, after about 10min of playin on the phone it always sets itself back to x1. Anyone else having this issue....? Any suggestions... thanks

The camera app apparently switches the transition animation back to 1. Try it. Turn off the animation then open the camera app. Go back and check the animation setting. It'll be back to 1x. Haven't found a way around this
Your right. Thats retarded. Thanks for tha nfo

You can install xposed framework and the notify clean module to get rid of them. That's what I use along with a lot of other people.
So I'm not doing anything wrong just have to use a work around app. Thanks

For LMT, you can also long press on the notification in the notification panel and select app info - when the LMT info page pops up, uncheck notifications or if it is not checked, check it and then uncheck it and you will get a popup saying you won't get notifications - click ok and close. You do have to do this everytime you reboot your device tho.
download 'notificationsoff' from the play store. icon is a green square with some lines in it...just in case u have issues finding it. lets u turn off notifications for any apps u chose whether they r user apps or system.

Hello I want to know if there is anyway to remove the brightness slider. On lollipop. I tried using sqlite but I got a weird bug where my quick settings get cut off. I will provide a pic of that..
