I am looking for a specific registry editor that allowed me to edit my fonts color and the top and bottom bar. I didn't have to type in values. bassicly I just slid the slider to the color I wanted.
anyone have any idea what program this is???
Is it possible to edit the text colour of the softkeys?? Ive tried UItweaker and Rc mod but they only allow changing the whole system font colour, unless im wrong.
Can anyone shed some light on this??
thanks
not to worry solved it.
using a reg editor
HKCU\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Today\ThemeName.tsk
create the binary value called -
Color_CommandBarText
0000 00 00 00 where '00 00 00' represents your RGB value
colour chart found here: http://www.december.com/html/spec/color.html
soft reset or change theme and change back and enjoy
incase anyone suggests this reg edit changes all system colours (possible assumption from my screen capture) the taskbar colours were changed through rc mod
Nice find!!!
You still can use UITweaker under WM5ColourChanger. The item is Command Bar Text.
Does anyone know how to change the start menu font colour to black?
I've tried searching but still can't find a solution. Tried RCMod but still can't change the font colour.
I found out that some manila files must be edited in order to change the font colour. If so, which file and what to be changed?
Anyone knows how to change the font colour?
Please?
I would like to know this too...I want to use white background and in wm start menu icon text is white=unreadable. thanks
Hay guys.
So having a look around and found out that the color codes in a .json file is not normal color codes.
Therefor those of us who does not have extreme knowledge on coding will not be able to figure out how to get this .json color code.
And that is why i have decided to create a small app just to find the normal color code for a .json file.
Now ass you can see there is a color chooser app on top and then my nifty .json color convertor at the bottom..
The converter does work but preferably do not use a RGB color value of 0 anywhere
Simply add your "RGB" Reg, Green, Blue values into the corresponding labels and hit calculate, then you will see a value at the bottom (Red box) that would be your .json color value.
Add it and save the .json file an DONE!:good:
Please guys, if I helped, Say THANKS:good:
Updated
Hay guys.
This is an updated converter with build in color picker.
Hope it helps.

Battery icons in framework-res.apk
Signal/clock in systemui.apk
Change pngs for battery/signal to what ever you want keeping the file names exactly the same
If your rom doesn't support 1% battery pngs (each png represents a 1%-100% plus same for charging) you will need to implement the 1% battery mod - links in signature
Clock colour edit the line of xml in status_bar.xml for the hex code of the clock
