Granted, I did use Safestrap. But the M hasn't ever had working HW-accelerated 4.2 due to framebuffer issues with the QHD panel. Those issues will hopefully be resolved with Pinter, Hash, and dhacker's work on a custom kernel.

I will when I get home.
Currently running CM10 with unlocked bootloader on TWRP. Booted in to recovery, wiped dalvik and cache, flashed your AOKP build along with the 4.2.2 gapps, wiped dalvik and cache again and rebooted. Upon reboot my screen went white (somewhat pixelated) went to boot screen and hung there. Then when I tried to restore a backup of my CM10 it would bootloop as well. Had to reflash CM10 and 4.0.x gapps then restore in order to get back to my CM10 build.

Have had no problems with this build at all. Did you do a full wipe prior to flashing? (And I don't mean just a fastboot -w or wiping Dalvik, userdata, and cache).

No, I assumed that a full wipe wasn't necessary if going from a nightly.

Sometimes you are just better off doing a full wipe as a sanitary precaution.
Updated earlier. Didnt wipe. Absolutely no problems. I actually never wipe from one version of CM to the next. I guess that's probably not a good thing. But, I've never had any problems.
I ran a full wipe and am loving the update so far

Wish I could change the start up screen though. Then again I don't really restart my phone that often.

Running it now but please be very careful as you must wipe your data which leaves you no way of recovering, all your nandroids are removed, wiped and gone. So back up your entire internal sdcard. Also flash the ROM and gapps, make sure it boots and works and then wipe data partition. A gain please be careful. If your new to flashing do not flash this, chances are you will starting a thread asking how to recover your system

I have been running his test builds since the beginning of this month and I have never had to clear my entire storage. Just a stock data wipe.
I couldn't get the sdcard to read, so it was a data wipe that cured my issue. Works fine, runs smooth.OK music stops when screen turns off

Does anyone know why the KK rom reboot take so a long time?
when I use the 4.2.2 the reboot timer tell me is 32~36 sec.
then the 4.4, the reboot timer tell me is 46~90 sec.
why?
Mine boots fine. It depends on the add-ons that are in the ROM. I use Slim and it boots quickly.
I'm not sure why it take so a long time.

Replace them manually through a root browser and change to the correct permissions. When I had the M8, I flashed through recovery and the device seemed laggy. It was better when I replaced them manually. Also, in that thread, I think someone mentioned that flashing through recovery may cause the old ones to stick - or something along those lines.
