Did you make a back up before you flashed cm9? if you did open the back up and restore menu and select your back up
If not... one of the ways to return is to use the KDZ...as if your bricked your phone. This is how you downgrade/upgrade and unbrick when your phone is in emergency mode,
Do you have a standard l3? you know E400 not E400F,G or R?
Also are you open (unlocked) or are you on a network/carrier, like tmobile. LG Firmware... is where you will get your stock rom to flash in kdz
I guess your new.. but i dont want to write out all the steps.. im sure you can find them if you google or search on here.
Not when you back in stock, you know 2.3 you will have to re root your phone.

Let me know when you have some news I fix up my phone with Odin, flashing a stock rom and original .pit file but, as you can read, i lost ICS. I think i will waiting for a Stable release
This is a good site for troubles
ics.samsung-updates.com/trouble
see:
Phone is in boot loop
can't get to Recovery (I9000)
Put phone in Download mode and use FixRecovery.tar.md5 in Odin as PDA, uncheck auto-reboot option.
After flash reboot to recovery with 3-button-combo and CWM flash proper ICS kernel and reboot
For trouble after follow instructions from HOW TO FLASH section proper for Your device

Thanks men... but i got an answer that helped me out from twa_priv
"You need to wipe in Stock (Motorola) recovery, which is always there.
Shutdown the phone and then:
power + vol down
then push volume up and down at the same time"
at first there is just an android with a triangle but then you should do the vol up and down at the same time and there will be a stock motorola recovery!
thanks for everyone that helped me out with this stuff!

Unfortunately, you cannot flash 2ndinit if you've already installed cyanogenmod, since it already has a bootloader. Goes for all versions of CM. I made the same mistake and had to flash the sbf.
I'm assuming that when you reboot normally you get stuck at the "red M" screen and your capacitive touch buttons might flicker. If that's the case, you will have to flash the sbf, because your bravo is boot looping. Go to this post here and follow the tutorial to the letter.

If you are having further trouble, post it there.

It will run stock 2.2.1 yes. If you follow the instructions from the tutorial, and you have at least a little battery left you should be fine, since you will have your phone plugged into your computer. You will have to re-root as well. When you sbf, you have to start all over, including rooting. Just make sure you follow the tutorial step by step. It does a much better job explaining how to fix everything.

To reboot into recovery, hold the power/hold button down til that menu pops up, then select reboot, then select recovery. It was my pleasure helping. If you have any other questions just ask in the bravo general section and eventuality someone will help. Everyone with bravo is very supportive.
Edit: in recovery you will have options like reboot, wipe cache, wipe data, flash zip, backup/restore, that sort of thing. Usually I backup first just as a precaution, before wiping data and cache and then flashing a new rom. For other zips like gapps, cpu governors, or anything else you can just flash the zip without wiping.

I'm gonna add, since the recovery option in the power button menu doesn't always access 2nd-init recovery (depends on the rom), nor is that option available in all roms, you just need to push the volume up button when the led light turns green when booting up to access the bootmenu. I've had cases where reboot menu recovery went to stock recovery instead of 2nd-init.
Its also a good idea to wipe cache\dalvik cache when flashing things like lockring mods, framework themes, and most theme related mods in general.

My fault, its Volume Down, and yes, the green blink before the blue is when you push it.
I got it confused with Stock Recovery, which is Power Button+Volume Up while turning on the phone.

Hi . I purchased a used LG G2 and didnt know that teamwin was installed or if it was stock or rooted.
I noticed an update available and downloaded the same, post which my phone restarted and is now in a bootloop of Team Win recovery Projects menu.

Hello.. I am afraid that in panic i might have formatted everything with TWRP. That might include a rom file.
I tried the power volum buttom---- Got to the white screen----pressed power button to confirm format----It rebooted and got me to the same Team win screen
I also tried putting the following in the terminal command but ended up stuck at the LG boot screen Logo
dd if=/dev/zero of=/dev/block/platform/msm_sdcc.1/by-name/fota
Yes I did. It asked me to reboot, so I did. and after reboot it gets stuck at the LG boot Screen logo.

To go back to completely stock you will have to do it with a kdz, there is a guide here : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2625044
Otherwise the easiest solution would to be to flash a flashable rom either stock or aosp, there are now stock kitkat versions flashable but for me to help you with this i need to know what recovery version you are on and your phone variant.
I am having a similar issue, I've wiped my stock rom using TWRP, unfortunately the Rom I was trying to install is corrupted and now I am stuck. For some reason Mount and ADB sideload options arent doing anything for me i.e. my phone does not show up on my PC.
Any help would be appreciated.

Ok so the phone does show up under device manager but Windows is complaining that the drivers arent installed. I know the drivers are installed because I used the same machine to root the phone not too long ago via ADB and everything worked fine. I've tried downloading drivers from LG site and re-installing them but for some reason the phone still isnt getting recognized under device manager

Ok one of your problems will be that that version of TWRP is very outdated now and has a lot of issues,
Start by downloading this version http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2449679 and flashing it via twrp that will give you version 2.7.0.0
(You can use adb to push this file to your phone to flash or alternatively, the easiest method is either a usb otg cable or otg flashdrive then you can just put the files you need on flashdrive and plug into your phone).
Then if you want a stock based rom and don't wont to follow the instructions from the link i gave you the other day you can install this one http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2505682
Just follow the instructions on the page, this ROM is basically completely stock with some added tweaks.
The issues you have been facing with the rom installs failing will most likely just be caused by the outdated version of twrp you are using.
Hope this helps and good luck.

[Q] Stuck on LG logo

I recently purchased a lg g2, the korean variant f320s, it was running kitkat with a lot of bloatware on top. I successfully rooted the phone and after that i found a cwm recovery installer for this version of the phone and i hooked up the phone and ran the installer on my pc, it finished installing and the phone rebooted into the custom recovery which was in chinese i went into a menu option and then pressed the back button on the screen and the phone instantly rebooted and got stuck at lg boot logo. Is there anyway to fix this? i have tried wiping cache, dalvik and factory reset from the recovery that i can access(chinese or something) but to no avail. I can access the download mode but my pc does'nt recognize the phone and this step is crucial for i guess installing the stock rom through lg flash tools. The phone however is recognized when im in recovery and i plug it in but it only shows as a drive that is faded out and entering it shows nothing. please help me i just got it two days ago

You are a legend!! Device back up and running.
Okay so I installed that same rom you did but the home/back/menu buttons weren't working so not wanting to muck around, I did some quick searching (which I should have done before >.<) and worked out how to get the Cloudy roms working on a korean device.
You need "Philz cloudy f320 recovery", the kitkat baseband and the rom. LINK
1 - Install the new recovery from zip and then boot back into recovery after this. You will now be greeted with philz recovery which is awesome.
2 - From here, proceed to install the rom as noted on the rom page.
This process worked for me for the Cloudy G3 V1.3 rom.
Thanks a lot for your help!! happy to return the favour! But i am hoping the above info already does that. :victory:

Good to know you got it working again i still cant figure out why this problem occurred in the first place why did the phone brick from the recovery when the recovery was working fiblne after? Also i can just get the new recovery over the one already on the phone without removing the previous one right? Thanks for the info im gonna try out the cloudy roms soon
I have no idea.. something to do with that chinese recovery I am guessing.. There are still a few issues I am going to address but for now my phone is 95% working.
The only issue is that if I try go into download mode, it still doesn't go to the second screen (All i get is the small blue dots). Bit of a pain because that's something nice to fall back on if you ever need to.
I'll search around and try and figure these out in the next week or two, but I am happy with what I have for the moment.
Yep, you literally install the new recovery over your current one and then you can restart phone back into your rom and then reboot back into recovery using an app or the button method.
