Need Huawei Source code for official ics for the pro.
Currently uploading AOKP alpha 1. Changelog uploaded soon.
This is a port from the u8800 AOKP port by dc959.
Basically, its a port from a port. This may or may not be compataible with the pro
Current progress:
Boot able, if I can get the zip to install.
This is not a public beta.

Interesting how i cant get it to install -_- Can you logcat?

Im using cwm touch 6.0.1.0 recovery and it installed but wont go past the first huawei screen.
Never log catted before, not sure how.
I can send you my cwm recovery image if you want me to.. I dont get the status 7 error any more with the newer cwm.

Appears to be a bad updater-script

I'll roll it back tomorrow. AOKP will be possible on our device

Infamous status 7. Asserts failed...
Edit: boot loop. Now we are getting somewhere. Log cat time.

Where have you hidden it?

Can we get install instructions? Should this be installed over gb or ics? Can it be installed over another ics rom?
I'll test it it out, just need to know the small details so I don't brick my phone.

The beta of the rom for atrix is out based in 4.1.
Tried 2 times to dowload but servers in china from time to time is a mess.
But hereit is. You have to put this code: 9765 in the empty box then click the blue box to download the rom.
Pd: if someone can upload it to a closer site will help!

Thanks for the link but its not starting after i flashed it..I am going to upload it later.
UPDATE: After some reflashing it works really nice!!! So smooth love it.

If u dont wanna test it then dont flash it lol. Its a beta so its for testers. I like miui and v5 is really nice

Tested it, looks nice, does not have G apps though, and the cool new keyboard is in Chinese a bit.

Yup, because Camcorder is borked. But, Camera is work better than plain CM10. On CM I have problems with delays.

I am using the gapps from goomanager. yes it's exactly the same version.

If you post it upload it to at least one more mirror. MediaFire works well. Make sure you link to the original site and credit them.

I'm searching to find more info...
They have already released it for some devices. I think they just didn't want the one who ported it to release it.
But the dev who ported for Atrix did release it. So making another mirror isn't changing anything.
Maybe keep it on google drive but don't post in development thread.

Well seeing as the rom is a port there is no chance the camera would work since there is no base rom
with camera working.

bro..i think there is some think like building a rom from source is there and by which u can create a new cm 10 rom is it ok:good:

You can compile roms from source but most of the time they will be like most of the roms already out there for this phone. Also it will not fix the camera problem because it is yet to be resolved.

Yeah tried the rom it is alright. Just ported three new roms for this phone from the optimus one but they all seem to have a weird touch problem.

so u bro admitted that cm 10 is built for lg p690 ya so like my rom and comment good for this rom and good news is that i had ported a new rom try it it name is ginger jelly and let me know

and would u plzz..show me on youtube the problem ur facing so that it can be fixed because my touch is working fluidly without any problem so make a video and upload to youtube

bro...i must tell u that first try and then comment because its useless for posting and comment u dont know about so try it and let me know and many had tried it u must give a try nice rom and try my new rom as well ginger jelly nice rom with lot of tweaks and mods and thank me it dont cost nothingand i got a 2nd hand lgp690 i own it

I think so, because it just replace png not more, and thats why I asked for a testers before releasing it..I dont want to mess with ur devices.....but it is completely safe, just make a backup and flash it...please respond back

Ok, tested over stock odexed with jkays and all seems good, Wi-Fi arrows overlap icon a bit but might be able to sort that in deluxe settings, that carbon weave system background would be nicer if it was a little darker (just my taste ) .....nice one mate :thumbup:

Testers needed for camera

I've been asked by a number of people to bring my camera work to the G3. I'm in the final stages of it and have tested it myself on a VS985, but would like to have a couple more people with different variants give it a try. I only need a few people, and they should be very familiar with adb, logcat, and general troubleshooting in addition to being able to get back to me promptly. If you fit the bill and want to do so, get in touch via PM. Thanks!

I would have to assume that any camera app not explicitly included in a custom ROM will work in any ROM you choose to use.

I'm sorry, I do not understand your post. CM what? Plox what? I thought I answered your question, but I guess not.
Besides, currently the camera doesn't even work in CM, so why does it matter if this app works in CM?
