Screen dimming to off screen

I keep trying to watch videos by my screen dims in stages then goes off anyone have this problem? My nexus s doesn't do this

What happens if you go to settings/display and set the display sleep timer to never? Does it change anything? Sounds like maybe an app setting issue not forcing the tablet to stay awake.

I was thinking that it seems to have stopped, i just want a few otas to hit the 7 and help fix this beautiful device.

Problems with Screen/Photos

So I just noticed on a few of my pictures that I've taken, there seems to be some kind of distortion or something. Happens mostly on dark photos but there have been a few photos that I've taken during the day that I've noticed this on aswell. Does anyone else have this issue or know what the cause may be?
Far left of the picture that goes from the bottom of the screen going up. Only happens in pictures after they have been taken.

Another picture that shows the lines and whatever it is. Just tried to shoot a video and can confirm that it happens in videos i record aswell.

Menu buttons in camera app

Didn't see another post. My menu buttons turn into small dots in the camera app. Happens 80% of the time when opening camera. Screenshot attached.
Is this a common thing? Is this a 4.3 bug? Any fixes available?

YouTube app help needed

The stock YouTube app just upgraded and whenever I watch a video I get a white square in middle of my N4 screen. Cant figure out how to remove it, probably something simple.
Anyone know how?

Delete cache memory and data from youtube app.

Same problem here. Have you found solution?
Clearing cache and app data won't help.

This works kind of. But as soon as I turn the phone to rotate screen it comes back up

Problem is solved now. I have updated app and square dissappeared.

This has just mysteriously came back but only when I watch videos in landscape

Do u have chromecast or TV that is connecting to WiFi? When that icons appears that means its streaming on the TV.

I know this is offtopic, but aside from the Connect TV feature, I've completely switched to Viral now.

I do have a TV connected to my home network. But sometimes I get the icon sometime I don't very weird. It's working fine now

Volume slider popup location question

Hello
I have a simple question.
I might be wrong, but im writing this because i dont think i noticed it before.
In the stock video player app, when you press the volume keys while playing a video, where on the screen does the volume slider pop up show up?
For me, it shows up in the very bottom of the screen in the middle. In both horizontal and vertical views.
Is this normal? Because i could sware remembering it being in the top-middle portion of the screen...
Can anyone go and check in the stock video player and see where your slider pops up?
