i used mcgvyer process to boot up phone into bootloader then i bought new battery also but its not recognizing any battery

Few month ago I updated my Herme with dopod, but it then stucked at 54%, it couldnt countinue for hrs, then i just gave up, and re-updated my herme again, however after I ON my herme it freezes, and I get the above information, even when i update my herme, the rom freezes at 1% some at 7%
I tried updating different radio rom, but it all freezes at 1% some at 7%
Now i cant get anything from my herme except the above information
Any help Pleassssssssssseeeeee
This has been talked about SOOOOO much....
You can try to get it up and running by flashing the SHIPPED STOCK ROM.You need the rom that ORIGINALLY came on the Hermes... IF this doesn't work you have a permanent brick... Flash with an OS only rom and you have a nifty PDA but not a phone.....

First thing you have to do is visit this wiki page and follow the process explained: Common upgrade problems
If you can't repair your brick after following the process, please provide a USB monitor capture in ANSI text format (this is explained on the wiki page too) as this is the only thing that can give us a real idea on what your exact problem is. Please don't come crying and say "help me" because we can't help you if you don't provide useful information, you are in front of a big problem and you will have to loose some hours reading and experimenting before repairing your brick. If you are not willing to loose some hours reading, go and send the device to the service centre for a repair as it is the only valid solution most of the times.

Hi guys i need some help if anyone can guide me how to fix my problem. I have an htc touch cdma it has been working fine for more than a year but recently it started rebooting some times or if it reboots it doesnt start again and i have to remove battery and other thinks for it to start. Reading the forum here i got some info about bricked phones so i used the gold card but i dont have the shipped rom because i parchased the phone as a used one. Any of u guys backup his phone before upgrading it and can send me a link to get the shipped rom that would be very helpfull or any other sugestions on my problem and how to fix it and also how to remove the ( test only ) screen that has from the gold card use.

u shouldnt have used the goldcard, that for solving a completely different problem. if your phone starts then it is NOT bricked.
u have to do a lot of reading to get some facts straight, anyway i think u have a hardware problem.

So i've been asked to unlock a this phone as a favor
So got home after having some drinks(not the best idea) and tried unlocking it
Long story short i installed a wrong spl as i understand and now the phone stays on the splash screen
I did lots of research in the forum, allot of ppl have the same problem, but didnt find a complete answer on how to fix this
as i now understand i should first application unlock it, then hard spl and then flash custom rom
On the Bootloader it says
"cEDA100
SPL-0-39.0000
MicroP-Cedar.W(LED) v58B"
And on the bottom "Serial" witch as i now understand means its not application unlocked?
So when i try to flash it it allways stays on 0%
And as i said it stops on the htc splash screen
Tried hard resetting the first way, but nothing. Cant find the original telus rom and i dont have an htc donor to do the 3rd hard reset way
Any help would be much appreciated right now guys ASAP cause am leaving canada by 2mrw

Hi folks need a little help,
I bought a defy and had cm7 on it and I wanted stock rom so I got the uk rom 2.2 I wanted then I sorted drivers out got latest rsd lite and flashed it. It said complete and passed.
The phone didnt re boot it was compleatly un responsive.
My thoughts was oh s**t so I flashed it with a difrant rom I got one from xda.
I flashed it then it all of a sudden rsd lite wont find phone.
Phone is un responsive. Tried turn on with vol + - both usb in out put battery in with vol + & - all sorts.
Only bit of life is if I put battery in then plug usb in the charging light comes on so I left it over night.
Any idears people. Im stuck and need help

Charge it with external charger or another defy.
O use this.

I think your defy originally flashed with a leaked 2.3.4 or higher stock rom so you can't use lower flashfile.
Ask the first owner for information.
(I think that defy is quite "unbrickable" , just find the right rom for it.

i need help to unbrick, i am suck.. i flashed with MistyOS-BL7-4.1.2 my defy with froyo, but when reboot show M in red and late bootloader error
ok, i tryed flash with T-Mobile_MB525_6.19.0_1FF .. but now have a black screen and rsd lite show phone connected ok , i tryed flash

Have exactly the same problem. (defy+) was running a cm based custom ROM, installation got messed up and tried to flash a retail SBF, but after every flash I get a black screen. Also looking for a solution

the problem is .. i have defi mb525 i have installed this sbf MistyOS-BL7-4.1.2 for bl7 .but this say bootloader error ok? ,, now .. i try this rom JORDN_U3_6.36.0_SIGNED_USAJRDNTMOB1B4B5DE1028.0R_J ORDANTMO_P022_HWp3_Service1FF for go back to stock, this show nothing.. ( black screen ) then i tried other flash but only show black screen .. my defi is mb525 no ( + ) green lens--
