I've searched and nothing really relates to my issue. Google Wallet has been working wonderfully until I received a new debit card from my bank. I deleted the old debit card from wallet.google.com, and added the new one. After that, I opened Google Wallet on my phone and it said that it had to be reset, so I clicked okay and it reset. I went through all the activation stuff, and when I get past the create a pin part, I get an error "Error adding card, try again", and I get the attached screenshot under "my wallet" tab. I've reset nfc services, reset wallet then rebooted phone, and any combination of that. It is happening on my Nexus 7 as well.
I called Google Wallet, but they couldn't figure it out and told me to wait until the next update to see if that fixes it. I have no idea what to do next. Do you all think it is on Google's end, or mine?

I've gotten that a few times. I found a thread discussing this and some thought it was related to syncing Internet under Accounts and sync settings. I unchecked Internet and the problem hasn't recurred for me, but it is too early to tell.
thanks dude! i just did that for both my gmail accounts. hope it all goes well.
First off, I'm in the US, so this is not an unsupported country issue...
When I got my Nexus 7, evetually I got around to activating the Google Wallet on it. Seemed to be no issues, except when I tried to activate the Google Pre-Paid card, I kept getting an error, Error Adding Card, please try again. Figured there was some connection issue, so I left it at that.
Well after trying for the 2nd day and still getting an error, I started looking for possible solutions.
I reset the wallet, no change.
Solution:
o I reset the wallet (in settings)
o Then I went to Applications and found the app
o Force Stopped it
o Cleared cache for it
o Cleared data for it.

Then tried again... and it worked.
I can't seen to install or update apps the past couple days. The play store opens and shows all my apps and ones that need updating, but all I get is this error:

Same thing with new apps. I did clear data the other day in Google framework trying to get 4.2.1. Everything looks normal on my PC too.
I have had the same problem, also after deleting framework data.
Not sure if there is a fix but it was solved for me after doing a factory reset (for other reasons).
I tried deleting cache and data, no luck
Then I deleted my Google account and tried to add it back in. Kept giving me a message sorry can't sign in, server issue, try again later. Tried that a couple times no luck.
Then I turned off 2 stage authentication. I was then able to sign in and add my account. Everything synced in 5 minutes. Can now add and update apps at Playstore. Glad I didn't have to factory reset!
I have had my tablet for a few days and just went into the NFC settings screen (More... under the Wireless & Networks section) and add spoon add I click more the settings freezes up and shows a blank black screen then force closes. I also noticed under battery usage NFC is very high and I'm not using it. I am on 4.2.1 and it is rooted. Anyone else have this issue or have any suggestions.

Well it started working now. I went to settings again and it opens just fine. I think it might have been something to do with Google Wallet. The first time I set it up it failed adding cards and I hand't tried NFC yet. Then I had gone back into Wallet later and had it successfully add the cards. The next time I tried the settings afterwards it worked. It is the only NFC related thing I did so that is my best guess if anyone else runs into this.
Every few days my phone gets signed out of Google and Moto ID, and I get notifications to sign back in to them. I look at my sign in history on Google and I see nothing suspicious, nor any sign in attempts anywhere.
This is what I'm referring to:

I'm starting to suspect that there is an issue with this phone randomly losing settings because when I go to watch a video in Chrome, sometimes I get the popup asking if I want to play it in Chrome or with MX Player, even though I chose "always" play with MX Player.
I've even restored my phone using the factory image, and a few days later it started happening again.
Has anyone else been through this problem?
