I can't seen to install or update apps the past couple days. The play store opens and shows all my apps and ones that need updating, but all I get is this error:

Same thing with new apps. I did clear data the other day in Google framework trying to get 4.2.1. Everything looks normal on my PC too.
I have had the same problem, also after deleting framework data.
Not sure if there is a fix but it was solved for me after doing a factory reset (for other reasons).
I tried deleting cache and data, no luck
Then I deleted my Google account and tried to add it back in. Kept giving me a message sorry can't sign in, server issue, try again later. Tried that a couple times no luck.
Then I turned off 2 stage authentication. I was then able to sign in and add my account. Everything synced in 5 minutes. Can now add and update apps at Playstore. Glad I didn't have to factory reset!

First off, I'm in the US, so this is not an unsupported country issue...
When I got my Nexus 7, evetually I got around to activating the Google Wallet on it. Seemed to be no issues, except when I tried to activate the Google Pre-Paid card, I kept getting an error, Error Adding Card, please try again. Figured there was some connection issue, so I left it at that.
Well after trying for the 2nd day and still getting an error, I started looking for possible solutions.
I reset the wallet, no change.
Solution:
o I reset the wallet (in settings)
o Then I went to Applications and found the app
o Force Stopped it
o Cleared cache for it
o Cleared data for it.

Then tried again... and it worked.
This is kind of ridiculous. Have no clue where to even start looking.

Try to clear cache and data on play services and play services framework, then reboot you may need to reload your google acount after that, if that does not work try a factory reset

Don't do this it screws up play services you probably have the usual nlpwakelocks and can't fix it without root or turning off location services and or google now
Do you have moto display on? Wouldn't that do it
I turned off the driving assist. Google now is off. Try that. Don't really need google now on unless you use the cards. Otherwise it still does everything else
Every few days my phone gets signed out of Google and Moto ID, and I get notifications to sign back in to them. I look at my sign in history on Google and I see nothing suspicious, nor any sign in attempts anywhere.
This is what I'm referring to:

I'm starting to suspect that there is an issue with this phone randomly losing settings because when I go to watch a video in Chrome, sometimes I get the popup asking if I want to play it in Chrome or with MX Player, even though I chose "always" play with MX Player.
I've even restored my phone using the factory image, and a few days later it started happening again.
Has anyone else been through this problem?
Out of no where, one day I just wanted to check something on my data usage section in settings and as soon as that page loaded it just froze and I could only open recent apps and swipe it away. I can use everything else in settings just fine but only data usage is causing problems. (I set a data limit and if I reach it it's gonna block my access until start of the next data cycle)
So far I've tried clearing settings app cache, wiping cache partition, stopping some settings-related services from app manager (not sure how effective that should be if at all.. I'm not android savvy.) it's the G935FD version.
I'm trying to avoid full system reset at all costs.
Appreciate your time and efforts,
Thanks.

Everything was fine and dandy until I restored my device due to an issue with it not charging correctly, now that it's fully restored I can't get Google Keep to sync on my device. It works perfectly fine with my tablet and desktop but not my phone. I've uninstalled/reinstalled it, removed/re-added my Google account, wiped the cache/data from Google Play Services and the Play Store, even wiped/restored it a second time to no avail.
If anyone has any ideas I'm open to all suggestions. I've switched to Evernote for the time being but it's just not the same.

Do you have any apps disabled?
