Hello... I searched the forum and also google and still no help with my problem.
Ok, so im trying to install an WidgetLocker theme into the correct folder in "DATA".
When I connect my Nexus 4 to my laptop and go to the files, i do not see DATA folder anywhere, I even tried creating another one and wasn't allowed.
Do anyone know anything im doing wrong? Help is very appreciated.
Also, forgive me if this been discussed once before. I couldn't find any threads on forums about this situation im having.

I Find out how to do it through a file manager app, since Nexus 4 doesn't have a SDCard when plugged into pc.
MOD CAN DELETE NOW.. I TRIED MYSELF AND I CAN ONLY EDIT THREADS! THX

Hi I am looking for an app to unlock my windows files on my phone. When I try to delete most files it says "unable to delete, may be in use" so is there a program to let me do this and is it the one posted called "Unlocker"? Thanks...TJ

I encountered this problem once about 8 months ago. I had made a couple of posting on this forum somewhere. I can't remember what I did to revolve it but nobody else had similar problem then. I'd also try to find and see if I can locate my post.

I use HTC P3400i, but I can't change my thimr at taday.
before I can change it, but now It will not be changed. Why?
I already flash my phone.
just put the .tsk files into the root of ya fone n go to today n set the themes ya want best of luck
You may put .tsk files in the root of your phone or SD card. Probably the theme files may have been placed in some directory and hence are not showing upin today screen.

The tsk files should be ideally put in \My Documents or \Windows folder.

I guess you must have done a hard reset right? I haven't found any other solution for this problem till now. Please do share when you find solution to any problem so that others can benefit too, and our forum can be saved from "Wild Threads"

when i do this thread, I am a new user of Gene. this is my first PDA use. that time I doesn't know any thing.
after some days by the XDA forum I learn more and more...

By the way, after purchase GENE, with in 1 month I flash my ROM, then the Theme problem occurred (Basically It is not Problem, Just copy Theme file into windows folder).

sorry if this is a dumb question, but i can't figure out how to UN-install Nexus Toolkit 7 v.5.0 from my computer. I only see the icon on my deskop and the Google folder in my programs folder but nothing shows up for it in my Control Panel. I tried posting on the program thread but because I don't have enough posts it's not letting me reply on the help thread in the developers forum. I'm getting a new computer so I want to remove this program from the old laptop before I give it to someone else. thanks in advance.

I update my note 3 to version 4.4 kitkat and now when i try to delete any file on my
ex-sd it does not want to delete anything.
Not with any program like xplore or any other file browser.
When i put the sd card in a card reader and try to delete it with a computer thats no problem.
Is it me or is there something wrong that i cant see where the problem is.
Been thru al settings and cant find anything that would chance this.

Firstly, apologies if this topic has been answered before, I wasn't able to find much on here. Anyway, I decided that I wanted to have desaturated versions of icons that I have on the phone and was able to extract them onto my PC and change them. The problem was getting them back on the phone, I tried a few methods that didn't seem to work and in the end had to resort to using APK Icon Editor to replace and pack the file without issue. Is there not a location folder on the phone that I can send icons to that will be picked up by launchers or is the method I used the only way?
Any help is appreciated, thanks.
You have to decompile it and re compile it sometimes it need to be signed with the same signature use tickle my android or if you want do it with this app I found in the play store
