I've been playing with my dx2 today and came across this app that let's me make calls it over wifi using my google number. I think its cool so I thought I'd share the link.

Been using this sense it came out. The old shift is just an IP home phone now. Have you found the best settings for it yet? Would like to compare to fine tune the program. Audio is not the best out of it

Well I've been using it on the dx2 and the quality calling home was good using the defaults. I even just for fun made a call from the dx2 using wifi tether through my shift and it was fine. I haven't used it on the shift yet.
Thanks for the heads up . I believe strapped has been using this for a while. I also know a few others using this. From the feedback I've heard it works well.

Just letting people know that it works. I'm more than happy to link to the download if people want it. I installed it, rebooted the phone, and it works wonderfully. Liked it a lot on my D1, still works wonders on the Fascinate.

I think it will work on any Android phone. I use it on my Fascinate, as well as my wife's HTC Incredible.

It allows you to transfer pics from your phone to your computer over wifi, instead of having to plug your phone in.
Yeah I would be cool if somebody could point me in the right direction

There's this program called Remote Droid I use it all the time. Don't know if this is what you mean but it works!

If you are referring to adding a mouse pointer to CM7, to use with a bluetooth mouse, a patch was released last week. Go to the XDA EVO Themes and Apps section, and within the first 10 posts, you'll find a thread called, "Using your phone as a desktop replacement" or something like that by Lokifish. He has the link to the patch there, plus step by step instructions to connecting your phone to a bluetooth mouse and keyboard as well as your TV using HDMwIn. I am currently doing that as I type this. The EVO experience has finally been perfected.

Is there even anything on there worth looking at? What keeps that service going? It's usually one of the first things I freeze on my modified stock ROM installs. I remember years ago when they launched "Power Vision" on 3G (cutting edge at the time) and old Voltron episodes were about the only cool thing I found.
Espn. There is a few and there is movies. My guess is maybe some live sports. After while. But. Hd. On wifi. And I used to watch it back on my. Samsung. Upstage

agreed.. I recently went back to the MIUI rom and would like the updated .apk to see if it works
Not sure what changed but there is hardly anything free on Sprint TV over wifi.

everything seems like its premium service.. even espn. uninstall.
I was hoping this was going to work Wednesday when the NY Giants started the season but nothing displayed. Then I figured maybe it would be fixed on Sunday with the rest of the teams playing and still no good.
Even if you do a regular Google search on an NFL team it won't display the score. Very disappointing. And yes I have the Giants on my favorite teams list. Hopefully this is fixed soon.

Yeah same for me. Added Patriots and Werder Bremen (German Bundesliga). None of them ever showed up, even when the Pats are playing right now..

Good to know it's a bug...hope they get it fixed soon...love Google Now, but missing out on NFL scores needs to be resolved soon.
