Here are some CSC zips to flash from custom recovery. (I use TWRP)
Seems the single CSC zip is a winner.
Please do not pm me about the zips, ask here in the thread, keeps the thread alive

...Yeah, but you flash in Odin, in Download Mode, it pushes the files to the recovery, which is CWM in my case.
I tried using a stock recovery, and that works, and flashes fine, but I've just changed the CSC using the instructions above and I'm still on XOR.
I'm trying to change CSC to get HD-Voice.

The following firmwares are completely stock, original firmwares, with only the addition of the 2 needed files, su and Superuser.apk.
(Explanation: The first one (su) is the 'root' itself, while the second is the app that allows or denies superuser permissions to other processes).
This does not have CWM recovery, or any modifications. You can add those later yourself, if you wish. This is just the Samsung rom, rooted. Nothing more.
If you have OXX csc in your firmware (most of central-eastern Europe does; you can check by typing *#1234# and looking at the CSC - I8190OXXxxx), feel free to flash it on top with Odin, it will not wipe your data.
You can download Odin here.
- Flashing procedure
1. Download the firmware from the links below and unzip the .tar file.
2. Turn the phone off and enter download mode (this can be done by pressing vol down/home/power simultaneously. As soon as the phone turns on, you will see a warning asking you to press vol up to continue. Do it. You are now in Download Mode

3. Start Odin (if you are on Windows 7 right click/run as administrator)
4. Click "PDA", and look for the file you unzipped in step 1. (see pic)
5. Do not tick repartition.
6. Connect the usb cable to your PC and wait until the field ID:COM becomes light blue.
7. Click "start".
8. Don't disconnect or turn off your phone during the flashing procedure, this could harm your device. The phone will reboot itself when it's over.
9. You are now rooted Find the superuser icon in your apps and update it.
This does NOT trigger the flash counter.
- Unroot
If for some reason you don't want to be root anymore, (e.g. returning your phone for service or selling it), just go into the SuperSU app, go to settings, and press Full Unroot. That's it, no more root.
(Goes without saying: you should first remove any mods you did while rooted).

You can, but it's from a different country/provider. Kies will not recognise it as official if you flash it, so you will not get official updates. Your warranty will be gone even if you unroot. You will have to flash your original rom with the correct csc if you want it back.
If all that doesn't bother you and you know what you're doing, flash away

As your phone is 16GB, your CSC may be TGY or BRI. It means you cannot flash firmware from another 32GB N9005.
Can you show your CSC info?
i tried to upload but error twice. can i send you by mail??
Original csc code: XSA
firmware: TGY
active TGY
Country HK

Ok, your original CSC is XSA (International Note 3) but you flashed the TGY firmware (Hong Kong firmware, that is not compatible with international Note 3 model).
So you have messed up with the PIT.
Try to flash XSA firmware together with the right PIT file (international PIT, not HK 16GB PIT file)

so much thanks

about bootloader!!
this is my bootloader screen!!
Hi Guys, i flashed 3 official roms for the s8+ including PHN Rom but it's all the same , always back to my regional CSC code which is XSG....
all the files are the same size and all of them are identical, i think it's only one file and they just change the name of it, please try and let me know if im doing something wrong because so far no luck at all changing the CSC code or even the normal Apps that comes with each Region ..
also i noticed that after flashing by odin the blue screen is always 32% and then it restarts
Have you tried a factory reset after you flashed? Sometimes it is required to have the CSC change on a new firmware.

The European model of the S8/S8+ (SM-G950F + SM-G955F) will get a Multi-CSC -> OXM
This Multi-CSC was already used in the Note 7, and will now be continued on the S8/S8+
This Multi-CSC has the following CSC's included:
AFR ATO AUT BGL BTU CHO DBT ETL EUR ILO ITV LUX MAT MID MWD NEE ORX PCL PHE PHN PTR ROM SEB SEE TEB TPA TPH TTT TUR XEF XEH XEO XEU XFA XFE XSG
With other words: If you want to change your XSG-CSC to one of the above, it's NOT POSSIBLE anymore!

Yes you can:
If firmware of one in the Multi-CSC OXM mentioned CSC's is released earlier then for your XSG model, you can flash that firmware too (all firmwares are the same for the CSC's in OXM)

On the GS7, it was possible to flash G935U firmware on at&t G935A ,
do you think there is really a software difference between different 955N (6gb and 4gb Ram) ?
It doesn't seem there is software difference between 6gb ram and 4gb ram, at least model numbers seems the same : 955NZKE is 128gb in dark (ZKE is dark), 955NZVA is 64gb in violet (ZVA is violet) and G955NZBA is 64gb in blue (ZBA is blue),
Does i miss something important ? ^^
Thanks

Wish someone like you does this for S20 Ultra G988B, since i have a limited quota internet, so saving 6GB would be very nice.
Hello. I could not flash through recovery. It says something Like "couldn't mount internal storage, installation aborted ".
Am I missing something? Is there any workaround?

I know that. I Flashed two days ago a completely New DBT firmware (using frija + odin). Aparently, I did something wrong... because I just checked my Phone and now it is XEF/XEF/XEF/ZTO (since im from Brazil).
I dont want to change The main subject of your thread, but I guess I should've removed The simcard before The flashing process, right?
Btw, Thanks for letting us know about The most recent updates

You mean The entire firmware (DBT)? Because, As I stated before, I did download the DBT firmware using Frija and after The procedure (somehow) my Phone became XEF.
Today recrived september patch
