panic!! help unbrick

i have been doing alot of rom upgrade via clockwork and this is the first time my phone brick.
i tried the vol up, vol down and power button at the same time and it just brings me to "vibrant samsung" screen.
i also tried removing battery, hold vol up, vol down and insert battery, it goes to a screen where it says downloading. but didnt move for hours.....
and if i switch on normally, it just keep restarting on vibrant screen.
how do i solve this problem?
You have to use odin to flash back to stock....
That's what the download screen is for.
From that downloading mode screen you can odin it back to stock.

INSTRUCTIONS!
1.Your Device must be in DOWNLOAD mode to use ODIN.
2.Get your phone into Download mode by holding vol down and power.
3.THEN connect your phone to the USB. (some folks have had luck doing it in reverse..connecting the USB then Power and vol down)
4.Open Odin and load each file with it's corresponding field..PIT,PDA,CSC etc. (In this case we just use the PDA and PIT)
5.Don't check anything else, the other two boxes should be checked by default (Auto Reboot and Reset Time)
6.Hit "start"! be patient!
NOTE: COM3 worked fine for me. COM should not matter as long as you are using the correct drivers.
Finally we get some U.S love from samsung firmwares.
For those looking the Nandroid method it is in the post below but only recovers ,system, data, cache and datadata. Not your kernel/recovery or BASEBAND/RADIO (Modem.bin)

sorry, what i meant was the link to download odin.
all link by "justanothercrowd" is not working
Get in download mode like you have before then..
Use the Vibrant Toolkit and then click Flash to Stock and then press "Reboot into Download + Start ODIN" (ignore the "Check that USB debugging mode is enabled" because you're already in download mode), it'll open up ODIN and then follow the instructions for using ODIN.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=954509
From bay_wolf's post, some information about setup of odin,
When you select the PIT and PDA files, it should default to the installed location and if not then browse to where you installed AIO Vibrant Toolbox as the files are in there.
Click to expand...
Click to collapse
Note: there are instructions on how to use odin on the Flash To Stock screen. All the files you'll need will be downloaded with the download for the vibrant toolkit.
I've had this problem and freaked when i couldn't find a download to Odin, so I used the vibrant toolkit and it worked.
Here's the download link from his thread (credit to bay_wolf): http://www.multiupload.com/G3LUINMUE0
THANX ALOT GUYS!!!!!!!
now gonna start to update it to http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1021383
just another quick question, which rom are you guys using? i came from bionix rom to the simply galaxy v3.0, it doesnt seem to b fast and smooth. any other recommended rom?
Try some EDT roms...beast...Malice, Trigger, or Bi Winning.
Flash back to stock too.
I use simply Galaxy with Crysis Sensation theme (TWiz 4.0 + tweaks) & DamianGTO Gold v2.0 kernel (not available on XDA). Then use an app called Blade buddy to set up all Stagefright tweaks (under advanced settings) and debug.sw.hf then menu > apply > save. Quadrant scores 2200+.
Trigger is really good (2.2) and there's a cool new theme called Vibrant HD for it.
Haven't tried CM7 but it looks cool, lots of themes with it.

[Q] Download mode

Hello guys, I need help. I am on froyo XXJPF and I wanna return to official eclair but my home button doesnt work. So I cant boot into download mode and on froyo I am using arent any extended power menu. Is there any other way to go to download mode (some app or something)?
Thanks for ur reply.
try this:
Step 1 – Prepare odin with the firmware u want to flash and get it ready to go;
Step 2 – Remove battery, SIM and SD card, next connect your galaxy 3 to the computer;
Step 3 – Hold Volume down + Power + Home button at the same time;
Step 4 – Insert the battery and wait a bit;
Step 5 – At this point Odin should have detected your SG3 ( Yellow rectangle should appear in your );
Step 6 – Click Start button in Odin and wait about 5 min.
(copied from "How to Unbrick your galaxy 3") link:http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=14628451&postcount=1
turn off phone
prepare odin (load ops file and tce eclair .tar you are going to flash)
let the phone be turned off
connect phone to comp and hold the power button for 2 secs
the phone will boot and you will see a yellow box in odin
quickly click the start button in odin and let it flash
or if you have root
use this command in adb/terminal emulator
reboot download
@ale_bot
that method wont work as his home key isnt working and there isnt any need to remove sim and sd while flashing
His home button doesn't work..how is he supposed to click it?
Try getting extended power menu, and go to download mode from there
Edit:didn't see that you dont have extended power menu..i dont know any other way

restarted the pc...
Installed the drifers...
then I used another USB cable and connected to the USB slot behind one of my pc...
then went to download mode and the phone was detected and also successfully flashed stock Rom.....

Bumping it up!!
Solution found and now working like a charm.... I was about to take it in for warranty tomorrow but KNOX would have created an issue once i am there.
Solution.
1. download KIES 3 (for note 3)
2. Click tools>Firmware upgrade and initialization
3. Put phone into download mode (press Volume down+Home Button+Power Button and then volume up)
4. Connect your phone (it is OK if it is not recognized by KIES, just keep it connected)
5. Now do as it says by typing in your Phone model number (check the battery compartment).
6. Type in the S/N.
7. Let it do its business and download the firmware.
8. Once firmware is downloaded, It will start communicating with the phone.
9. You can see a blue progress line on the screen under the android guy.
10. Let it finish and restart.
DONE!!
Click Thanks if it helped!!

After it starts the upgrade part, it says my phone has been disconnected, but yet it's still plugged in. Did anyone find a way around that?

I started this process but when I enter the serial number, Kies tells me that the "SM-N9005 does not support initialization"... Please help...I cannot use the machine
This is precisely why you are to make sure the reactivation lock is disabled, BEFORE trying to flash anything or modify the system.
All good saying they should have but we all know half of xda flash before reading these days.

Sometimes it's better that way... If they're spoon fed all the time then it means nothing, an expensive lesson generally sticks...
Only advice would be to try and flash stock rom with PC ODIN, hope you have a rom or KK rom that is from your region or this isn't going to work...
I have rooted mu samsung galaxy note edge n couldnt able to restart my phone its showing the message custom binary blocked bybreactivation lock

My bro
Tonight I faced the same problem but I try something I hope you will try and your problem with note 3 n9005 will be solved
1-you must have official rom on your PC for your note3
2-open it with winrar and extract recovery.img
That is the official recovery
Transform it from recovery.img to recovery.tar.md5
Read this post
https://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2446269
3-download odine
4-put your note 3 in download mode by pressing volume down +home key then press power key after that press volume up
5-connect your device (you must have Samsung drive)
6-press pda in odine choose your official recovery.tar.md5 and click start
Wait till your phone restarted
Congratulations
I try this method before tell you so it will help.
Thanks
