Someone know when will be released the official update? They was talking of may but we are in middle of june and nothig move ...someone got news?

If its gonna b official,then there will be samsung's touchwiz user interface installed on it... as i have experienced. Good luck.!!!

I think you should search it on google.. it will give you a better response.,( surely thank me if it works.).. n listen also search for it on google for it by writing samfirmware in search box with the other info like galaxy mini official 2.3 update samfirmware.

And the fact that other devices get the update means galaxy mini will? No. Also, don't compare the hardware of the x10, desire or atrix with the next

Samsung italy say that the gts5570 will be updated with an official rom in the summer...so the update is sure....but when?just wait....

CM7 for X10

Why do you think it is taking so long to have a stable version of CM7 for Xperia X10? Its brothers and sisters already have theirs (Neo, Ray, Mini, Mini Pro, Play, etc.)

yeah actually there is a second patch for 2011 xperia range and nothing on the X10 f**cking x10 always i have to wait wait wait and wait

Well I suggest helping J "fxp" in helping making a fully stable working version then. That's why there is a delay because it's waiting to be deemed as "fully stable". It will be the same rom as in on here so join the bug hunt and perhaps think about a slughtly more constructive post next time....

Because CM for that device also made by same person & team. Gosh...J and FXP also human. Just give them more time. By the way FXP43 just released. Go try that Rom and report the bug properly if you want this Rom asap.
And btw, we are not allowed to ask for ETA. Stick to the forum rule. Cheers

This rom is great, but the camera app sucks! No 720p, no zoom in/out, no face detection and more stuff from stock GB camera app. Stock camera app looks much better. It Is Possible to replace CM7 FXP camera with stock GB camera app? Rom is really brilliant, fast, stable and smoothly, but this flaw really pisses me off.

Maybe because SE support for devs wasn't good enough? I've read that Sony provided libs and stuff for fxp team, which is awesome, but i'm afraid it was mostly for the 2011 ones.

Xperia Mini small size, 1GHz cpu (overclockable up to 2GHz), 512 MB RAM, ICS update from SE, official CyanogenMod support, multitouch (i really miss this on my synaptics X8), good price - cca 150 euros

Xperia Play €149 here
Official CyanogenMod and gets official ICS from SE too!

I think mine will be SEX Mini Pro / SEX Ray. but I think its kinda complicated to root(is it? I mean downgrade etc ). I'll buy a phone that got 100% support from CyanogenMod!

Look at that :) A new Sony phone with specs like X8i/W8i/x10i mini

New Sony phone just leaked - Sony ST21i. It has same MSM7227 chipset as our X8i/W8i/x10i mini and even same resolution lcd - 320x480, 3mpx camera and most important thing that it runs Ice Cream Sandwich 4.0.3!
Maybe some porting when it will go on sale?

well we know nothing abpout RAM. We dont know how much it will have

but this is actually a good thing...it means completing our own ICS roms will be easier

well about ICS. Sony said that ALL 2011 models will get it right? so W8 is from April 2011 so it should get it too. So if W8 get it then X8 should get it too. That means: Sony lies?

Development slowed down since there are no updates from Sony.. I am the one who likes to work on Official ROMs as it lets u use your phone with full hardware features working with stability...
You saw how I changed an Official Sony Stock ICS ROM to a completly AOSP ROM ... let JB come in, maybe I do same with that too but only if sony releases it..
For time being I dont think there is any use working on JB ROMs as performance will be the same and the extra features are not mind blowing enough to satisfy me of working on it...

When we were on Xperia x10, we had gingerbread on locked bootloader, just the kernel was 2.1 but we managed to get 2.2 and 2.3 Roms. It just needs some hard working devs
