Hey,
the trick is to tell magldr to boot 4ext if I remember right.
I don't know if you are using nand 4ext?! I am using 4ext from my fat32 sd partition. Here is how I did it:
With computer: download 4ext recovery, copy the zip file to fat32 sd partition on sd card. Create a folder in the root of the sd card. Call it 4ext. Extract the zip into that folder.
With phone: Boot into magldr, move to "10. Services" -> "1. BootSettings" -> "AD SD Dir" -> "4ext"
Back in Main menu: "2. Boot AD SD"
BUT:
I don't think you can recover your NAND backup to NATIVESD so easy, just in case you wanted to try that.

[SOLVED] Always stuck on HTC logo during boot and during call or loading any program

Dear everyone,
I have a problem with my HD2 and it is very strange. I am not sure this is because of the hardware or the program or HSPL or Radio.
I can flash HSPL 2.08 now and can flash any rom with enter bootloader successful.
But it was stuck on green HTC logo during boot very long minutes. I must to take off the battery and put in again to try power on. I do this 2 or 3 times and then the window screen come and setup as instruction. It will auto turn off and restart again the stuck green HTC logo.
I decide to flash the Android 2.3.4 (NexusHD2 v2.8 NAND) by install cLK CWM. I did it successfully but it was stuck 1 time during I press HOME button to enter fastboot. The Android run so good and it was stuck again only when I turn off the phone or change SIMCARD.
Anyways, when I flash the stock rom (download from HTC website) via SD it was restart 1 time during 5% (maybe) and try to flash itself until finish. but I cannot boot it after flash just only show green HTC logo.
If I flash with Custom_RUU, it work perfectly by enter bootloader mode. and I can boot it but try 2 or 3 times because of stuck the green HTC logo.
Any body comment. Please welcome!
Or my HD2 has any problem with hardware?
Thanks.

Dear Whynot66,
Thanks for your comment, I will try to do it.
I am not sure will it run with magldr or not because last time it did not boot to MAGLDR after flash it.
I will report soon.
Hi, the below is what i have done.
1. Flash MAGLDR
o Download MAGLDR 1.13 (606 KB)
o Enter SPL by holding VOL DOWN key while booting the phone. (Make sure you have HSPL.)
o Run ROMUpdateUtility.exe to flash MAGLDR 1.13 (magldr.nbh).
2. Flash ClockworkMod Recovery
o Download MAGLDR_CWM_Recovery_v3.0.2.5_for_NexusHD2_135M.zip (5.1 MB)
o Enter MAGLDR 1.13 by holding power key while booting the phone, and then select "USB Flasher" via "VolUp" and "VolDown". Confirm key is green "Call" button.
o Run DAF.exe to flash ClockworkMod Recovery 3.0.2.5 (MAGLDR_recovery_3.0.2.5.img).
3. Flash Android ROM
o Enter ClockworkMod Recovery when you're on MAGLDR 1.13 (hold "Power" button during boot) and select "AD Recovery" or "Boot AD SD" (if ever copied CWM's initrd.gz and zImage to SD).
o Flash NexusHD2-Gingerbread_V2.7_NAND_(Android-2.3.4)_update.zip (84.51 MB)
I can do anything but stuck in ClockworkMod with the black screen and green HTC logo for long minute.
What can I do now? but it would be working with cLK flash.
This is becuase of hardware?
Thanks.
Oh I can flash now when select "AD Recovery".
Thanks.

The method as you tryed is stock recovery, if you try to enter CWM recovery
after rooted, you must install Defy system recovery
- put system recovery.apk into SD card
- enable(Turn on) Unknown sources and USB debugging in Application settings
- install system recovery.apk from SD card (Use File manager or Root Explorer)
- Open System recovery App and Select Install Recovery system, it will show "Install success"
- Before reboot (Recovery reboot), you must Turn off "USB debugging"
Otherwise, defy will stuck in black screen
OK, If you want to reboot to CWM recovery mode, you can open System recovery App and Select Recovery boot
or Try that

I mistakenly rebooted after wiping cache, dalvik cache and sytem. Now I'm stuck at the moto logo. Is there any way to enter into custom recovery other than the flashing method you specified above?? I was using SlimBean(Slim-4.3.build.2-UNOFFICIAL-2013027-1124) with TWRP v2.6.3.0.

[Q] Hi Guys, I need your help !!!

Hello Everybody, I will be very grateful if someone help me deal with my problem.
I have been on Android rom with my hd2 phone since a year ago and decided to try the clockworkMod recovery about 3 days ago but it does not seem to work so i followed so many videos on utube as I was getting frustrated.
I have already installed magldr v1,13,
Hi guys, I am seriously in need of your help. On my HD2 phone, I think I have managed to install clockwork Mod recovery v 3.0.0.5 but can't install a ROM on the sd card. After flashing and trying to install a rom from the sd card, "message on my phone was", finding update package.....
Opening update package.....
E: can't open/sdcard/Typhoon cm7 v3.6.8 clk.zip is bad.( I am not sure if I installed the correct rom)
I have also tried following several video links but still no luck.
-I have tried to format my sd card several times
-wipe cache partition
-wipe data/factory reset
-wipe Dalvik cache
I am currently stuck and don't know what to do again.
I already have on my phone, HSPL: 2.08, Radio: 2.15.50.14 and Magldr: v1.13
After trying several tricks, I have realised that, I cannot boot into magldr any more.
Any help guys?
Folow steps:
- install HSPL: 2.08 and Radio: 2.15.50.14 (read all about installing hspl or your device will be bricked!!!)
- if you have activesync installed, right click on activesync/connection settings, untick "allow usb connection"!
- download mtty.exe to your computer
- switch your phone to spl screen (volume down + power)
- connect your phone to usb/computer
- run mtty.exe, chose "usb" (if you not see usb, something is not ok), if you see usb, press enter (if you see mtty> ...etc all is ok, if not -> repeat until you make mtty conection with your phone)
- in mtty window type: task 29 and press enter (it will format your romfs)
- in mtty window type: task 2a and press enter(it will format your romfs and relocate bad blocks)
- done, you formated your romfs -> exit mtty
- in activesync enable again "allow usb connection"
- go to folder MAGLDR113_DAF
- run ROMUpdateUtility.exe and wait until you have done installing magldr
- restart your phone and press power button until you see magldr menu
- sellect usb flasher in magldr menu
- go to folder clockwork and use proper cwm for your rom and run daf.exe
- done
Next step:
- download free version of the MiniTool Partition Wizard and install it in your computer
- format your sd card with MiniTool Partition Wizard (1x primary/fat32 , resize: do not forget to leave 1gb space for the an ext2 partition) (1x primary/ext2), apply changes ...done)
- so you have 2 primary partitions on your sd card (1x fat32 1x ext2)
- coppy rom.zip to your sd card and reboot to magldr (press power and wait magldr menu)
- select ad recovery, go to install rom from sd card, select "chose image from sd card", install, ...done, reboot
NOTE:
some roms not working if your sd card not have an ext2 partition of the 1gb!!
I am not 100% sure, but I am new to hd2 device, for magldr version you need magldr rom...
Hello, thanks for your quick reply. I will try all the steps and hope it helps me.
Sorry, I forgot to ask you where to download the mitty.exe file from and is there a particular version to download?
Thanks.

more importantly, you have magldr but have downloaded teh cLK version of typhoon. no need to reflash anything. (cLK is an alternative to magldr, and requires a slightly different build rom, thats why there are two versions of most roms.)
Redownload teh correct version and it will flash, , probably no need for the 'ohyougottadoatask29standononelegreformateverythingreturntostockreapplyhsplflashanewradioreinstallwindowsgetanewpcandreflash' doomsayers though i suspect its too late and you already started. hehe.
You can´t Flash clk over magldr. Go to the site/post and Download the magldr version
And when you stil have problems and nothing works for you try a different Sd card.
Hi munjeni,
Thanks a lot, I have managed to boot into magldr and even tried to intstall clk typhoon cyanogen Mod 7 nightly v3.6.9 and tried both the MAGLDR and CLK but it failed. I had an error message after I have rebooted "nand kernel open failed"
I had earlier installed MAGLDR 150MB system/ 5MB cache clockworkMod Recovery V3.0.2.5 (Is this the right Recovery to install?)
I am just confused and don't know what to do again.
Now that I can boot into magldr how do I proceed from there?
Thanks for your advice;

Again, try the Magldr version. Big ups. Let us know.
I am stuck after the error message "nand kernel open failed" I don't know where to start from...any ideas?
You should be more detailed. When does it say failed? When you try start cwm? Or after you flash the rom?
Get correct magldr rom
Enter magldr
Option 8-ad recovery.
If that's where it gives failed, go back into magldr, "USB flashing" and re apply cwm.
Once in cwm, choose wipe data/factory reset then "install zip from SD - choose zip" and select the typhoon zip.
Report back.

Additionally I can not find the file twrp-a51-3.5.0_10-1_ianmacd.tar being refered to in the video

/sdcard or /data/media/0/ for some reason doesn't seem to show the correct contents of the "Internal Storage" at TWRP, it instead shows folders with random names. Is this a bug with TWRP? Or is the /sdcard partition corrupted from the Format Data when installing Magisk?? I did manage to install Magisk and got my phone back to a working state with root, but TWRP not showing the correct contents of /sdcard can cause me confusion + will not let me do a backup anyways

Hi, I think I messed up the key combo from step 7 and now my phone is stuck at Stuck on bootloop and can't be turned off. how should I proceed. ( I tried multiple key combos, the only response I get is when I hold down (the power key + vol down) then I am only restarting the phone to the same warning.
