Angry Birds can't play in wildfire??
I try to download but after install its not allow to open....

That's right, it isn't available for QVGA devices yet. But the're working on a fix for that.

well i just downloaded the newest release 1.3.5 and it doesnt play on wildfire maybe one day

already tried the unlock trick but still not working. got sound but white screen. I m using stock rom+rooted

Works fine for me, you just need to lock and unlock a few times and you come to the menu. And dammit, the game is awesome!

Still wont work using my archos 5

It tells me the app can't be found. Both the full and lite versions.
I got the apk off a different site for the lite version and it force closes

I notice it only playable on custom rom or froyo. for some reason it does not working on stock rom

I'm on a customer 2.1 rom and have tried the lock/unlock method but I've got nothing. Hopefully they'll develop a lover res version soon.

mine works fine.
Got mine to work fine... it jus needs playin around with the lock/unlock.

have you tried v1.4.2 "windywoo" ? ... its working fine to me, with stock rom .. just need screen lock / unlock once a time ..
a little bit lagging, but playable ... setting the cpu rate higher solved the problem

guys is working fine on wildfire after you press on the game the screen goes black for like 20 secs maybe or something like that then you can hear music starting to play and you see something on your screen that aint black anymore ... at that point lock your phone then unlock it and it will work i can guarantee i got like at half of the game and now i'm playin angry birds seasons too

Is there some magic I have to do on the wildfire to get it to work?
I tried it today on my GFs wildfire I bought her for Xmas, Froyo, screen goes black, and graphics scroll around edges. It works fine on my Iphone and Galaxy.
I've completed seasons today, and jsut got Hang 'em high - IMO the hardest yet.

I installed mine two days ago (after upgrade to 2.2 stock). When click to open it gives me black screen for few seconds, then I lock and unlock phone and it goes in full screen. Works ok. Lags somethimes but not too much.
Advice: Turn off your conections before playing (that way you shut down adds).

Worked on 2.1 stock after lock/unlock, haven't yet tried on stock 2.2.
Anyway, some parts are missing due to low resolution, but playable, not as much fun as on desire, hangs sometimes.
I am waiting for PC version and QVGA support.

Graphical artifacts possibly GPU damage

Hi everyone, this is my first thread on XDA. Now that we have the pleasantries out of the way ... straight to the point. I just bought a Nexus 7 2nd edition/2013. Being the power user that I am (still haven't rooted it xD ) started trying out some emulators as a test, namely ppsspp and dolphin for android. Both of those are in development and highly unstable.
It's worth to mention that my first day of use was flawless. Here it comes ... BUT ... after messing around with dolphin I managed to well simply crash the OS. The tablet completely shut down, probably to prevent damage (e.g. bluescreen style). When I switched it back on everything seemed fine, until I played a video and I noticed that blacks/browns were pixelated (like artifacts). I installed the video game Magic 2014 and I'm unsure if I noticed it before or if it happened just now but during the intro I get the same issue with blacks - highly pixelated, and one of the images has 3 or 4 lines. In game performance is smooth and absolutely no issues.
The ppsspp and dolphin emulators both have options which push the CPU/GPU and memorry quite a lot. The tablet however hasn't been heating up at all.
What do you think ? Have I damaged my 3 day old nexus baby's GPU ? Or is it a software - driver issue ? Maybe something else

That was the first thing I did sadly same artifacts in Magic 2014. I'm considering sending it back for a replacement.

Official Stock 4.3 Bugs list

Hi there,
I am currently on 10.4.B.0.569 india generic firmware on SGP321. My first impression is that the 4.3 rom is awesome! Project butter is really doing their job pretty well. However, I still found a couple of bugs; some of them are pretty annoying. And I am not really sure if everyone has the same problems or if i am the only one who has them. Those bugs are listed below:
1. Black Wallpaper: it appears for a few second after playing some heavy games or a extensive use of facebook app or web browser. It is back to normal in a matter of seconds but it is pretty annoying.
2. App icon is out off the folder: trying to apply the new theme and the problem appear, but after a few reboots it was back to normal.
3. Video playback seem to not working properly: I try to play some 720p or 1080p videos and it skips a few frame. It looks pretty laggish. It does not happen to every 720p videos, but i usually have that problem with mkv dvdrip format 23.97fps which was fine in 4.2.2. Switching to S/W mode in MX player seem to fix the problem.
4. Battery life: seem to consume a little more than it used to in 4.2.2. I usually get 8-9h of screen on. In 4.2.2, i got around 8-10h. Amazingly, in 4.1.2 i got up to 11h of video playback.
5. Screen flickering from times to times
That's all I found so far. Tell me if u have the same problems and feel free to add more.

I think I god the same problems ( exept video playback (not tested)) and what is realy awful is shut down device the screen freeze for 1 min and then it shutdown but after all I want my tablet to be very fast even if there few laggs.

As far as i understood shutdown time depends on a number of programs loaded in memory (not installed but running at the moment) and on unmounting of SD-card. Cause it takes some time to unload them properly, unmount partitions, sd and then shut down.

I sometimes have wifi problems aswell, have to reset the tabz to use the Internet, tried with 3 other routers and never had a problem on 4.2.2

Of course, i forgot about the flickering. In Messenger app or browser, ususally when the keyboard is on, but not always.

I think it is router related. I once use both my tablet and phone at the same and unfortunately wifi drop on both device.

Emails don't get marked as read anymore when I open them.

MHL/HDMI output does not scale picture to tv, which means the aspect ratio is messed up (wide faces etc). Did work perfectly in 4.1.2. Sony support blames Google.

If you have video format issues try using Mx player latest version with custom codec, video will run fine in Hw mode

I only had the folder one but it fixed itself and i noticed a little flicker while using chrome but only once

I recently bought a SGP311 and went from 4.1.2 straight to 4.3. Even though my tablet was new, I did a factory reset anyway while installing the new android. The tablet took a minute to shut down. Minor annoyance really. But my first impression was that it hanged on shutdown.
That said, I returned that tablet b/c of a loose back. I got a brand new one and have kept it on 4.1.2 for now until I see problems are being addressed. Most notably battery life and HD video issues.
This is a very good thread for me to track issues. Thank-you OP for this thread.
And in 4.3, how do you get the small small apps as available in 4.1.2? Im still trying to learn my ropes on the tablet, but as I have returned the updated tablet, I'd like to know this is possible.

A factory reset removed the flickering from my SGP311

I have problem in my SGP 321 and more people had the same
with the LTE ... the icon apears like i don't have signal...
but i have ... it's strange .. :S

On mine, there's only the battery gauge bug: When the battery is low (below 40% or so), if the tablet is restarted, the battery indicator suddenly shows over 50% afterwards, which is definitely wrong.

now whit android 4.3 (.569) i have one interesting problem -whit games specialy NOVA 3 after playing a while the deveise is restarting ....with android 4.1.2 i don't have these problem

Weird I am running new stock 4.3 and I haven't faced any of the issues my battery is way better then 4.2 I get a few days out of it with light use with mouse and keyboard. Mhl works great for me. If you have the option in your TV.you can fix it.by using screen fit. Haven't had a single reboot either with my tab z

Well i just bought the LG G2 recently after i heard it was better than my HTC One... i had.
im somewhat disapointed because its lagging sometimes.. mostly at lockscreen and when i swipe pages.. and stuff.. im hoping its because im not using a costume Rom and an early OS ... and not the 4.4.2 because its not out yet for my D802 .... anybody els is having these things?

I've been using LG G2 D802 international for a month and it is very fast device, no complains except one day I installed flappy birds and It didnt run well, it skipped many frames, but subway surf runs very smooth and also device in normal use is fast as hell .So I did a little test here is my experience: Those games lagged: Flappy bird, jetpack joyride, fruit ninja. Games who ran very good: Need For Speed most wanted, Modern combat 4, subway surf, GTA vice city. How is possible those heavy games runs smoothly but those small games like fruit ninja and flappy bird, lags , I think those games do not support snapdragon 800, I want to ask you about your experience , thank you.

Well comparing to my old Htc one i feel like the g2 in his general use a bit laggier
For example camera,unlocking and browsing betweeb pages
That MAY be becayse in running 4.2.2 but im not sure

u r right...i also see sum lag here and there...its very noticable when u switch from dial tab to call logs...i see it everytime...but there is a mod to get rid of lag...but i dont like modding my g2...lets see what 4.4 update brings for us

Yeah im also hoping itll fix the lagging issue cuz this device holds a much better spec sheet than the htc one

Touch Screen Going in Ghost Mode

Hey Guys... So from few days my device is acting weird sometimes d... As if some Ghost as got into it sometimes.... The screen scrolls on it owns and touches Randomly and even doesn't Unlock sometimes too and gets OK after few seconds.. Or after Reboot... Don't know the reason ....
Iam Running Pure Nexus ROM Rooted..... Tried Restoring back to Stock Rom, but still it acts the same.... So clean flashed Pure Nexus ROM (I Like this Rom ) ... The problem is still there.. Any Suggestions, it's really annoying...
