Does the Nexus 10 come with worldwide warranty? If so I guess I'll buy it from USA or England as fast as possible instead of waiting for the stores in Norway to get it for a high price.

Let's try just one more time?

As far as I know, they don't come with a worldwide warranty. They either have a US warranty or EU warranty (depending from where you order of course).
No, they actually have no worldwide warranty.
I googled about this question already, because I live in Russia, and all i got was a denial, so no, they have not, that's sad.
Then I guess I'll just order it from a Norwegian store, thanks!

if you buy it in france you will get warranty for sure because inside the EU they need to give you 2 year warranty on your goods

I've asked the same question to Samsung Denmark, and they answered that a tablet don't have worldwide warranty, unless you buy a blue Samsung warranty, but i don't know what that is.
The I/O Limited Edition comes with an American warranty which will not cover it for use outside of the US. The original Tab has an EU warranty.
From Samsung UK:
Samsung Electronics (UK) Ltd support a product purchased in Europe if it has an EU Bloc Warranty. This warranty is present where the top of the product warranty card clearly states ‘European Bloc’. If the product is purchased in another part of the globe then Samsung may attempt a repair. Samsung Electronics (UK) Ltd cannot guarantee the outcome.

So if it was bought in the USA, would it be covered in the EU?
Hi,
Is it true there is no two year global warranty if I buy galaxy note outside UK (or Europe) now ???
Because I ordered note from negrielectronics and it was shipped from Hong Kong.
If it it true, I would sell and receive the other one which I ordered through UK website.
Thanks in advance.

In order to qualify for Samsung's global warranty two conditions must be met:
1) The device is purchased in its country of intended sale.
2) The device is purchased from an authorized Samsung retailer/reseller.
Should it need service, you'll have to ship it back to the UK. Once it's received, Samsung will ask for a receipt showing the purchase in the currency of the country of intended sale and/or a credit card receipt. They also know which serial numbers were dispatched to which resellers. They frown on grey market sales and are very strict about warranty claims on international devices. There are cases in the SGS2 forum where warranty service was denied because both 1 and 2 above weren't met. Many resellers claim the warranty is in effect but, unless both conditions above are met, it's simply not true. I did a lot of research on this before I bought my ISGS2 in May and it's the reason I just bought a 3G G-Tab from the UK.
does this cover anything more than dead on arrival kind of hardware problems?

It covers all manufacturers defects for two years. No matter where you buy it, a reputable seller should/would make good on DOA issues.
Hey

I don't think so no but don't quote me on this. Depends on whether you're buying it directly from sammy or not. Or if all else fails ask sammy themselves

Can any of a Spanish friend guide me ?

Hi!
Well, as a quick answer, I could recommend https://www.phonehouse.es/ ... They are launching it tomorrow for 749€ with free S-Flip cover, and also 350€ discount if you trade in your Note 2.
You also have other shops like MediaMarkt.
The Tax free (here we have 21% VAT), you should ask in the store and you should be able to recover it when you go back to your home country.
I think you will have to contact the TaxFree office there and claim the money back, but I am speaking out of sketchy memory.
Well, found this site that explains it quite well, enjoy ,)
http://www.barcelona-tourist-guide.com/en/shopping/tax-free-shopping.html
I think this should cover all your questions, and happy holidays in Barcelona
Thank you very munch. I'll read the sources asap

Hi, live in the UK, bought ZF2 from Hong Kong via eBay. Has hardware issue, Asus UK will charge and Asus Hong Kong won't authorise Asus UK to fix for free. Not paying for it.

Tell me about it! I've emailed both in the UK and Hong Kong numerous times and they are not budging. I've lost about £300 UK pounds on this device.

I also live in the UK, brought my ML551 in Hong Kong from a shop in May. And it broke within a month, have to ask a friend to get it repaired in HK for free. Never buy another ASUS phone again.
Mine i bought on eBay i contacted the seller. They are willing to help. I will keep posting

So what about international warranty? ASUS selling with 1 year warranty.
This is very bad news...
Yeap, being a international company they should honor there warranty everywhere
Sent from my 5050A using Tapatalk
I wanna hear more from people who actually tried to get warranty in other country than they bought it.
That's why I started this tread. I am one of them. Asus send back the phone. Bought in Twain trough ebay i will post the all story later

Think people are expecting a bit much if they expect international repair/replacement on a cheap budget phone bought in HK or Taiwan, or from an eBay or Amazon importer - international warranties are pretty rare things, usually only available on fairly premium devices and goods made by renowned brand name companies.
And ASUS not one of them? I believe ASUS is a huge company who can offer that.

What? How that happened?
The phone was sent for repair but once it arrived in there repair center sent a charge of 398 dlls for repair and told me that it was out of warranty because it was a 550ml , they sent it back whit the screen broken. You can see the youtube video the screen is not broken
