Yes it would appear you have a developer Rom and I doubt it would be useful to anyone. Basically you have two options:
1) Send it back to Google for a replacement. (Could end up waiting a number of weeks)
2) Flash the Factory Image for the Nexus 10 which can be found at:
https://developers.google.com/android/nexus/images#mantaray
This will load the final release of JB which should be already on your device and you could be up and running in 15 mins.

If I flash the factory image .... I have restrictions? in comparison .....to take it back to Google for a replacement???
What is the better option?
When the flash is just as good .... how / with what do I flash it?

if you flash the factory image you will then be the same as everyone else, no restrictions whatsoever.
Follow this guide:
http://androidtobe.blogspot.co.uk/2011/12/galaxy-nexus-installing-ics-402-from.html
That is for the Galaxy Nexus however the same commands still apply. Just ensure you download the correct Factory Image and change the file name where appropriate.

If I make an error in an entry, I can restart the process again or is my Nexus 10 dead/Bricked/paperweight?
Isn't there any solution to "reset" to normal state without going to unlock process and flashing all partitions manually ?
what is the normal way to get back to org. Image when "normal Nexus 10" devices are out of order ?
We urgently need root and CWM on this tablet ...8)

The normal way is to restore the device using the correct nexus factory image for your device then executing the flash all script included with the factory image. This script will flash all the necessary partitions for you and reset your device to factory stock. This method doesn't require unlocking the bootloader and doesn't require root.

So - can you give us the link to the "right" image - and write 2-3 lines how to flash ? Volume up/down Power to stock recovery etc. Copy image to where ... etc ... this would be wonderful ... thank you so much ...
Nexus 10 Factory Image:
https://developers.google.com/android/nexus/images#mantarayjop40c
You also need to set up the Android SDK, especially adb and fastboot.
Reboot to bootloader:
adb reboot-bootloader
When in fastboot mode, you can start flashing the factory images.
flash-all.bat does all the work for you.
But make sure, adb AND fastboot is working inside CMD!
Thank you very much ... we will give it a try ... even if i don't know how many user get a developer version of the Nexus 10 ... this order was normaly done ... and we were some kind of surprised when the tab was started ...8)
Oh Google .. something went realy wrong this time ... 8)
Interesting that you're the second person to have this debug ROM installed and both of you are in Germany.
Me too, same here, living in Germany.

Well, I got my N4 3 days ago, but I recalled its a 16GB version, but now when I look back I only had 8gb?
Is there any way to identify which version am I in?
Or is there any chances that flashing stock recovery bootloader and system etc once using fastboot messed those up?
Because I'm using 4.3 this morning and I reverted earlier today.
Well, help please and thank you.

The best way is check whats written on the box.
check in system>storage.
Box never really wrote anything.
There's only 5.6GB user available space.
Check the boot loader info I think it tells you which one you have. Also there's a bug when flashing stock images the 16gb shows as 8gb. A guide in Q&A has the fix

If you are sure you bought a 16gb model this might be helpful:

And my N4 box show which kind of storage i bought.

If you boot to the bootloader it will say what version you have. If the bootloader say 16GB yet you only have 5.xGB free you probably need to do a full factory reset to get it to see all the storage. If the bootloader says 8GB then you're good as you are
The bootloader said I'm a mako 16gb alright.
Now on to , how to fix it. Will try what mini androidian said

WARNING: BACKUP DATA ALWAY the STEP 1
If you have custom recovery like CWM or TWRP just boot into it and wipe data and factory reset and reboot your phone.
If you have stock recovery just boot to recovery mode you will see an android buddy with a red mark on it just press the volume up + power button same time after while it will show up a list of option. Wipe Cache and factory reset then reboot your phone it should show up 12.9GB total free space on your phone now.
Thanks for the advice, I fixed it already.
Using the long method of clean wipes and reflashing everything, all I found is because I was once in 4.3 the radio is wrong and that might be it . ( although I do not see how it will affect)
In fact I'm always flashing rom to the fact that I don't have anything to lose.

I have a Nexus 4 in front of me with a diagonal crack from top left to bottom right corners of the screen.
The touch screen only responds on the upper half of the phone.
I have been tasked with getting the images, videos, music etc. from this phone, however as I am unable to unlock the phone I am finding it pretty difficult!
Is there any way to get the data from the phone using either software or hardware hacks?
I know there are a lot of very knowledgeable people on this forum, any information is appreciated, even if I have to open up the phone and start cutting wires!
Thank you,
- Pano

I've not got that set up no, are you talking about This?
OK I installed ADB and Fastboot.
I downloaded the custom Nexus 4 recovery from Clockwork Mod.
Booted the phone into Fastboot mode
Found the phone with ADB, tried to run the recover image... the phones LOCK STATE is LOCKED
How do I get past this!?
- Pano
EDIT:
It seems your bootloader is locked. NRT will unlock it but it will wipe your data. And a locked bootloader won't allow ADB (correct me if i'm wrong)
Try doing a factory reset through Recovery, it should get rid of the lock screen and allow you to transfer stuff through USB. I never tried to so i'm not sure will it work

Hi.
Is the device still under guarantee?
If not, you maybe can open the device and get the storage out of it, if there's no other way. First try it with this program, if you give up and there's no other way, (sorry to say this) you must do that.
Or try this:
Connect your phone to the charger
Reboot it
And start in safe mode (somehow, if you're able to do.)
...or replace the screen!
I'm so sorry for you, that something like that happened.
I hope you to manage to rescue your data somehow.
I also know the bitter feeling of data loss ;(
I hope this helped.
OK just to keep all updated and in case anyone ever uses this post in the future to help them...
I have tried everything, nothing worked as it either involved use of the touch screen at some point, or required me to have previously turned USB DEBUGGING on... I have come up with a new solution :
Using the ADB I will unlock the phone using the command
Code:
fastboot oem unlock
This will WIPE all the data from the phone, however it will allow me to finally install a custom recovery mod.
I am then going to find a way to connect the phone to the computer, clone the internal memory to a virtual hard drive and then use some recovery software to get back all the data that was "erased" when I unlocked the oem
Hopefully :fingers-crossed:....
I'll keep the thread updated

This will only work, if the Computer has FULL ACCESS to the file system.
The best Data-Recovery Program is IsoBuster by Peter van Hoove.
...and also, it's not just normal deleting but WIPING, so recovery chance is very low.
...Nexus 4 ALWAYS makes god-damn' problems: RedLight of Death, No MicroSD, Data Loss because of Google's Locked Bootloader.
My Advice The Next time you buy a Device with Android - Unlock the bootloader to avoid further problems.
I hope you to fix all problems. All the best / Have a nice day
As you know lots of devices are facing this issue where the device is in bootloop and the bootloader is locked.
I have last hope that if anyone can help me with any one of the solution, I can rescue my nexus 6p.
Device info:
Rom: Android 7.1.1 stock rom
Bootloader: Locked (OEM unlocking not enabled in developer options)
Warranty: Ended on 14th feb 2017
Huawei said motherboard will cost Rs.28000 i.e $400 approx.
I can boot into bootloader menu and recovery as well.
I tried sideloading the OTA zips from google, it flashes successfully but still bootloops.
Note: My device didn't reboot after 90 seconds when it was in bootloader menu also I as I can sideload OTAs successfully, I don't really think that its an hardware issue.
I have 2 options as my last resort.
1. I've read that if you unenroll from Android BETA program, you get an OTA update which wipes your entire device.
BUT for this I must be able to boot which I cannot.
HELP: Can anyone provide me the BETA unenrolled OTA link so that I can try sideloading it?
2. I've also read that we can flash all partitions of nexus 6p in EDL mode refer:https://forum.xda-developers.com/nexus-6p/general/howtos-debrick-nexus-6p-stuck-edl-9008-t3552838

I already did 3 days ago in the first thread you started on this:
https://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=71699404&postcount=15
I have the same problem with my Nexus 6p. I have switched to an iphone 7.
Is Google a serious organization to let so many users suffer because of their problems? I mean this really HAS to be seriously unethical company to do this. As for Huawei, well- we should have known and expected such behavior. At the end of the day it is a Chinese brand... so it needs to maintain its low levels of reputation to be worthy of its fine name.
Hey. I've bricked my Huawei P10 lite, literally just for the sole reason alone that I'm an idiot. I was in the process of relocking/unrooting when I did a massive choke - I've relocked the bootloader and IMMEDIATELY closed the goddamn tab. I haven't written the code down anywhere. When I've rebooted my phone, I discovered I have exactly 0 ways of doing a wipe, since the TWRP was obviously gone.
Hitools returns that the phone cannot be recovered due to not being supported.
Recovery? There isn't one. eRecovery always returns "failed to get.." yatta yatta yatta, It's not working.
The only thing currently reacting to my commands is fastboot. And, being the mr. obvious, I cannot push files onto the phone through fastboot to restore it by the full package, which was pretty much my only option at this point.
There aren't any replacement motherboards available for the P10 lite on eBay or pretty much anywhere else I could think of.
If there exists any good soul that can tell me if this is in any imaginable way reversible without getting a cracked screen phone and swapping the motherboards, PLEASE, PLEASE, do tell me.

You will be fine I wipe my internal from time to time. Just make sure you update your bootloader and vendor. If you use the flash all I'm pretty sure it's done for you but if using fastboot method follow the steps in the hiesenberg guide. Just so you know once on the latest Oreo builds from what I've read can no longer downgrade. I haven't verified or read up on it myself but maybe look into if you think you might want to go back to nougat .

i have tried that earlier, but still i got the red triangle.
since i failed to go to stock today i installed latest twrp-3.2.2-0-angler using latest SDK tool.
then i flashed Magisk-v16.0 and then ResurrectionRemix-M-v5.7.4-20161008-angler and it immediately went to google logo and stuck there.
just use this to get back to stock https://developers.google.com/android/images
all you do is boot in to fast boot plug into pc and run flash all
there are ways to save data but you already wiped so no need
if your still confused just look up a guide of how to flash factory images and install the usb drivers

You could have the bad big cores try flashing one of the 4 core fixes. Also I wait to flash magisk until after first boot. It can hang you on the Google screen .
