I believe it's what we call a skull cap here in my area of the country... it's kinda like a winter hat per se, but people rock them all year long because they're not too common and they look good (on me LOL)

I have two friends with iPhones and I've been trying to tell them the same thing, but they're stuck on their iPhones. One is sticking with his 3GS, but the other is definitely getting the 4. Ugh.

the gov't probably wouldn't do anything to help or harm the situation. i think the best way to go from this comes from apple's lawyer. if the lawsuit isnt merited and the lawyer filed it anyway, there could be rule 11 violations

The problem with that is the law is so easily bent you can easily justify almost anything.

That's why it says must have an Ipad to start. It's not misleading because you are getting another "new/reconditioned" iPad as long as yours is still functioning.

You guys think I could do this for an iphone 2g? The phone works but the screen has a couple of small cracks. But the battery does last less than a couple hours.

As some of you know i started a thread about possibly selling my OG for an infinity. I had someone who wanted to buy it off me for 250.
Well as i was reading through the infinity forums for product reviews i stumbled on a post about a guy that got best buy to honor a price match for random company called surefireshops.com for.... wait for it... 347.49! So i gave it a try and couldn't believe best buy actually did it!
So in the end , if you include the money i got from the guy who wanted my OG tablet, i got a brand new infinity with keyboard for a little over 260 dollars. If you are thinking about upgrading, DO IT! This tablet is amazing and for that price, seriously its a no brainer!

Its basically a price match. You show the best buy representative the site on your phone. I would try and do it on a day they are really busy.

Best Buy policy is to match only local stores and if in stock. Any deviation of this must be explained and approved, or hits the store manager's P&L (less bonus).
Short of an employee that does not care or is new, Best Buy currently does not match internet prices.

There's no point in replying to the OP without praise and recognition.
He obviously has an inferiority complex.
When anyone replies with surprise and disbelief that Best Buy would do such a thing and that he was extremely lucky in pulling it off, he feels offended for some reason.
He also cross-posted in 3 forums (obviously knows nothing about using a forum) to spread the word about this "deal" as if he's claiming a 100% success rate or something.
I replied in his other thread that i was surprised Best Buy would do that, and he offered a similar snide "i know it all" reply.

True enough. I was going to post something to the effect of the OP being able to sniff out the gullible sales reps...being attracted to one's own and all, seeing as he unfortunately failed to notice the readily available details about my location.
For future reference pierrekid, Sudbury Ontario is located in Canada, meaning it is subject to different sales regulations and laws than you might be accustomed to south of the 49th. Might want to think twice before you next type your fingers off on this international forum.
