N10 tracking

After ordering my n10 at 8.30 yesterday my wallet still hadn't been updated by Google. Quick call and 5 mins later i get shipment details. Great
No...
The tracking number on my shipment shows a parcel with the same tracking details attached to my order in my wallet has been posted and delivered on the 25th of October... in Liverpool....
Called again and its going to be escalated. Bummmms
Anyone else for issues?

I haven't received any shipping information as of yet. It has been 24 hours since my transaction already went through. I even have a pending charge on my CC. I was thinking of calling Google, I'll reply with any further information I receive.

Call them. They are excellent to call. No long waiting times

I can't wait for mine either but i can't help but think that they could have predicted huge demand for either there nexus 4 and 10 with the huge spec and low cost....
I'll be upset if my order is delayed because of them... its Google one of the biggest company's in the world. This should be child's play for them

ABSOLUTE JOKE!!!!
Ordered in the UK as soon as it was available. Took half an hour as the site was throwing error after error due to the number of people trying to buy Nexus products.
In the end I got TWO orders and I only had one successful order on-screen
Was told they couldn't cancel either. Multiple phone calls and escalations later and one has been cancelled, but the other is just in state "pre-ordered" and none of the staff know what that order status even means! They've had to escallate the issue.
No tracking. No payment taken. Yet it is supposed to arrive by tomorrow.
Dreadful experience from the Google Play store. Absolute shambles.

Just called them again. Now claiming it is two days for them to sort out shipping, then two days to ship! So four days total!!!!

Just called them. The guy I spoke to says that my order is being process. He say that it takes up to 2 days to process the order and that it should be shipped by tomorrow.

Kinda feels like you're being jipped, paying 14 bucks for 2-day shipping, but having to wait for 2 days to have them "process" it.
Nexus 10 order received, put in box, pack with peanuts, close box, label box, put box on truck. Its not rocket science.

I got my shipped email. My tracking reference shows it as being delivered to Christchurch on 1 November. Will give them a call tomorrow and find out what gives!!

Mines tracking too but the consignment numbers take up to 24 hours to update to the new system. Be patient, you'll get your goods.

Which means they're early by one day.

Mines was ordered by my father as a birthday/Christmas gift. He ordered it, sent to my address but used his gmail account so I can't see shipping info. He forwarded me order number but I can't tell if its been shipped! I also live in CA not far from the order details Google address.
Is there any way I can track it using the order number? I know I'm borderline obsessing but I want to make sure a roommate is home when it arrives

I ordered just after 8am in UK, some people who ordered at kid day have had tracking numbers already.
Over 36 hours later and my order still says pending, and I called up to be told it'll ship by early next week.
Why on earth am I paying £10 for them to take a week to ship me something?
Sometimes I wish my parents gifted me with patience.

Same here, except the girl wouldn't tell me any estimations on shipping. She would only tell me it takes 1-2 days to process...

oh well I paid 14$ for 2 day shipping. I don't expect it to arrive next week. better be this friday... also they probably ship from CA, and Im in CA. so hopefully..

I'm really not happy with the way google are handling this. ****ty ass ordering experience on top of that I was within the first half hour to place my order and thing is still not shipped yet more than 24 hrs later. On top of paying 15 effin dollars for shipping its slow as fack. Wanted this thing before the weekend and it still hasnt even shipped yet.

Does that mean you have to go back in time to get it on the 1st? All I ever heard was how good Google is with this stuff, and it doesn't seem like they were ready... I guess with any big release there are going to be issues.

A firm word won't change the fact that the device is sold out, they have apologised and credited you the shipping charges for the inconvenience..

I just called customer support because I too got this email, but my account says its still expected to be shipped by today and the representative told me that everyone who ordered a Nexus 4 got this email. He said that only the people who ordered 2+ devices could be waiting, but those who ordered 1 aren't likely to be backordered.

I only ordered 1 Nexus 4 16GB but i got that backorder email. I just talked to a google REP also and he said, its on backorder. I also had a Nexus 10 16GB in the same order and he said, since the order is bundled, I now have to wait for my Nexus 10 until the Nexus 4 becomes available to ship even though the Nexus 10 16GB is available right now. I asked for a request for my Nexus 10 to be shipped separately earlier and REP said, it can't be done as they are in same bundled order. Lame lol would have been nice if I could have at least had my Nexus 10 earlier. Oh well, it is what it is.

I wonder if that's people who ACTUALLY ordered 2+ or people with 2+ phantom order's? LOL I show 2 ordered in the play store, but my wallet only shows the 1 in my wallet and my card only shows billed for one as well. What a disaster, lol

You do realize that google does not manufacture devices. Period. If you want to be mad, be mad at lg. Also if your last couple of devices didn't sell all that well to begin with would you really stock up on a bunch of hardware that has the potential to not sell on top of selling at a minimal gain or slight loss?
Stop whining and be glad that you're getting an extremely underpriced phone out of contract.
Can't stand when people whine when they don't know all of the facts :banghead: :sly:

Just got off the phone with Google Order Support. They confirmed that anyone that received the email will be placed on back order. Anyone who ordered who has not received the email will have theirs shipped this evening and that all the back order emails had gone out. So if yours is still processing, you will get your shipping confirmation later this evening with 1-2 day shipping.
Please don't kill the messenger.

I have placed an order last night for 16GB device and received email saying order is processing.
In my account status the order shows up as PRE-ORDERED.
What does it mean ? In the play store the device is listed with 3-5 days for delivery.

If they have stock u will recieve it in 3-5 days for sure. If they are out of stock u won't. When I ordered mine, it said they had stock, but it last 2 weeks to arrive. Follow ur order in Chronoexpress if u recieved ur id number, if not, u can just wait...

The Play store still shows the N4 is in stock with 3-5 days delivery. I wonder why they would lie about having stock and lure people to order
and then not ship for 2 weeks. Can I still cancel the order if it status shows as PRE-ORDERED ?

Be patient. You placed an order just yesterday. There are people here who had to wait 2 months for their n4. You are lucky to get it in 3 to 5 days.

It has nothing to do with patience. I need to travel on April 17 and thought I'd get the phone by then.
Wouldn't have ordered it if I knew they won't deliver as promised.
There is something called "Truth in Advertising" and I thought Google knew about that.

I ordered mine on Thursday last week and I only just got a dispatched email (10 minutes ago).
took them 5 days to process my purchase. hopefully its here tomorrow.

According to Des on Twitter, one of the reasons for the delay was to make sure all locations were able to get a demo phone. As the leaked list showed, only 2/3 of locations were even getting a demo, and only 1/3 were getting sellable stock.

I called today because at one point there were rumors demos might show up today & was told they were expecting demos tomorrow & only 32GB MBlue but I'd definitely call again before heading there..

I want the largest available.. 64GB in this case (I'd take 128GB if it were available) so I'm not going to find it tomorrow but hope to get it before Xmas..

Speaking to one of my friends who also works at T-Mobile today around 9PM EST he told me the email they received was no sale in store but they can direct ship from the store to the customer. I asked he got no email of delayed launch and he said not today maybe if it does it will come in tomorrow. He's a trust worthy guy and knows what hes talking about just as crazy about this stuff as me.

I just called 611 from T-Mobile and they are not letting you order the phone over the phone. So if a store will let you buy one then you are lucky and jump on it. But I highly doubt that anyone from t mobile is going to sell it earlier.

Just like any business, you have a plan. Moto promised them stock for the date they planned. Looks like Moto failed to deliver for whatever reason (could've been a manufacturing issue)

I just called one of the stores on that leaked list. They told me they did not have any for sale but I could come in and pre-order.

Amazon notified me yesterday that the Spigen cases I ordered were "shipped by Spigen" and would be arriving 11/25-28.

Well, this is what I get for not checking the N6 forums yesterday. Stopped by the store and they didn't even know about the delay until I asked about the phone. That's when the rep saw the internal memo saying the launch was pushed back. It's complete BS to push back a launch date the day before. They already knew there was limited supply.

Ordered on Amazon too, got the white 64GB though. The Amazon page says that the 64gb can be expected on December 19 and the 32 on December 1st of I'm not mistaken.
I do hope they come sooner though. The Amazon.co.uk website says that the nexus 6 is being released on December 15.
I know some people who ordered from the German play store and they got a December 15 shipping date as well.

I'm not sure if they cando that? Because on saturn and media markt i think they say the december 31. of earliest shipping day.

I think we can be happy if we get it still this year.

I expect the 15th of december to be the date for both the N9 LTE and the N6 to be released. Hopefully that applies to the accessories of the N9 aswell as I will take a fourth - and hopefully last - try to get that damned tablet without build quality issues.

So I've read a few articles which stated that Google would start shipping today. Has anyone received a shipping notification yet?
The articles also stated that Mediamarkt would have it next week and Amazon.de would ship it next week as well.

google has told ntv directly that the play store will start selling (and stop accepting preorders) on 5., saturn and media markt will start 9. amazon and sparhandy will start on 11.
but they also said that these dates are subject to change.

I talked to Vodafone in my local area. Luke around 20 shops, and about 4 told me the ordered one single phone and it will arrive from mon to wednesday. If i fest my Finger on one device i will post it Here. **** Google, Id welcome paying 700€ If they'd let me

Same here, Media Markt and Saturn told me that they´re not going to get any Nexus devices in this year, so I got a Vodafone contract with the Device.
Ordered Friday, probably going to arrive tomorrow, if DHL is not lieing to me

Same here, Media Markt and Saturn told me that they´re not going to get any Nexus devices in this year, so I got a Vodafone contract with the Device.
Ordered Friday, probably going to arrive tomorrow, if DHL is not lieing to me
