1. does it have a specific name (device name like i9000 is for SGS)
2. will it root ?
3. anyone has it, or seen it live ?
4. build quality ?
5. CPU exact info (somewhere people say it has a reaaally old Qualcomm chipset that was used for calculators, somwhere they say it has some Dual core, A5 I think)
anything from anyone .. ? please help, our local provider here in serbia has it for really low price, and I would take it but I need to know if it is any good.
At 2.: Every android can be rooted.
At 5.: Qualcomm MSM7227A at 1 GHz, Adreno 200
Can not see any reason why to go from Blade to Blade III
This is still "first android phone" because of price.
yo, bro, I didnt ask for smart-ass, I asked for a constructive suggestions. I asked if there is a procedure for root, thus avoiding unnecessary bricks, and the reason for Blade III is pretty much in ALL specs. 7227A compared to 7227 is like an airplane compared to bicycle.

Chill man. We don't want the mods in here do we ...
And I suggest you try asking your question in the General forum. Just because we own a Blade doesn't mean we know stuff about the Blade III. Its like asking SIII stuff to a Galaxy S owner
Asus TF300T | ZTE Blade
1) I don't think so, Model name says "ZTE BLADE III"
2) Yes, I used this: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1886460 and it worked well
3) I have it.
4) Pretty good, I guess
5) Qualcomm MSM7227A at 1 GHz, Adreno 200.
well, ZTE is a discrace. look at this:
searching ther WHOLE website, there is ONLY one mention of the Blade 3 model, and I needed to use google index instead of their own site navigation:
http://wwwen.zte.com.cn/en/press_center/news/201209/t20120920_363286.html
Model listed under the "smartphones" cant be found, there is no other mention of the Blade III anywhere, and on top of that, their mobile phones site section looks like newb kid learning HTML for 2 days did it for a home project:
http://wwwen.zte.com.cn/en/products/mobile/
Comparing this with the way Apple or HTC present their devices is .. well, it cant be compared. I really dont know what their long-term plan is but if you ask me, first thing to do is hire some damn good web designers and designers overall. I could make 1000x times better site than what they have now, in half a day.
excellent device. speed and battery life is something that not many phones can compete with. My last phone, lg 2x was trash compared to these.

I got it a week ago at VIP.rs and am satisfied. Was really dissapointed when I realized it wasnt dual-core, after I bought it, but now I think its speed is ok. Sometimes it takes a while opening a website and sometimes browsing through apps gets only slightly sluggy but it's not a dealbreaker for me. Wonder if the info about the screen is also incorrect on gsmarena - says 256K colors, but this screen looks good to me even compared to S2.
Would really like to fiddle with some new roms and maybe some RAM scripts, i.e. that the blade iii had it's own and.dev. forum.

Yes, we made it! We have OverClocked kernel for ZTE Blade 3!!!
A very inhabited ROM in AnTuTu Benchmark v3.0.3 (without SD I/O test!) I tested only the kernel speed. You can see the test results on my site. For a while I test the functions, and if all right then I publish!

Sv: ZTE Blade III ?
Hi guys! I'm a total newbie on the forum, just signed up tonight. I bought a Blade 3 a couple of days ago and as you probably all know it should have 512 MB of ram according to specs, but my device only seem to have 392 MB. I wonder if it might be possible that the rest is locked or reserved by the system as was the case with some of the original blade devices. What do you guys think?
The phone was sold in Sweden without carrier and simlock.

Whats about the quality of the case does it feel cheap like SGS I or feels it better? Because the cover for the akku looks always very thin on the pics...
Did you mention anny lag during testing the phone (like slow programmstart or during switching the home screen...)

Had a quick look and ppl want a lot more for the S and the Desire ...almost twice the price. So the Crescent is by far the best option at the price.

On 15th May the India's first fan based blog LGMobileIndia.in leaked the specs which was stating SD801, ealry this week from the Korean presentation we have found the similar specs. So there is no point to still expecting SD805. May be G Pro 3 will have it or G Flex 2.
Still with 5.5" QHD IPS LCD, 3GB RAM with Snapdragon 801 looks a giant killer.:good:

you are right but it's just I am expecting some kind of surprize even if chances are very slim. Let's see ... Only 4 days to go
Guys check this : http://www.mysinchew.com/node/98496?tid=179
According to that site there's still some hope
I am on the borderline, I love my G2 and i was so hoping G3 will be with SD805. Just the QHD screen is not enough for now.
Although i do not like Samsung much, but at 38.8k it is a bargain, specially with the 5k worth of coupon from Samsung. I will skip G3 and hold on to G2 i think and upgrade to G4 next year.

I was also hoping for SD805 but that didn't happen. Atleast they should have included a bigger battery.

LG has released LG G2 D802T in India (after regular G2) which officially supports 4G LTE officially. Airtel has officially listed it in its 4G supported handset list.
I think they will release a single version G3 with LTE support this time.
Only thing I don't like is LG flagships headphone audio is quietest.

because reliance and airtel are using td lte mode @ 2300mhz as per soruces. Most phones dont support that frequency
edit: just saw the specs of g3 and it dosent have 2300mhz listed.
Also I want them to release 32gigs version instead of 16gigs model. 32gigs version has 3GB RAM.

ya, they have to do that, internal storage has no connection whatsoever with the total ram, its just a marketing gimmick from lg.

Yes ... I don't care about internal as long as RAM remains same. But they decided to change RAM amount also. And I think 32GB version will face delay as the higher capacity devices gets launched pretty late. This was a bad move by LG.
Hey, I'm about to buy an S5 to a guy here in my location, pretty cheap, but I think It's not original it's a copy can anyone help me ?

Try testing imei number for verification
I don't know the exact procedure, but it can be figured if the imei number of the device is issued by Samsung or not,

I think it's not original samsung device because when any copy phone comes out they change a litter or number from the phone model becasue it's fake and I see here in the picture that the phone model is SM-G900 with octa core CPU but the real one with octa have the name of SM-G900H and I think they fake it and another thing the about device page that you uploaded is tottaly different from mine and mine is original even in the original there are more informations like security software version witch not appears on your pictures and I will attach a shot screen from my about device page to see the difference ... I hope I helped you
Sent from my SM-G900F using Tapatalk
Fake. No version of the S5 has A7 cores, and the versions with Qualcomm chips do not have eight cores.
I've never heard of a 'G900'. I had a quick look on sammobile to see if I could find a match for that devices baseband. (N900UBUB)
I couldn't find any though, so that makes me immediately suspicious.
I would be steering clear

like the first guy told you, check the imei number. how??
first get the imei number then go to imei.info and put the imei number of the phone in the website and it will shows you if its fake or not ?
Sent from my SM-G900F using Tapatalk
Looks fake to me too.
Haven't seen an octa core version cpu s5 and there is no model after the G900 (e.g G900F)
100 percent fake.
There is no 2.5GHz Octa Core Qualcomm CPU paired with an Adreno 330 GPU.
In your country they say:
Quando a esmola é muita o pobre desconfia.
Don't buy that crap if you want a S5.
There's an spanish online shop selling both S5 quad/Octo a bit cheaper (499/520 € + portes) - or a lot cheaper compared with some of the biggest shop's in our country.
I don't know if I can mention here which store is, so if you want to know send a pm.
Fake. You can close thread!
to check the IMEI try here...

Yup you got gipped
They've got a guy out here who sells cloned s5's.. At the flea market to boot! I called him on it in front of customers and he threatened to have security remove me if I didn't leave :victory:
Sad too, People actually buy clones - Just don't understand why not advertise as such?

As others have already pointed out, those information screens have numerous anomalies. It's not genuine.
.
Hey guys, yeah it's fake, no doubts now, I'll stay with my nexus 5 for a few more months. He even said it was original(why lie ? not all of us are dumb), in the moment, I find it suspicious that's why I posted it here.
Thanks everyone.
