Saw the Galaxy pocket video today, the end showed the carriers, TMO was one of the carriers, is thaqt TOMUS ? Has anyone heard when it will arrive to TMO ?
Definitely coming to T-Mo, although I don't think there is a hard date, but I'm fairly certain T-Mo will be last to release which is a little crappy for you, but it will be coming.

There is a version coming out for Sprint. Engadget had an article on it earlier in the day, Xoom with a Sprint logo on it. There's also a WiFi only version releasing in April.
http://www.engadget.com/2011/03/18/motorola-xoom-with-sprint-insignia-nexus-s-4g-logo-leak-out/
Yes, their are really 3 different versions.
WiFi Only - self explanitory
CDMA - Verizon + LTE, (Soon to be Sprint + WiMax)
GSM - Various carriers Europe, Canada, ect. HSPA Max speed~10Mbps down and ~6Mbps up
On a side note the GSM version of the XOOM does have the necessary frequencies for AT&T HSPA. I have not found any indication that that XOOM will come to AT&T, but you could in theory buy one unlocked and put a sim card in. I did email store.motorola.com to ask about buying an unlocked GSM/HSPA XOOM so I could use it with my existing AT&T account and got the following response.
Dear Customer,
Thanks for reaching out to Motorola. I’ve reviewed your e-mail and I’m ready to help.
I do apologize but we currently do not have any available information regarding the release date of the GSM version of the Motorola XOOM in the United States. I'm so sorry for that inconvenience.
Although some general time frames have been quoted in the media announcements, you can register to be notified of updates on product launches at the following link:

We hope that you find this information useful and look forward to assisting you in the future.

Will the GSM/HSPA version of the XOOM be available for purchase from store.motorola.com for USA residents. I would like to buy one with out a contract and I don't want or have Verizon service. I currently have a Verizon CDMA XOOM with no service and plan on getting the wifi only XOOM when it comes out, but I would really like to get an unlocked GSM/HSPA XOOM. The CDMA/Verizon XOOM is not international friendly for business men like myself. I would be willing to pay full price $799.99 for a GSM/HSPA XOOM. I have no need for 4G LTE as it will not be fully deployed for a couple of years, and by then new devices will be on the market.

Sign up to get Nexus on Tmobile
http://www.samsung.com/us/register/galaxynexus/
Hey, how do you know that is to get a Galaxy Nexus? it says "sign up to get the latest on the galaxy nexus"...
That is to get the latest news, not the actual device.
They wanna know how many people are interested and on which carries
Yeah, I don't think that exactly equates to "SIGN UP HERE FOR GALAXY NEXUS ON T-MOBILE". We have no clue how long of a wait there will be between it launching on Verizon and then T-Mobile later.
Samsung already confirmed via Facebook that Nexus is Verizon exclusive for now
Incase you guys missed it, Samsung already confirmed on Facebook that Galaxy Nexus for the time being will be a Verizon Exclusive.
Doesn't mean it won't come to other carriers at a later time, but initial release is exclusive to Verizon.
This was confirmed by "Samsung Janel."
I would say still sign up on that page and choose T-Mobile. Let them know there is a strong interest from T-Mobile customers to recieve the Galaxy Nexus.

That statement was retracted, read http://www.mobiledia.com/news/113170.html .
Seems like the Galaxy Note with LTE has a chance of seeing the light of the day(?)
Got a reply from my country's Samsung division on Facebook.

Telus has a "Coming Soon" indicator on their site. PdaPlaza has a Silver and Black 32GB unlocked One for an availability date slotted on March 25th for $680 outright. I am not seeing the 700MHz frequency for LTE on the PdaPlaza 32GB phone. Rogers has the same Telus phone for $149.99 on a 3yr contract.
I would love the Developer Edition in Canada. I think I will wait and buy that online with 64GB and LTE.

The HTC One is 149.99$ with a 3 years contract on the Rogers website BTW

Disappointing that the Rogers version is only 32GB. I wonder if Telus or AT&T will offer the 64GB at launch. Of course there will be the developer version with 64GB but us Canadians can't order it easily

3 Year contract. GASP.
Screw contracts I always end up trading my phones. KIJIJI TIME!!!
I only buy off-contract
Will this phone work on koodo or virgin mobile? I heard virgin mobile will be getting it, but i can't find any information on their site. The reason i am asking is that i am moving back to Canada at the end of March and need to get a phone and phone plan and im looking at koodoo/virgin as they use the telus/bell network and provide the best plans for the buck. Would love to get this phone.
**** Canadian Providers... We get a 20$ discount for the privilege of selling our souls for an extra year.
EDIT:
Any sightings of the 64 gb?
I haven't seen the 64GB anywhere yet...
Seems Telus and Rogers at least mention the phone. Any word on Bell? I know they are listed as one of the carriers will have it, but any pre-order information or pricing?
I just saw that PDA Plaza states the release of the unlocked One will be available April 4th.
Edit: nevermind.
HTC One on Bell Canada

A few days ago I called HTC to inquire about the possibility of the One's release on Bell. Sadly the representative told me that Bell was not listed as one of the supported carriers, and although it may change, it isn't too likely. I was told to give it a month to get a solid answer, but for the time being, the phone was listed only for Rogers and Telus.
And Bell again misses out on HTC's best (the previous being the One X)...
If I don't hear otherwise by the time the One is actually released, I will pull the trigger on the unlocked edition =]

Pretty sure HTC Canada said it was coming to Rogers, Bell, Virgin and Telus. I know Virgin made a Google+ post with the HTC One in the picture announcing they were going to get it. Here's the post.

Since Virgin Mobile is a subsidiary of Bell Canada, they probably have some loopholes to switch carriers like Rogers had with Fido, where if you sign a new 3 year term with them (Virgin), Bell would wave any early cancellation fees as long as you've been with them for a year or more since, you are essentially resigning with the same company. You'd have to call Bell and find out if that would be an option for you, (providing they actually don't get the HTC One), then you could just get it through Virgin, if Bell allows this. I was able to do this with Rogers when I wanted to switch to Fido.
My guess is that Bell is holding out on announcing new phones until they can clear out old inventory. I expect an announcement next week or the week after.
Wind Mobile
I'm looking to get the developer edition or any unlocked version on-line.
Can anyone confirm if this will work on Wind Mobile with full network functionality/capabilities?
Thanks

That sounds like a plan -- just willing to see if Bell wouldn't mind the switch, then I'm all set =]
I did call HTC again today though.. Just to see if they had an update. Funny how Bell wasn't able to confirm Virgin as a carrier -- horrible logistics. They did tell me that if Virgin does end up releasing it and Bell doesn't, I can just buy it outright and use it with Bell (already knew this ofc). But I want a subsidized phone .
Not gonna stop me from getting my hands on that wonder of a phone. Just can't wait for it to hit us here =]
I work for Bell and I can confirm, through HTC's rep, that Bell is getting it. I don't know for sure about Virgin but I would say yes also, maybe with a small delay.
Launch was supposed to be on March 22nd, but there are manufacturing delays and well, no date as of right now.
You guys have any info about the developer edition in Canada ? I'd love to get one of those...

Since you always have 14 days to change your mind and take another phone you should be ok
