Hi
Might be helpful if you list what ROM you are on etc. Is stock, custom, what kernel.
I had this problem on a custom rom one of the Megatron's I think but am now on Raymans Cyanogen and all seems well.
Sorry not very helpful but I think the more info you give the better is the chance that you will get an answer.

I have the same problem no matter what rom or kernel. I use revolution and harmony kernel. This problem is often when i plug tablet to the dock and plug off. Nothing help only reboot.

It's one of the many "random" ICS issues, it's known to happen on some TF101s with almost any combination of kernel/ROM. The only way to get sound back is a reboot, restarting audioflinger/mediaserver does not help.
Yep i get these to
Same problem here...
I have to reboot to have the sound back.
The issue is here since ICS... I'm now with ROM Stock with last update.
No root, no custom rom !
Same problem here. There's another thread on this:

General consensus seems to be that it's a firmware issue. It's especially annoying...
Hi guys,
today I have installed Viber on my Nexus 4. The problem is, I can hear the ringing sound, but I can not hear the other side, when the person picks up the phone. With the regular call there is no such problem. Am I the only one with this issue?
Thanks

I have no issues, but I have CM10.1 nightly installed. Are you guys on stock 4.2 or 4.2.1?

Issue still not resolved. very annoying. i'm running 4.2.1 on a Nexus 4 16gb.
Its funny - the call works ok most of the time, some force closes though. BUT I cant hang up, viber doesnt let me, so I always have to tell the other person to!
Hi,
This is an official representative of Viber Media.
@Alexander.p.t. - Do you have stock or custom ROM? If it's custom, it might be a typical Custom ROM issue - some custom ROMs alter the microphone definitions of your phone, causing Viber not to recognize the phone's microphone properly. That is the reason that Viber cannot transmit your sound to the other side. We discussed this issue in detail with our users in this thread on XDA Forums: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=25865775#post25865775
Please note that in that thread, a workaround was suggested *by a user* that seemed to have solved the problem for Galaxy S+S2 users.
@rkcckr - What device do you have? Did you try to uninstall>reinstall?
For further assistance please feel free to contact us, we'd be happy to assist.
Thanks,
Viber
Hi
I am using a Nexus 4, stock rom (4.2.1). I have reinstalled viber, cleaned cache etc.
Please note that Viber still does not officially support Nexus 4: http://bit.ly/Hm5k9p
We are working on full compatibility these days, and we hope to complete it soon. In our upcoming major update for Viber for Android, we hope that these problems will be fully resolved. We hope to release the update soon.
I have stock 4.2.1 and I have solved the problem by pressing the hold button 2 times!

You probably can't do it, since all of the drivers and such are for 4.2 onwards.

Hi...just wondering if anyone else had a problem with Bluetooth on Nexus 7(2012) after cm11? Mine won't work after Jan. 20 nightlies. Have to keep rolling back to that point.

Yes this also happened to me after the 1-20-2014 update.
Bluetooth (enable-disable) goes in a loop once the button is pressed.
The error message has something to do with the Bluetooth Service.
Since CM11 is still in the nightly stage, I think we cannot do anything except to wait. We cannot file a bug report anywhere else.
