Tell , give that superuser zip file
And how to go to recovery mode tell fast
Why do you think you need two threads about the same thing?
.... Rooting is not that hard, and there are many threads on this topic.

Jesus, use the Search function, and people on this forum are not obliged to help you, and with the attitude of yours, I won't too.
Beamed from my Grouper.

1, you must become a member of that site to download
2.Do not follow the QB king video in post 3, it is meant for the old tutorial which has been updated...
3.the tutorial is only 6 short posts long from the top.
4. Worked great for Me
Registration to other sites are against the rules. Qbking77 has 2 youtube videos to root FC09 that work just fine.

I just ordered an ASUS Google Nexus 7 32gb wifi only tablet and was just wanting to verify that this is the right forum to reseach rooting my tablet. If it is do the tools work on wifi only and 3G tablets.

This is the right forum, I used the tool kit in the link below and it worked a treat. Just make sure to read through the thread and search it if you have any queries. You can always ask for help if your stuck. Good luck

Right forum. I use MSkips toolkit for mine. I think its more user friendly. It offers an all-in-one unlock, root, flash custom recovery, recommend which boot loader is most compatible for rooting, etc. It also offers an option to download fresh 4.1.2 or 4.2 if you want to regress from 4.2 or you mess something up. Good stuff.

You can also find tutorials that will step you through the process manually.
Toolkits have the disadvantage that if something goes wrong, you will have no idea what it was doing or how to fix it.
Thanks for the heads up.

Uh... Are you basically asking us to spoon feed you with links? If you do a little search, you can easily find the answer.

The answers to your question are in the "Nexus 4 development section".. Look for the"Nexus 4 utility" thread. Nobody is going to link you when u can just go and look for yourself. It's 1 click fix. Good luck.

How are we being rude when you're the one who ain't putting the effort into looking it up on your own? I can understand if it's a question that not a lot of people know about - but in regards to your question, I could look it up in less than 2 minutes. Instead of making others spoon feed you with link(s), try to find it yourself.

I have tried googling my question but nothing comes up, the only links that pop up are how to root the nexus 4.
Yes find the xda link for that and if its how it should be you should also find a flash to stock, if you are a noon you should really start to make a nandroid backup of your stock ROM so you can always flash back

If you don't want to be called a noob for asking questions that have easy answers, then why not ask in the noob-friendly "Help Thread" in the stickies? It's a lot more fun for all of us, in the end. The reason no one is giving you links is because you wouldn't learn anything from it, you must become self sufficient if you wish to use XDA to its fullest
Folks if any of you have the issue i did please dont worry about the trolls, only 1 person seemed to offer advice as is evident in this thread if your using a mac your going to want to install windows 7 on the bootcamp.
Next download a program called LG google nexus 4 toolkit (I will provide a link unlike the trolls above) http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1995688
When that is installed your going to want to boot your device in fastboot mode, launch the toolkit and select option 9.
then select option 1 so it downloads the latest stock rom and follow the on screen instructions, my phone is now restored. If any of you run into problems give me a shout and ill try help
For those not too keen on installing bootcamp another user posted this

let's simplify things for mac.
-create a folder on the desktop and rename it "nexus"
-download this: https://www.box.com/s/7s02gu6o1cn6wcz6fszr and extract the files in the "nexus" folder. don't create a new folder. just dump the files there
-download the images: https://dl.google.com/dl/android/aosp/occam-jop40c-factory-cd3dc140.tgz then extract them all in the "nexus" folder. there is a zip file inside which needs to be extracted as well.
-look in your "nexus" folder and see if it contains the fastboot and adb files and the 6 img files you extracted. if they are still within a folder, remove them and paste just inside the "nexus" folder you created.
-once that is set up, you can now follow the link of efrant's guide for flashing but when you use the fastboot command, you need to use it as ./fastboot-mac so that the commands will work.
-you can actually just go straight to bootloader mode or fastboot mode on your phone by turning it off then turning it on by pressing volume down and power.

Here is the link to Efrats guide as mentioned in the quote: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=34552123&postcount=1
People aren't trolls. Right in the general section there is a sticky that has all the info one would need to get back to stock. Then as other posters have said there is toolkit threads in the dev sections as well that include going back to stock.
@Vermillon: If you're calling me a " troll ", you surely don't know the true meaning of that word.

Download factory image from Google, just search for nexus factory image.
Unpack it and run .bat file with phone connected.

Hello
I have a rooted nexus 4 with paranoid android rom and franco kernel and i wanted to know how to delete the rom and the kernel and unroot the device to be on normal stock android
EDIT: i have twrp that i want to delete too
Check the rootkits threads, they - before everything- did give a lot of info and advice on that. But of you're feeling a bit lazy and like gambling it (heh always is when we don't read it all) the rootkits themselves have the procedures to get your phone back as it was.

Can you please give me the link
Just download the factory image and flash it in fastboot. Search for efrant's guide on how to do that.

Hm I can't get the link for the subforum itself because I'm on tapatalk but this topic: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1995688 has some info already, but check the forum where it's posted as well.
Just be sure on how and what are you going to do, these procedures depend much on how and what you specifically did to your phone. Read as much as you can there.
