Hello,
I have an HTC HD2 rooted. Since then recognizes the HD2 no SIM phone is also more info on IMEI, serial, baseband "Unknown"
I tried different ROMs and I have taken the original WM tmobile STOCK branding again. Unfortunately, I have always the same problem, no matter what I do.
I've added a few Screenshoots
Thanks for help

try doing it again from the TOP, check out the link below.
remember that the steps are very important
try to downgrade your SPL to 2.08 @ cotulla & make sure to use a compatible Radio
read > http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=929832
DFT team released HSPL4 for all of us finally. Good news for those using latest official HTC HD2 ROM v3.14 because it supports SPL 3.03.0000. Note – SPL-3.03.HSPL only supports Windows Mobile 6.5. You still need to use SPL-2.08.HSPL to use NAND Android and Windows Phone 7. Make sure that you select the correct Hard SPL for your ROM installation.

Go to your settings tab and scroll down to "About Phone". In there, select "Software information". This will tell you the ROM version that you currently have (amongst other things).
The ROM upgrade on the HTC site is for unbranded versions only. If you want an official one for your phone then you have to wait until a Vodafone specific ROM is released. Alternatively, you can flash HSPL onto your device which will allow you to install any ROM, but this invalidates your warranty with Vodafone. If you do want to do that then do some reading in the ROM section. The stickied posts at the top of the forum are great for all levels, from total newbs to experts, so they should answer any questions you have.
Thank you very much aboput the tip.it was very hepfull
i will try to shrt it out since my rom version of my device is 1.43
I've got a HD2 with Vodafone and i managed to update to the last new ROM. I also had problems downloading it and eventually realised i was typing in O's (letters) rather than 0's (numbers). Perhaps try typing it in differently.
ah whatever happened to the good old days when an o was an o and a 0 was an ø.
My phone is not carrier locked and I updated with the previous (December) official HTC ROM without a problem. However, when I enter my s/n for the new ROM, it says it's not available for my region. I have a copy of the new WWE ROM, can I install it without a problem?

Changing the rom shouldn't change the serial number, double check you are using the correct serial (oh's as zero's perhaps?)
Tried to load the official ROMs from the forum here, but both failed. Using a Telstra 9193 on AT&T. Can someone point me in the right direction? Do I need to load HSPL and a cooked ROM or is there something out there that's 'generic' I can use?
Sorry, new to the HD2. Already been through the ringer with my TyTNII but this is a new ballgame all over again, since I now have an overseas phone that's been flashed to another carrier.
Thanks!
you need hspl from the HSPL thread. NOT HSPL2, it wont work.
You need spl 1.42.0000 on your device to instal hspl, so if you have a later spl, 1.66.0000 for example, you need to find an earlier telstra rom to downgrade the spl.
Here, start reading.
I'm not a noob, already SPL'd my TyTNII, just needed to know which ROM was closest to the HTC OEM but unbranded from Telstra so I could start there and then begin noodling with what cooked ROMs I wanted to try.
Thanks for the pointer, I'll run HSPL and go from there. Just thought there might have been a generic HTC 9193 ROM available directly from HTC.

the model doesn't make any difference (well, at least in your and my case, its only tmous users that have any pitfalls )
for the plain roms (look in the official roms folder, first post first link is a great start) look for wwe htc in the name.there the unbranded ones, and go from there.

Tried both and they failed, then went to this thread and tried downloading the below ROMS but keep getting a failure - Error 294 Invalid Vender ID. Trying with both these ROMs:
RUU_Leo_HTC_WWE_1.43.405.1_Radio_Signed_15.26.50.07U_2.04.50_22_2_Ship
RUU_Leo_HTC_WWE_1.66.405.2_Radio_Signed_15.30.50.07U_2.06.51.07_Ship
What am I doing wrong here?

Sam, I"m stumped. I must be doing something wrong. I have SPL 1.66.0000 on my phone which according to the instructions should be fine for the current HSPL, but it refuses to load indicating 'incorrect product id'. I've also tried downgrading the SPL version via the card by extracting and renaming the .nbh file and copying it to the card, but when I hard reset, the phone goes directly from the bootloader to the screen which prompts me to reset the phone, rather than any option presented that enables me to load a different SPL.
I'm stumped. The standard generic WWE ROMs won't load, I can't get HSPL to load and I can't force it via the card. I must be doing something wrong but just can't seem to pin it down, other than the usual 'keyboard-to-chair-interface'. I never had anywhere near this trouble flashing my TyTNII.
What are your thoughts?
Here's what's on my bootloader screen:
PB81110 HX-BC
SPL-1.66.0000 XE
MicroP(LED) 0x05
MicroP(TOUCH) 0x40
OS Version 5.2.21869
Manila Version 2.520121431.1
ROM Version 1.72.814.0 (82124) WWE
Hey Mate,
I have the 9193 and Flash whatever whenever, now i'm seeing tmous and EUR and Telsrtra and I'm getting worried, can some one please explain the difference?
Thanks in advance
On an aside, I'm running Win7 Premium 64bit. Might that have something to do with this?
OK guys - finally go it. Had to locate and flash the Telus 1.48 ROM which took me a while to find. Got HSPL loaded and flashed a clean cooked rom. Thanks for the help!

Thanks... I saw this on Windows Phone 7 dev. forum and was going to mention it here, but you beat me to it! DL now, not sure if I am ready to flash yet. Any idea how I can get rid of HSPL on my HD7?
HSPL to SPL-XXXXX
i understand that if you install or flash your HD7 with the original ROM it will reset your SPL-XXXX , I hope that answer your question
Is this Rom will work tmous HTC hd7 developers unlocked?
Sent from my HD7 using XDA Windows Phone 7 App
IF YOU have hard-spl'ed your device
Then this can be done:
Download the RTM provided by Fotball, extract it with in 7zip, delete the spl_signed.nbh (not completle sure if this is needed, but I did it anyway...delete or not at own risk, as always)
flash the rom
And here is where the warning about hard-spl and SPL versions 4.xx comes in, if you want to go back to using hard-spl,
DO NOT DO THAT WHEN USING THIS NEW RTM MANGO ROM
You MUST flash back to your stock rom and then flash rspl+hspl again.
In my case stock rom is: RUU_Schubert_TMOUS_3.01.531.02_Radio_5.65.09.25a_22.45.50.21_Signed_SCHUBERT_RELEASE.exe

Any easy way to flash my HTC HD7 T-Mobile USA
all the processes listed so far seems pretty easy. you need some help with something?
Hi all,
Can I just confirm something here - I've read through the two threads, and its not immediately obvious.
a) if I have no HSPL at all - is this fine
b) if I have 7200.68 upgraded from developer version (without the new HTC radios etc) will I need to flash to an earlier version
I'm pretty sure I've used one of these to update before, seemed easy enough and I didnt install HSPL to my knowledge.
Cheers,
Everytinme I try and run this I get Invalid Vender ID.
It was an O2 Branded HD7 then used the no goldcard method to unbrand it with NOdO
Error 294 INVALID VENDER ID
BOOT LOADER SCEEN:
SPL-1.69.2250.0 (117833)
os version:
7.0.7392.0
Radio version: 5.54.09.21_22.33b.50.10u
Any suggestions to get this working?

Use this method.
Worked for me in NoDo and now with this Mango Rom
Thanks,
Santos
Where tethering (internet sharing)? how activate this options?
Upgraded from MS Developers RTM to this version am now getting screen corruption on lock screen (typically if the zune player, in sync mode is open behind it).
Anyone else?
Gordon.
PS Am using gold card method (used Zune update for MS update).
Are people using this leaked ROM and is it working well? I am considering an upgrade to it....
my Phone works great with this rom...battery drain is better than RTM,and my hspa signal is improved,as web surfing
I have the 707 region phone. Is it possible to update my phone by this ROM for 401 region?
Original RUU can't detect my current version from bootloader and lets me to press Update button (current version infomation is empty). I didn't applied any RSPL/HSPL. Can I just press update without a possibility to kill my phone?
Any other mirrors for the file?
Thanks
Toff74

that features are not available in our country...really,turn by turn navigation isn't available in any country!!!
I have the TMOUS HD7, why is the 2100 UMTS band so slow??? any one knows the reason? The phone can manage to get the H signal from where I live, my operator has the HSDPA band 1 UMTS 2100Mhz(currently upggraded to HSPA+), but my phone only gets UMTS speeds no HSDPA
It makes me feel that the 2100Mhz UMTS band in the TMOUS is limited to UMTS speeds.
Hi there, need you guys to confirm me something: i had Android on my Htc HD2 but i need to send it to warranty. I've installed Windows mobile from HTC site (didnt ask for serial number is it normal?), put SPL 3.03.0000 and radio 2.15.50.14 Do i need anything else? Just need confirmations so i can send it today
After reverting back to Stock - nope. Stock SPL, stock ROM. Which carrier do you use? Use the ROM and SPL that comes from that carrier
I have the normal HD2 (not the T-Mobile version). I didn't understand pretty well your answer. So what i have to do different from what it is now so it can go to warranty?

So the main thing is: Different carriers use different ROM versions. For example there might be different Sense versions. If you can find out with which Sense version your HD2 was shipped that'd be better - I think
i want to install hspl on my htc surround.

you will need to use the Goldcard method to flash Cingular 1.xx to downgrade as no Shipped ROMs had been leaked for your device.

I needed to know your Firmware revision number...
but nonetheless, if your Mondrian isn't Cingular (aka AT&T) branded you will need to do the same as Talbot. (see above reply). one can make a y-cable out of regular usb cables.

sorry, no, i understood your original post.
only downgrade method would be with using the Goldcard method, as no non-Cingular Shipped ROMs have been.
least, not to my knowledge.
